Went to this location, might I ad this is while covid,-19 is going. It was reported that 148 people in Houston were exposed as of this day. My issue is, there were no disinfectant wipes on either entrance of the store for customers to wipe down the carts or any purpose. The greeter at the door said they had been out for 3 days. Cannot believe I walked into this crap hole of a store. Asked where the out door bulbs were and they told me hardware dept. Go to hardwares and couldn't find the bulbs, asked an employee and they didn't know. Walked back to the grocery area and realized I probably had to beg someone to direct me to them so I left. I'm not a Walmart shopper for this reason. It's a huge place where strange people shop, where crappy service lives. Some one mentioned Walmart carried what I needed, but its just not worth the hassle of coming here. I shop here once or twice a year and only if I absolutely have to. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was my last time EVER shopping at walmart. This location is the worst. Customer service is nonexistent. I was charged $20.97 for tp when the only price tag on the shelf clearly said $10.72. When Brendan, an assistant manager, came to the isle, he stated that the tag was for the other tp. He also stated that the tags are supposed to be on the bottom, but employees and customers knock them off by hitting with carts. Not one price tag on the entire isle on the bottom. How as customers are we supposed to know? And why are they not fixing the tags? He would not change the price for me even though it was not clearly marked. This is not my 1st issue with this store. To make things worse, when I was at the customer service desk, the employee and a customer service manager laughed in my face because I stated that I would like to go show him the shelf I got it from. Just witnessed an altercation in the Lingerie Dept. on a busy Saturday afternoon. The manager pretty much just stood by and did nothing while a woman (using that term loosely) and man cursed each other out. Not sure why my daughter had to learn some "new words" while standing next to Fruit of the Loom undies! My co-worker told me about some microwaves that were on sale but they were nowhere to be found once I arrived. I looked around for at least 10 mins before I found somebody to help me and they had no idea what I was talking about. FAIL!!! Always packed! Long lines! You know the Walmart drill. This is one of the nicer Wal-Mart's and I would travel out of my way just for a bit better, one where there aren't toys, food, clothes, and people everywhere. Parking can be tough in certain times and I've noticed more and more hood people are starting to come to this location more... I wish they had self checkout in both areas so it can be quicker. It's took 15min to checkout 7 items at the self express machine. The cashier was not very helpful and on top of that he barely knew what he was doing. As I continue to scan my items, the machine had several errors. I look around and I wasn't the only one having the same problems with the self checkout machines. After 10min of waiting, he said that I would have to transfer my items to his register. So I did that and after that time he finally did his job and checkout my items from waiting up to 15min. -_- read more

The WalMart management seems to have listened a bit. The aisles are clearer, and while they still stack stuff in the aisle it's much more restricted and the aisles easier to move about it. They've also updated with clear easy to read signs telling you where stuff is, and the shelves seem neater and better maintained. Not much else has changed, and they've edged closer to three stars they haven't gotten over that edge. read more

I went to Walmart yesterday and i could not navigate around the food aisles because employees were stocking EVERY SINGLE AISLE. I understand tha they need to stock up but at 7pm when the store is packed?? I couldn't get most of my needs because they blocked most of the aisles with the big carts they use to transport the food. When I went to check out surprisingly they had more than 5 lanes open! I got in a lane with only one person hoping to get out quickly because it was supposed to storm but nope! The Cashier talked and talked and talked to the customer about "how to use and what it is used for" for about 3 different things while stopping her actions to talk. I like when cashiers are friendly but this was too much. While waiting I looked around and saw that other check out lanes also were not moving the manager was running around from Lane to Lane trying to fix everything. They were all very dependent and slow. other than the workers I love this Walmart they have a big variety and lots of fresh fruit. read more

