Primary reason, still advertised EVERYWHERE as a 24 hour store. With the added issue of the local store IVR stating MOST stores are closed at 11PM but having a webpage that, frequently, does not display the correct store. A really awful way to treat your customers. read more

For the past two months, I have placed two orders ( I usually place more, but last month the delivery person delivered them to someones address and completely disregardes the broken down barney style directions. Seriously how can you not understand that "I am the second door from the very very corner of Street Y and Street X", I am these apartments , you can see the apartment sign from my front door"??? Regardless, at first Walmart was NOT going to give me a refund and told me to dispute the charges, and then refunded my items. I decided not to trust them the rest of the month and used instacart. So my daughter sent thanksgiving from Walmart, and it arrived here with no issue. So I think maybe that was a one off, and today, I ordered a large order again ( I have no transportation) and what happened, well the same thing as last month, they delivered it somewhere and signed my name. I know they are signing my name because the name on the account is one last name and my card is another, and I sign the order with my card last name. I canceled my walmart sub and will stick with instacart and shipt from now on... Oh yea, this time I tried three times to contact the driver by calling and twice by texting ( was informed they did not accept text messages) and they hung up on me with out answering. They are doing a refund, but, I'm done, they are less than a mile away and I won't go there anymore. read more

I was in your Walmart yesterday and bought a Adam Flea Tick Collar Plus which supposedly had 2 collars included. This had a plastic sealed package, with and electronic security device. When checking out, the cashier couldn't remove and asked a Manager to remove it. She took it to the Customer Service Department, when she brought it back the Cashier put it in the bad. I didn't even look at it last night. My brother lives with me. When I got up this morning to go to work. I was going to put one of the collars on my Yorkie, when I looked at the item, I noticed the the plastic has been cut on both sides. My brother has the mentality of a 10 year old, but I still asked him and he said he didn't touch it. He doesn't know how to use scissors or a sharp knife. when I opened the container it was empty, there should have been 2 collars. I'm 72 years old and I can't believe someone took these out, I checked the packaging before I took it to the cashier. I'm very disappointed in Walmart and their employee. Now I have to buy another one. But I can assure you it wont be from Walmart. I will give you a 1 star because I cant give a 0. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!  I, like mostly everyone else, accidently threw my reciept away with the bag my purchased item came in. Turns out I purchased the wrong product and needed to return it. With a GIANT sign on the wall of customer service that says all returns within 90 of purchase can be returned without a receipt, I felt safe thinking I can just return it and purchase something else instead. Knowing that I would still spend the money with walmart on a different item, I felt comfortable spending 20 mins in the return line waiting to return my item seeing as there was only 1 rep doing returns (during the Xmas season). When I went to return the product they said any return over $50 without a receipt cannot be returned. This is not stated on the walmart website return policy, receipt or sign on the wall. My return was only $52 and change. They were unwilling to help me. After asking for a supervisor (BEN, a lead) went to get someone and they came and talked to (BEN) and walked away. (Never speaking to me directly, RUDE!) I was offered an exchange BUT only within the same department the product was in. It's such a shame that only 2 bucks is going to put me out $50! Asked for her supervisor and (ANTHONY) came to talk to me. At this point, I've been there almost an hour, and he told me there is nothing he can do and it policy. I even offered for them to keep the $2 and just give me a gift card for $50 so I didn't lose out. He said that what if $2 became $5 or $10, and then he would have to do it for everyone. As a supervisor, you should be expected to make certain, reasonable exceptions on a case by case basis given your title, right? What happened to serving the customer? Helping their valued customers? These "policy's" they are enforcing were NEVER presented to us as customers, so how are we supposed to know? And if that is the case, then why are they selling products that cost more than $50? It was literally only $2 more than their "policy," and when i asked for Anthony's supervisor, surprisingly, there is no one else above him there working. Asked for the SM (rudy) or DM (bob) contact information, and they just said to call in. I asked for the names in writing, and he was unwilling to give it to me, so i had to write it in my phone. After calling customer service as directed, I had to explain everything just to have them tell me to wait 5 days for a (hopeful) call back. I specifically asked for a call back from the DM (BOB). I've never had this much trouble returning anything anywhere ever, and I feel like no upper management cares for their customers. In the past, I've dealt with supervisors, and they actually cared and helped. Anywhere from offering other solutions or going above and beyond to solve my issue. I'm not sure why this location doesn't offer or employ people with customer service skills or train employees with titles and authority to make the right decision to help customers, but management needs to work on that. And even if this is a policy put in place because they want to, then they should at least NOT advertise a "receipt free return" without clarifying the "limit" for the customers. This is not right, and they will be losing a customer forever over a policy that they could have made right for only $2!!! I even paid for the WALMART PLUS on the app and now CANCELED IT due to the poor service i received. Beware everyone. Don't buy expensive products without asking for their unwritten and unannounced policy for returns!!!! If from leads to coaches to supervisors and above will not use common sense judgment to help their customers, then for this reason alone they will lose customers. Should have went to target instead for my shopping. They at least serve customers there!!! read more

