Usually the shelves are stocked but the last couple of times they have been bare. I know this is a super center but come on and let's make sure you have product. The fresh vegetables area was bare and not a lot of them out there. Was there the other day and stood in the customer service line for 25 min. The entire time there was one employee working and about 6 that kept standing and doing nothing. One literally sat there playing with a stuffed animal. NOT one person acknowledged one person in line. Not a simple hello or we will be with you in a minute. I do not do reviews very often if at all. However this was my experience at the Men. Falls Super Walmart. I went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription. One customer was ahead of me. The employee sees me in line as she is waiting on the current customer and says to me, I am closing for lunch, lunch is at 1:30 and it's already past 1:30. ( it was 1:32 pm). This is the last person I am taking, cuz we close for lunch at 1:30. I stood there in dis belief. Very poor customer service, will NEVER be back! read more

Y_U_C_K. If you ever wondered why Walmart is suffering so much in business just go to this store. This has got to be the most depressing place on earth. It is next near a miracle if you get a cashier that talks or works at a normal pace. The self checkout is a joke, many of the machines just don't work and they have one clerk running around trying nonstop to fix them. The store is in deplorable dirty condition. Check dates on all the food you get, I've seen items that are past the expiry date. The worst of the worst, I saw a little girl sneeze into the produce...gag, I know that could happen anywhere, but it seems like normal Walmart "clientele"! Get your kid a freaking kleenex!!! Pharmacy is aweful slow. There are so many old citizens who are picking up their meds their and besides waiting for the preparation they have to stay in addition in line forever. The walmart management in this facility should hire additional personnel or task other personnel within the pharmacy to assist the clerk at the cash register. So customers are taking care off. read more

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but after reading reviews from others about the Germantown Walmart store, I felt compelled to add my comments. I echo all the negative reviews about this store. As others have said, it is unclean and extremely disorganized, with product often scattered across shelves rather than being organized in an orderly way. Example: boxes of jello were all lumped together on top of one another on a lower shelf. When I mentioned this to a nearby employee, I received a blank, unconcerned stare. Also as mentioned by another individual, the store seems to be filled with many employees who stand around doing nothing. I and others waited in line at customer service for 10-15 minutes before anyone even came to attend to customers. Yet there were a number of employees nearby, seemingly doing nothing. On one visit I decided to register a complaint to the manager. Of course, he/she was not available. I expressed my concern to an employee in customer service and asked that my complaint be passed along to the manager. While I was stating my issue, another customer heard me and spoke up to say that this Walmart was the absolute worst and that she normally went out of her way to shop at another Walmart because of the condition of the store. Go for the basics, always a line in the checkouts, so be prepared to wait. Don't go after midnight, can be quite scary.

This is a terrific place to shop. It is close to my home in Mequon, but if it wasn't I would travel. I met the store manager who has vast knowledge on Mexico in which he shared with me while he stocked the shelves.( I had asked a question about an item in the pharmacy for air sickness.) I try to avoid shopping at this particular Wal-Mart whenever possible. They never (and I repeat, NEVER) have enough checkout lines open. There are usually at least 5-6 customers waiting in the few checkout lines they have open. read more

Went to Walmart today to buy some Osteo Bi-flex. Tried to checkout with one item. No luck there, only 2 checkouts open with several people with full carts. Went back to the Pharmacy and waited behind someone with three items. When the checkout lady came back(she was gone awhile) she checked him out. Great I'm next! Not! Someone came up behind me and was told she was next. And then I remember this lady being rude once before when I tried to get my prescription. I chucked my bi-flex and left fuming. Employees are rude, the place is always dirty, pallets in isles, when going down an isle the employees don't move for you or say excuse me. The manager walked past a spill and looked down and kept walking. Shelves are never stocked. Dirty, dirty, dirty read more

first of all, be warned, if you are looking to purchase a fish from Walmart turn around and go right to petco or another pet store! NEVER! Again will I buy a fish from Walmart! first, they keep there beta fish together (beta fish fight one another when kept in close proximity to each other) and they are all dead in there little containers. Second, purchased a fish and a starter kit from there, went home and set it all up and less then a week later I find out the fish is infected with parasites and it has been infected for months! staff was horribly rude and not helpful at all! I will be avoiding this Walmart as much as I can! I would honestly drive the extra 20 minutes to go to west bend! read more

i thought by coming out here to this walmart that this place will have great customer service!!!!! wrongggggggggggg!!!!! so i came to get 4 new tires on my truck. and while they were taking off my tire the stripped my lug nut to my lock . trying to say it was put on too tight when i just had the tire taking off very easy a few days ago. the manager was very rude her name is teresa she dint even bother to ask me what was the problem or nothing. i had to drive home tires unbalance and go to another shop so they can break my lock off my truck but walmart did agree to pay me back the money. even though the service was very tacky and wack.. i couldve went to mid town if i wanted bad service but believe it or not hell they probably would've took my lock off without a problem unlike this tacky walmart. and to add keith he was rude also as if he didn't want to answer no questions.i will never shop here again!!!!! read more
