Lines sucks here, site to store is just horrible been coming here for two days trying to pick my stuff up and they still don't have it.

I was soooo excited to have this location open near me. That lasted about 3 visits. Their food prices are higher than the local Pete's (which is very high) AND Jewel (which recently closed). The staff don't know ANYTHING since most are "filling in" from other stores. The shelves are never stocked although the stock is clearly visable in the aisles. What is stocked looks like a tornado ripped through it. The employees (past the greeters) are neither helpful nor friendly and usually have their cell phones in their hands or hanging out of their back pockets. Finding a manager to assist you is like looking for a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow (or shopping at Home Depot) If you want some local flavor, cruise down the paint aisle and see local gang tags painted all over the spray paint section. I was sent there to find teflon plumbers tape by someone who said they were the manager, although they were wearing the typical blue polo and beige pants. Needless to say, plumbers tape is not the same as painters or duct tape. Of course, they don't carry plumbers tape so if you're looking to run over there for that, don't bother. Even their "ship to store" has issues. I waited 20 minutes to pick up a package because the person was on "break" and nobody else had the key. When I received my item, the box was torn and looked like someone threw it around a bit. Since it was a gift, I refused to take it and had to go to another store. Black Friday shopping this year? Forget it. I gave it a shot last year since it was so close. NEVER AGAIN. People had all the stuff that was supposed to be released at midnight GONE by 6 pm. It was a cluster............... to say the least. So if you want a pointless shopping trip to over pay for produce and meat, stand in line for a long periods of time, be treated poorly (if at all) and not get what you came for, by all means this is YOUR Walmart. Walmart's unscrupulous employees strike once again! Xmas day gift for my young cousin was ruined!! Purchased a game and an employee stole the disk from the packaging and replaced it with a blank copy!! They completely refuse to help us out and are defending their crooked employees! Poor service, and the store is not organized. Only thing decent are the prices. But, the employees there are rude, lazy and incompetent. That is what makes the business look bad. I went to another Walmart in a different state, and what a huge difference. The displays are neater, organized. And the staff was actually friendly, polite, helpful and professional. The only problem that I have had with this WalMart is with a cashier named Darnell. He was so rude when he was ringing up our purchases and even made some remarks to another cashier about a white girl and a Mexican. He does not have the personality or charm that is necessary to be a good cashier...or even a stock girl. I do hope that management takes care of him. I did discuss the issue with one of the managers before we left. read more

They do not even deserve this star . This place has the worse customer service you can ever have ,lost a receipt for a 900w PIONEER amp and the "supposed" manager told me they couldn't look it up ;could you believe that lol? All because it was purchased more then three months ago not to mention I bought a warranty from the store , had the item and statement on my debit card with the item itself. Very incompetent staff Todd Belsak asst Mgr and Lisley in customer service very sarcastic and unprofessional Walmart has really gone down in every aspect poor service and don't care attitude will be their failure in years to come . It's nice to pay employees but if they have no care in the world then it's a losing future !!!. I will stop using Walmart cause their services are very poor . Well, I left a review a while back. Things started changing for the better here, so I thought it should be noted. Anyone, who has been shopping here for the last few years has to see the changes. Many bad reviews still. The tides are turning slowly for the better. Many new employees. Happier ones. It's stocked much better and more consistently. It's also much cleaner. I seem to always get along with the cashiers. I think customers can be a bit hard on them at times. Patience people. It's like being in bad traffic. Everyone is in a hurry. If it's busy, play a game on your phone. It's not the end of the world to wait. I have seen management on the floor doing work. That's nice to see. Now, why I still only gave 3 stars ? The CSM'S at register 17 are horrible. I've heard more complaints and arguments between employees at that register every single time I go through that lane. This seems to be worse in the evening hours. I am a customer and don't care who you hate to work with or how much so and so you have problems with. I also don't care where you went last night and what you did with who ! The cursing at that register is a horrible display of management. The employee's need to move their complaints away from customers. Perhaps, the store manager should move the CSM station to an area AWAY from customers. Also, the deli is always a ghost town. I have to go through the doors to find someone in back for lunch meat. This shouldn't happen ever. Someone needs to be there at all times. A smile would be nice as well. So, all in all things are moving along. Just a few major things need to be changed. The greeters are also very nice. ( forgot to mention them). I will review again in a few months. OMG! NEVER SITE TO STORE at this location. After saying that my ores would be ready on the 1st of December, I actually waited until the 2nd to go pick it up. I was told on the 2nd that it wasn't ready, even allowed them to repeat the same on the 3rd. But on the 4th, I called the store at 8am to be told that bc it wasn't ready, they could pull it off of the floor & give it to me. That was a LIE, I arrived @ 1 pm & didn't leave until 5. With no package. I am SO irritated & disgusted I won't even get into detail. But if you're ever in that store I hope Christine is your "site to store" cashier & Michael is the assistant manager to assist you. Because every other person is just a waste of space wearing matching uniforms. It is sad that ppl want $15 an hour & don't work to keep the $9 they already get. This is the 2nd Time I've had an issue with this Wal-Mart. I am a gardener, I was in the garden center and was ready to check out. The gentleman that was working that area said that he would be over to help me soon....a few minutes go by and at this time he's done with someone and I think he forgot I was there. So I kindly left my onion bulbs on the counter because I had other things I needed to do that day. So I get in my car ....I reverse out of the parking spot and get ready to go into drive....the same gentleman that was supposed to help me comes running out looking for me like I stole something looking for me and once he sees me in my car he's watching me drive off .....seriously....you take forever and lose business then act like you're chasing a criminal. The reason I knew he was looking for me was because other than the other person he was helping in the other aisle (this person never exited the garden center) I was the only car by the garden center. This was around May. The 2nd time was about 2 weeks ago. We were standing in line and I had my 2 young children with me , both under the age of 9 , we were waiting in line . I watch my children like a hawk , because there are crazy people in This world, 2 I want to keep any eye out because I don't want them touching things they shouldn't. Well there were 2 other little boys in front of us. My child was just looking at the candy. No big deal. Til I see their "undercover security " gawking over my daughter like she was stealing. He was paying so much attention to her he didn't realize I'm watching him. Not once did he even look at the other little boys. Whose parents weren't really watching them like that. I work retail. I know what undercover security looks like. Check your cameras......you have evidence that we haven't stolen. You guys need do better because there will be charges filed if you wrongfully apprehend someone. It's wrong . I felt discriminated against, I felt like I was treated like I stole something...then stalk my kids...whom I'd been watching and telling them don't touch this or that. And I see bad lol kids running through that store all the time grabbing things...really...I'll save you guys the trouble and support another Wal-Mart....and the associates are just rude... Like bump into customer rude.... I work retail... You don't have to act like that. Plus, my husband used to work at a Walmart. So, I'm not writing this blindly read more