I have never had an issue buying clearance items until visitng this store. When checking out, she asked mgt for approval since I was buying more than 2 which was strange, I thought no worries, this is clearance stuff marked 50%, they want it gone anyway. They came back and limited me to 2. What a joke, it is not like it was the latest PS5 or toilet paper during a shortage. Very rude employees and managment with no common sense, kind of scary. The employees are nice enough, but the area is not so good. I get asked for money every single time I go there, every single time, inside the store! I was hesitant to go today, but I needed bread, it's on the way home and it was 2:30 in the afternoon. The last time I was there about 6 months ago, I was asked for money. I was hoping it's gotten better since then, but nope. I was looking in the baby section with nothing but bread and peanut butter in my basket, and sure enough, a woman comes up to me asking for some money. I am a self reliant college student with a wife and a baby. I do not have any more money to give, I barely have enough for myself. That's why I volunteer instead of donate; I can't afford to donate money. I'm just so tired of going into a Wal-Mart, knowing people are going to be asking me for money I don't have. I told her of a charity I volunteer for called the bridge over in Dallas that might be able to help her, but she wasn't interested. Wants money, but doesn't want help. So frustrating. read more

I don't know what to say except this is the worst customer service Walmart I have ever been to in any state. I thought the one in Santa Ana on Harbor was the worst...and once I saw actual feces on the floor. That's pretty bad. Every single time I've been here, it takes 10 years of waiting in line at the register. There is always a problem lol. Tonight was the last straw. There wasn't too many people in line but it took so long because the cashier needed help of two other workers. So we switched lines. Then there was another problem with someone in front of us in this line. So finally I see another register open up and we hurried over there but there was one person ahead of us. The cashier here was suuuuuuuuuuuper slow...and I mean slow like the animal sloth. Like it takes more energy to actually put stuff in the bag that slow and it took him 5 mins to ring up 3 shirts... Not one single peep came out of him either. He was a young guy too. My brain was hurting. I don't mean to be mean but my husband and I have never seen someone so slow. If I could put zero stars I would. We bought tires from Walmart.com and are at an appointment to have them installed. Came to our first appointment and the tires weren't here. Okay... they didn't call or bother to tell us. Rescheduled for noon today and are still here 2 hours later. They are completely incompetent. Couldn't get our back two tires off and so they're only installing the front two. The men were sarcastic and taking behind my back. I consulted with a store manager - the manager of the auto department was out today. He did waive the installation fees for the two front tires. Sad operation and we will never be back. Meanwhile, we're talking our two back tires somewhere else to have them put on. read more

I like this Walmart, I grew up down the street from it, all I remember when it was built. They usually have everything in stock that I want and it's really convenient to where I stay. I am a senior over 60 yrs old and disabled, I had previously picked my groceries up at Walmart store#789 until someone did something to my account on their system and it would not allow me to do online pickups at their store. This occurred after I call the corporate office and make a complaint about their pickup services. So I placed a order for pickup at the Garland Walmart#3224. My order pickup time was 2:00 I arrived at 1:30 so I was waiting in my car until 2:00 before I called the pickup number. One of the online associate saw me sitting in my car and came over to ask if I had been helped. I explain to him that I was early and he stated he would check to see if my order was ready and if it was ready they would bring it right out. About 4 minutes later an associate was bringing my groceries out. The online associates were very easy to identify because they all wore orange online shirts. Stacy was the associate who loaded my groceries and she was excellent,very informative on my options for returning items without me having to ask. Just a overall wonderful experience. When you have good management it shows in your employees. Keep up the good work. read more

No matter what time of day you go to this place every one of the employees treat you as if you are an inconvenience to them. Like who do you think you are to ask me a question or for help. Smirks, grunts and rolling eyes come your way. You say thank you and they turn around and walk away as if to say don't thank me your just a worthless shopper that has the audacity to bother me for MY time. Store is rarely more than 25-30% stocked on any given day or night. 30 something checkout lanes but only 3 are open. Store rarely looks clean. If you bring a list expect to only get 70 to MAYBE 80% on a good day of what you came for. Sorry I just can not give more than 1 star (and that's because yelp doesn't have half stars or I'd give that instead of 1 star). read more

On principle, I don't like walmart. They underpay and underappreciate their associates, their products are usually cheap and limited in selection, and the store (because no one is really paid enough to care) is usually dirty, and I've not seen any walmart that is an exception. This particular one is completely average in that regard. Not particularly new looking or clean, typical inventory. ...but at the same time, there's nowhere else I can go at 4am to get a soldering iron and wind up running into an associate that knows a lot about the subject. This is for the Walmart "Care" Clinic. I had an appointment for a routine blood sugar test. The assistant took my blood pressure and left the room saying she would be right back. I sat in the room for over 30 minutes. They began seeing other people and I opened the door to see the assistant taking a blood sample from someone who came in after me. A different assistant came in to tell me that it is Walmart's policy not to attend to someone with high blood pressure. They do not deserve the one star I had to give and they can take the "care" off of the Walmart Clinic. read more