This is for Walmart.com. I bought a table and when it was delivered, the top of the table was cracked. We contacted Walmart.com and was sent another table top. The rep from Walmart.com scheduled USPS to pick up the cracked table. When USPS came, they did not pick up the table because they said it was too big. We again contacted walmart.com and was told they would schedule FedEx to pick up the cracked table. We asked if we were going to be charged and we were told we would NOT be charged for the second table top even though it had not been picked up yet. We waited a few days and FedEx never came. We contacted walmart.com again because we then noticed we were charged for another table! When talking to walmart.com they said they did not see were FedEx was ever scheduled and then went ahead and scheduled the pick up. The table has since been picked up but we now have to wait 3-4 weeks for our refund? What!!??!!?! We should never have been charged for the second table at all. It was not our fault that walmart.com scheduled USPS to pick up a table that was too big. It is not our fault that the original pick up from FedEx was never scheduled. But we are having to take the hit for this because of walmart.com mistake. So to sum up, we are being charged for a new and a cracked table. I will never order from Walmart.com again! read more

I went to purchase 4 candles. Found 4 scented ones I liked. I've been purchasing these same candles for years at Walmart. While checking out at the register, the girl says she can't sell them to be because "they've taken them off the market". 1. Why were they still on the shelf? 2. Almost every employee at every Walmart I have visited are lacking knowledge of the store, and are always too busy to be polite or helpful. I went in three different stores on Fathers Day weekend looking for water shoes. No none knew where they were or what they were for that matter. I was told they were a seasonal item. Every time I find myself having to go to Walmart (yes, not need, but have), I sit in my car in the parking lot and say a little prayer to myself first. I say "Please give me the strength not to punch any of the idiot customers in this store". The physical store itself isn't terrible. For a Walmart, it's fairly clean, and well stocked. It does suffer from the "never enough checkers" plight of every Walmart, and you're totally on your own if you need help with something. But the customers. Oh my god the customers. I ordered a treadmill from Walmart.com aug 22 I recived an Email telling me it has been shipped and that I will get an Email when it arrives at the local walmart store wich was estimated to be on August 31. That didn't happen sept 1 I received another email saying that there is a delay and that they could not give me a revised delivery date. So i waited until sept 2 then I tried calling customer service where I got stuck with an automated system that kept hanging up on me every time I entered my order number. Finally I just keyed 0 until I got a real live person who pretty much told me that they don't know where the treadmill is. But that they will investigate and call me back. They never did. I kept trying and they kept saying that they don't know where the item was and to wait. finally when i called sept 11 the customer care person recommended to cancel the order and reorder the item. So that's what we did. New order was shipped on sept 15 the new arrival date was sept 23. Well that date came and went with the exact same results. What kind of company is this? They lost track of two treadmills worth almost a thousand each. Now its October 2nd and all they want to do is wait or refund my money. Walmart is not doing enough to keep me the customer happy. Why cant they just use FedEx or UPS. this way they can properly track items and keep customers well informed and happy. At this point I don't want a refund I just want what I purchased On August 22-2015 at 1:23pm. Is this what people will have to look forward to this Holiday season. Total disappointment. read more

Hi, On 12/23 I sent a moneygram to my brother about 6:45cst, the moneygram is nationwide as stated on receipt, I live in Wisconsin and my brother lives in Texas, my brother went to go pick up the moneygram 1hr later from his local walmart located at 12353 FM 1960 rd W, Houston, TX 77065. The first service rep stated that she did no a moneygram, so he called me I verified the code, so he went back in the store and there was another service rep with with the one that told my brother that there was not a moneygram for him, however she said that I see it, but the one that stated that see did not see anything would not let him receive the moneygram that was made nationwide in his name with the reference number!!!!! I got off work called that walmart around 11:10pm cst, I ask to speak with a supervisor this strong pitched young lady answered the phone and said that "um you gonna have to wait a long time for that" I said no I need to speak with a manager or assistant manager, she replied hold on and put a regular employee on the phone, I asked are you a manager he replied no! I said again I would like to speak with a Manager he said there is no manager here and passed the phone back to the strong pitched young lady, I asked her for corporate's phone number and she went away from the phone came back and quickly and rudely said 1800walmart. I asked fro her name and she hung up the phone on me, I tried to call back several times to express my displeasure and the would pick up the phone and hang up, I know that there was a manager their and never got to speak with him/her, this walmart is a ghetto cesspool that needs to be eliminated or under new management. read more

Now, as far as Wal Marts go, this one is not NEARLY as creepy as others I have been to. It's clean, the employees are nice. The lanes are awful, but that's often the customer's fault.
