I said, "surely you have on camera the woman putting One bottle in the bag!?" There would be No denying I received One bottle, therein lies the proof. They have cameras everywhere! Thank God they do! We ended the conversation with her letting me know it would be at the earliest Monday before I knew anything at all. No way! Was I happy with that! This is my medicine, people!! It's not like I didn't get my chips or bread; I didn't get all of my prescription! So, I asked for the store manager's name, and called him. At this point I was angry, trying to stay calm, I explained to him the situation. He was kind, receptive, seems to care, but did mention because we're dealing with a controlled substance, DEA laws, blah blah blah. They messed up My controlled substance!! I'm sure the DEA would have more to say about That! I was so angry! Calming down, I remembered I used my Cash App tied to Flare Card with that purchase. The moment I make any purchase I get a text telling me time, date, amount, merchant, and new balance. I knew the very minute that transaction took place!! How hard could it be to put into a computer a specific time and easily verify?? He promised he would do everything to help and would call back soon. Within 45 minutes I received a call from Kroger Pharmacy manager, telling me my prescription was being filled, at no charge (Duh!). I didn't receive any type of apology, no knowledgement of a mistake. I kept hearing from Kroger's pharmacy manager, "seeing as this is the first time this has happened..." What?!?!?!?! So today, I tried 3 different Shell stations and none would recognize my card, so I drove to my Kroger and tried their gas station ( I had 1000 points). Same thing. So I went into the store to the customer service and she did something on her computer and she assured me that the card would work. I returned to the Kroger gas station and same thing - card was not read. So I HAD to go ahead and fill up as I was on empty. Back home I called the 1-800 number. What a joke! They of course said they had worked their majic and my card should work now. Well I had already filled up the tank, WITHOUT the points, so I asked for reimbursement for my gas purchase. This Sam's Club is pretty much like any other Sam's Club. Of course, no review is good without…read moresome mention of Costco. The good: it's organized and aisles are labeled. The checkout system is easy and fast. They lean toward support of small restaurant business so you find those things in bulk. They tend to have more potato chip, pretzel etc. selection. They have a good selection of frozen food items. The bad: the place isn't as clean as Costco. It's not unusual to find empty shelves devoid of product with just empty boxes, or flats of product sitting in the aisle. Their prepared meals aren't as varied or good. The wine selection is inferior. The drugstore section has these rediculously long aisles so you have to traipse forever to find something. Member's Mark house brand is much more hit or miss compared to Kirkland Signature. The food court looks like a copy of Costco's offerings, good butva bit below Costco. Sam's gas prices are lower than the surrounding and equal to Costco but their pump area is filthy, where you could eat off Costco's. Costco fuel is Top Tier rated; Sam's is not. The people at Sam's are hit or miss, some good, some surly much like Walmart; I've not yet met an unfriendly Costco employee. Overall, it's a good alternative to other retail but is definately a big notch below Costco.

I called yesterday May 7th asking for a supervisor and was sent to a voicemail.