There is no single way to get help on the multi seater carts that are ALL broken. I have 3 kids under 3 and can no longer shop there after a decade and have complained and asked for help for 2 years!!! There are a lot of great employees that work there, but unfortunately there is no management that could help out a very long running customer. Winco opened up and has plenty of those carts, a clean store and way better prices. read more

I called around this morning to see if anywhere had 2 black 42mm iwatches and was stoked when I thought I had found them here! I drove from Crandall and had the extreme displeasure of dealing with a very rude older woman in electronics who spoke to me like I was an absolute inconvenience to her. I'd ask her a question and she'd half answer me while walking away! She didn't know if they had them and was obviously put out when I asked her to check as she matter of factly told me she'd have to go to the back, again she made it apparent that she was utterly annoyed by me and my request. When she came back she said they only had 3, and they weren't the ones I was looking for. Again, she said it as she was walking away. I left and called as soon as I got to my car only to be left on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for the store manager. I ended up disconnecting the call before the manager answered. I hope they know they lost a $500 sale today thanks to her. I bought them from Costco! read more

I have never had a worse customer service experience as I did on 1/15/2017. My daughter I found most of the items that we needed and proceeded to the checkout lanes. It was around 9:00 PM and there were only 4 lanes opened and each line was extremely long. I didn't want to use the self checkout because I felt that I had too many items, however, because the lines were so long, I used the self checkout. My daughter had her own items and she used the self checkout, finished scanning and she paid for her items. I scanned my items and paid for them. We walked out of the store and was chased by an employee with security. I asked her what was the problem and she stated that "it" showed that I had 29 items. We told her that my daughter had her receipt which is why we had more items. She stated that I had 29 items and she asked to see my receipt and went through my bags and counted the items with security standing there as if we were criminals. I have never stolen a thing in my life, not one piece of gum and yet we were treated like criminals. I asked to speak to the manager. There was no apology from Karen, the lady that chased me down and as we waited 5 minutes for the manager to come, Ms. Karen took a seat and didn't bother checking anyone else's receipt. We watched people leave and no one else was stopped. If they had more lines open, maybe this wouldn't happen. In any event, as a pastor, a state employee, a college graduate, and current grad student, I find it deplorable how customers continue to be profiled and mistreated. I will never let the Autocare department touch my car again. Just by watching the work being done by the mechanics at this location, I was nervous about having them install my 2 new tires that I bought from walmart.com. Sure enough, the installer ended up ruining one of my wheel studs. Now, I am having to drive the car with only 4 lug nuts and I have to waste another day at a mechanic shop to get the stud replaced. Never mind the $100 that it is going to cost me to replace the stud. I should have went with my instinct and not had them perform the work. The people that work there are horrible and don't give a rat's ass about the customer. Of course the installer blamed the issue on the previous wheel installation, but I saw him take the lug nuts off and there was nothing wrong. he just messed it up. I visited Walmart auto center on Saturday, Jan. 20th. I needed a new battery for my truck. While I was there I decided to also get an oil change. My battery cost 93.76. I was told that my oil change using synthetic oil would total 44.88. When I got my final bill, charged to my credit card, the total was 171.97. Even with tax, this seemed incorrect. I looked at the receipt. There was a extra charge for 6.31 for oil. An extra charge for 3.00 marked battery fee. An extra charge of 12.00 marked Core Charge. In addition, the 8.25 tax which was 12.02. I asked the sales person, a young man why I was being charged these extra charges. He was confused and could not tell me. We went over the charges together. Finally, he attempted to call his manager. Twenty plus minutes went by. He attempted to ask the employees in the garage, the ones who had actually done the work on my car. None were available to help. I myself, found a garage employee and asked about the charges. He said the six dollars was for oil. I complained that I paid for the oil change, why the extra six dollars. He could not tell me. I ask him about the three dollar extra charge. He could not tell me. I ask him about the core charge. He told me that should have been taken off. No explanation on what exactly it was for, or why I was charged for it. Another fifteen minutes now has gone by. The young man behind the counter is now ignoring me, as he has attempted to talk with garage personal and call his manager. Finally, another employee shows up. She gets behind the register, reviews my charges. I am assuming that she is a manager, but she never identifies herself. She looks upset at being called to the scene. I ask her about the excess charges. She said that the 3.00 charge for the battery was not from Walmart, but some type of state fee for the battery. She explained that the extra 6.31 was for an extra quart of oil that was necessary for my oil change. Not included in the 44.88 charge. Apparently no one knows that my F150 requires six quarts. I know it is an off model. They probably only get ten or fifteen of them in per day. LOL. Now. About the 12.00 Core Charge. She said that this should have been taken off of my bill and was charged incorrectly. No explanation as too what it is or why it is charged. As she was reworking my bill, I asked her how often that someone asked her about this "Core Charge". Her response was, "almost never". My response was, "Well, is'nt that a nice thing"? So, If anyone is interested in what my personal time is worth, it's about twelve dollars for an hour. I wonder how many other people are charged the "Core Charge". I know it is only twelve bucks but when you add in the poor service, the total lack of knowledge and or explanation from the Walmart staff for charges that they themselves completed. As well as no apology, sorry for your time, Please come again, thankyou for shopping at our store. Nada. My advise. Take it to any other garage. read more
