Terrible experience at the Vision Center! My wife provided Vision insurance, and paid $351.00 for co-pay expenses for progressive lens, frames purchases and anti reflective coating for lens. 3 days later she received a bill for an additional $62.00 for a so called "encounter balance" We have immediately met with the vision center manager, who apologized and admitted they did not have a billing department with the capability of providing an actual total cost for lens work. Totally unacceptable. We had no other choice but having to pay this additional premium to our insurance carrier, due to office negligence. Do not recommend!!!!! read more

Driving back home from Hialeah, I drove past this Walmart and decided to get a few things, including some allergy relief OTC medicine for my husband who started to complain about nasal drainage and sore throat. The parking lot was big but very busy...this is a very busy store...lots of people...75% of them are speaking Spanish, which is fine, since I speak Spanish too, but it is like you are shopping in a Spanish speaking country...LOL.. I live in GA and ordered a car set to be delivered to my ride so when they come pick us up from the airport and due to the communication barrier the driver could not read the instructions and took my items back to the store and changed the delivery to pick-up with my name on it!!!!!! I was beyond furious 1. I'm in a different state, 2. I need this car seat and I was headed to the airport. In addition, due to the improper staffing there are not enough employees on the floor to assist customers with questions or pick up items left around the store which leads to cereal in the sporting section and milk in the autocrat section. The majority of the employees lack the customer service skills needed to deal with people. Sure, there are very friendly people that will bend over backwards for you. However, the majority provide no guidance, respect or manners... When it comes to merchandising, I believe everyone knows Walmart is one of the few places you can buy a couch, milk, socks and bullets all in one shop... The worst of the worst service I've ever had in my life. I took my car to get new tires put on that I ordered to the service department through Walmart.com, drove out of the store and the brand new tire I had just bought went flat while I was on the palmetto on the way home. Decided it wouldn't be smart to stay on the highway and drove off the exit, parked in my driveway to a completely flat brand new tire. Went in someone else's car to the store where the auto service manager named Juan could not have cared less about the situation, took my information down and assured me he would call me today by 12pm (which he later changed to 10am) with a solution to my problem. It's not 4:52pm and not one person has called to resolve the fact that I have a car in my driveway that I can not move. I have contacted walmart customer service an ungodly amount of times. No one at the store answers and I have now missed a full day of work because of the service department negligence and the lack of professionalism or wanting to resolve the problem by the service manager Juan. I went to return four items with my receipt. I was told my receipt was beyond 90 days-July, it's December. I told the young lady who was assisting me that the receipt doesn't have any expiration information on it. She said it Walmart's policy and pointed to the sign behind her. I asked for the manager, but she called the assistant manager, Mr. Quintin, who initially refused to come as requested by the customer-me. I actually heard the young lady's conversation with the assistant manager. She was trying to convince him to come to customer service to speak with me. After it seemed like he wasn't coming, the young lady called again and begged him to come to customer service. He came and repeated Walmart's policy pointing to the sign. I asked Mr. Quintin to tell me how would a customer know the return policy if it's not on the receipt. He continued to tell me that Walmart's policy is 90 days and did not have a sensible answer for me. My conversation with the assistant manager was not this short; I summarized it. Shoppers if you don't return merchandise to Walmart before 90 days, even though your receipt doesn't have an expiration time, you will not get a refund or credit. Just had the most unpleasant situation at this location thanks to an associate named TANIA (older Spanish speaking lady with short salt & pepper hair). When I got to the register to pay, I began to scan my items and this woman whispered to the associate next to her that there was an item scanned that didn't appear to be in my cart. She proceeds to walk to my cart and look at her scanner (I'm assuming this is a device that lets her read the items I'm scanning). She then comes up to me and asks me what's KODIAK because it's not in my cart. I go ahead and grand my KODIAK PROTEIN PANCAKES from the bag which was INSIDE my cart and proceed to show her. She quickly changed her demeanor and tries to crack a joke. At this point I'm annoyed and offended because #1 if you're going to harass paying customers, at least have the decency to LOOK inside the cart b fire you assume we are stealing. And #2, I was CLEARLY and VISIBLY scanning my items one by one so that she could keep up with my scanning. Once she realized I spoke Spanish and KNEW what she said she walked away and left the other associate alone. I went ahead and asked to speak to the store manager who was nothing short of amazing and polite, as tired as she was (they were close to closing hour) she still came out to address my concern. I understand this time of year is crucial in retail, but this lady (Tania) lacks professionalism and should really be looked into as other employees expressed to me that she thinks she's the police and this is normal for her. No one should feel harassed while trying to PAY for groceries, and if she feels someone is stealing she should follow protocol and alert the proper authorities instead of creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment for patrons. I will most definitely continue to come to this location as it's the one next to my house, I've been coming here for years and have never experienced anything like this. I highly recommend being on the lookout for this individual when you're at this store and notifying leadership if you experience what my daughter and I went through tonight. read more

I have used this shop twice to fix a flat and both times left disappointed. First visit, my flat was fixed but they didn't put enough air in my tire so the TPMS light stayed on. I had to go to a gas station to finish filling my tires (two were low). Second visit, 4hr wait but ironically the bays were empty when I arrived, guess that's how "busy" they were. The "mechanic" broke my wheel stud and casually called to tell me they cannot fix it but will reimburse me for the repair.. You don't know a persons schedule to tell them they need to find time to go to anther shop to fix what WALMART broke then come back for a refund is a huge inconvenience!! It'll be a week before any of this is done and a safety risk for me to continue driving my vehicle. I will never again take my car to a shop where they "do not perform repairs". I'm pretty sure none of these guys are certified, they look like they're students. read more

And every time I pulled into the parking lot, at least half the parking spaces were taken up by shopping carts scattered throughout the lot. And when I enter, the annoying, non-stop sound of a McDonalds deep fryer timer beeping fills the air. While dodging stockers and boxes of Starbucks coffee and Cheetos, I finally make it to the line, and I kid you not, one night, it took me 40 minutes to pay and walk out at 1 in the morning. Plenty of parking but sometimes the parking near the entrance can get hectic there is always parking where you have to parallel park. They have an isle full of Hispanic products to cook all your Spanish recipes. Just like any Walmart it could be 3am and it's full and there is only 1 to 4 cashiers open.
