The auto center is SLOW! Best pricing around on tires. Bought them online through Walmart and scheduled to have them installed there. They did take me in a day early but that was the only plus to today. Took 3.5, yes 3.5, hours for installation! First of all, the traffic here trying to get to this location is an absolute ridiculous nightmare. Usually I tend to avoid going into Walmart and I was recently reminded why. I visited this store, purchased what I needed to get and all was fine until I got to the front and got harassed by the self checkout lady for a flipping coupon that came off of one if their products. Now, it wasn't the coupon that was an issue per se. There was no popup on the screen, no flashing light, nothing that indicated that I needed he assistance. She just came over questioning my purchases and what the coupon was for. I showed her specifically the item and the outline of sticker left on the product where the coupon was removed. I had already placed it in the coupon bin as well (which is what you're supposed to do). Do you know this lady proceeded to remove my coupon from the bin?! Did she do anything with it? No, it was just an entire 7 minute waste of my time all for her just to put it back in and walk away. I mean literally pull it out, flatten it and put it right back in. What hell? ‍ I thought about leaving all of the stuff and walking away but I'd already invested my time walking around the store so I waited. However, I will never, ever, never ever ever ever ever!!! Visit this Walmart again! There are too many competitors for Walmart to treat people like crap. I could just as easily took my business to Target and saved myself the hassle. Automotive center has incompetent cashier...charged me additionally for items included in the oil change package and could not articulate why. Even when his own logic was used against him still was charged an additional $10. The money isn't the issue, it was the service that's the issue here. Need additional training on the services provided and how to formulate a bill before overcharging customers. read more

This place allows employees to wear their pants around their legs so their ass hangs out. That's gross. Especially in produce. This Super WalMart is pretty good. It doesn't have as great a selection as the Center Park Walmart but it still has a pretty wide variety- organic items, Hispanic section, Asian section, etc. It has two self-checkout areas, which is great, and the in-store restaurant is Subway. They started offering the grocery pick-up service last year and that's really good too. The last time I did it, they tried very hard to get me what I wanted, which can be hard when items go out of stock. read more

Ya know whats funny? I used to be several different managers at Walmart. I did the absolute best job I could, I did things by the book as best I knew how / as best as I was trained. If I EVER heard of any of my associates saying rude things to customers or hating on customers because their ethnicity, religion, and sexual orientation, I took care of that IMMEDIATELY! If it was something I felt out of my control or best handled by another manager, I got them and got everything taken care of immediately. And when they approached a front end manager they didnt care. @ Walmart Fredericksburg / Spotsylvania store # 5343. Then, we went in today - mind you IM SICK. I went to the front end and asked a Team Lead for the store manager, she clearly didnt care and told me she was in a meeting and told me I could talk to someone else - not giving any care in the world about my situation. Being a front end Team Lead before, I understood the meeting thing, but she didn't try at all to help me. Then I said "ill gladly wait" - She didn't radio anyone to see if the Store Manager was out - or if the Store Lead by chance could help. Nothing. So I went to electronics and spoke with the Team Lead back there and immediately she got the store lead and told us the store manager technically doesnt work for their store anymore. So the store lead "TK" and a Team Lead from some other part of the store comes by and we tell her what happened and she said "im sorry for your inconvenience". Really? Im sorry for your inconvenience? Im sorry that your employees suck. That's what I'm sorry about. Sorry you don't "Lead" your store. The only place you're leading Walmart is down the drain. I told her I was a Team Lead at another store previously and this would have NEVER flied at my store. I also asked her if the employees were trained to be homophobic. HER RESPONSE WAS "you used to work for walmart. You know thats not the case". LIKE REALLY?? CLEARLY they are either TRAINED to do that, or YOU DONT MANAGE YOUR OVERNIGHT / NIGHT PEOPLE?!? The service we got was SICK. I had some of the best times of my life working there, I really did have fun and I love all the people I met and interacted with, but I'm so glad I don't work for that crappy company anymore. Maybe tonight was truck day..... but the shelves were EMPTY. Store had trash on the floor, freezer doors left open, parking lot was filthy. Cigarette butts, trash, and carts scattered everywhere. Walmart is a great store to shop at period but management really are no help with assisting customers in need of there assistance. My wife and I made a stop at this location to cash a employment paycheck and our week has already been terrible. We had our tags stolen off of our car and in the very same day that we needed to cash my wife paycheck to feed our family and assist with my 16 year olds birthday party. The deputy called and said that our tags were recovered but in the midst of getting our tags back they had to confiscate my wife drivers license because we just found out that her license was suspended. So after explaining and showing all documentation to the manager that was on duty from Spotsy County Sheriffs Office and DMV appointment and pictures and other forms of identification including social security she still denied to hell us. So when asking her "there is nothing you can do" she said "No" and that was it. She didn't even have a understanding heart to even try to help us. We are in a struggling year of 2020 and the fact that she didn't even care to try to help me and my family was upsetting. We had every form of documentation possible and showing proof to backup everything we explained even pictures. Policy is policy but as a manager and a human being she could have at least tried. She didn't even try! Walmart as a company helps so many struggling family all over the world but this situation was disappointing. So we left and went to the Walmart in Central Park and they were extremely helpful. Thank you Central Park Walmart! You helped my family! read more

What's frustrating about this store is they won't answer the phone. If they do they're short and rarely friendly. The greeters are either on their phone, not greeting you, or I found if you aren't their race they usually ignore you. Where are the camera's....if a store cared about their customer service these people would be looking for another job. read more

I'm sure they run into some ridiculous people, but being nice and saying excuse me is something people should do anywhere, on the job or not.