This Walmart didn't take long to go bad. The biggest problem since I first reviewed them is they don't restock their merchandise. You'll find lots of shelves/racks/etc empty. I'll give them one more try at a later date. read more

This Walmart is never stocked with anything. They may have one left on the shelf but broken haha. Then the customer service is awful. I asked where something was and she said that's not her department. Okay...but as an employee you should find out for me. She left me to have to search for it on my own. Then I tried using the price match with a sales ad and the cashier tells me nope not the right amount of ounces nope not the same color bottle. She gave me the hardest time. Then I try to pay for Walmart credit card and the cashier tells me she can't do it at the register. Yes she can cause I have always paid it at the register so I had to stand in a long customer service line. Every time I go there its a bad experience from the parking all the way to leaving out. I needed a refill of a prescription that was very expensive. A pharmacy aid named Franke told me to go on line and print out a coupon from GoodRX and bring it in. He saved my life and I saved a lot of money and he got me a 90 day supply. Medical drugs can be soooooo very expensive and my husband has a rare disease so he needed the drugs. Two stars is stretching it. This has to be the slowest Walmart that I have visited in the United States. Tonight at 9:45 there we about 20 people in line and only 3 cash registers open. This is a regular occurrence. The people here are nice enough, I have not met any rude associates, just open some registers, sheesh. I am always waiting in line to get out. read more

Worst establishment ever. Constantly greeted with rudeness and disrespect. Can't find something? Not their problem. They're busy. Need a manager? They walk away rolling their eyes. The whole "supercenter" is filled with rude, unmotivated employees who don't understand what it means to work a job and clearly, their supervisors could care less too. I came in after work to cash a check. The lady at the service counter (after ignoring me for about 5 minutes because her friend's story was so funny) told me my check was declined. She said this rudely and she said this loudly. I was mortified. I'm not a thief. I don't cash bad checks, but now to all these people it appears that way. Upon asking her why it was declined she stated "yeah idk just call this number." I called the number expecting a service maintenance period or another reasonable excuse for making me look like a loser. I was told ' your check was declined because it did not meet our criteria.' What criteria?! Was it too blue?! It's a poor excuse for a service center, operated my careless and rude employees, and supervised by careless individuals who don't seem to care anymore than they do. I would hope that there are employees worthy of the pay they receive there, but I have yet to meet any. read more

Horrible customer service and manager. If I could rate this place negative stars I would. My husband just bought a PS4 headset from them about an hour ago came home to open the box and noticed it was broken so he left it in the plastic didn't even take it off put it back in the box and immediately went back to Walmart not even 20 minutes later to exchange it. They told him they could not exchange it or reimburse his money because it did not even have a serial number and condition it was in. He told them to toss the headphones because he didn't want them he literally just left the place and came back! He did not have a PS4 until about a week ago and BOUGHT IT FROM THE SAME WALMART!!! It's unfair that my husbands money is wasted on a trashy place that probably had employees switching their damn headphones and in the end the customers get screwed over! And of course they get to keep the money and not give a care in the world. Very Unsatisfied with this place. read more
