So, the appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am Tuesday morning, for the purchase of four brand new tires. The vehicle was a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. As I arrived at the Walmart parking lot, I noticed only two employees inside automotives working with three vehicles already inside being worked on. There was trash outside in the parking lot and I wasn't too impressed to be honest, but the appointment was made and the tires were cheap. As I walked up to the counter to check in for my appointment, there was nobody there and I had to wait 10minutes until somebody finally greeted me. So, I was told that they would have my truck ready in 30 minutes to an hour. After an hour of being in the lobby waiting, my truck was still in the same place I had parked it. They told me they were a bit behind with their appointments. They only had a total of three employees working in the automotive department. That's when I knew it was going to be a very stressful long day after noticing the service was very slow and disappointing. After three hours of waiting, my truck was finally ready. They apologized for the long wait and I was just glad that I was finally leaving. Now it was time for the test, to drive and see how my new tires feel on the freeway. Pulling out the parking lot and not even a mile down the road I noticed the tire pressure sensor wasn't working. I shook my head and told myself, Ima find out exactly what happened. So, I arrived back at Walmart and I asked to speak to a manager in charge at the automotive Department. They all acted dumb like they didn't know why I was there. After about 5 minutes of disputing, they finally admitted and apologized for breaking one of the tire sensors when they were installing the new tires. That made my final decision that I would never come back to Walmart for any type of vehicle service.There service was too slow, very un professional, and even though the tires were cheap it was definitely not worth it. I had to pay to get my tire pressure sensor fixed. Overall the tires were very excellent, no complaints. I would rate them a 4 star and the service a 1 star. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to Walmart. read more

Fraud alert issue for processing a payment for a cart of groceries close to closing. Cashier was great and did what was needed so I could resolve this issue with my bank. A manager came over and said cash or leave. I asked for a few minutes. She refused. I left. The time it took to restock the shelves was longer than her patience. I came here for curbside pickup. I rarely frequent Walmart but I had a rare day off and was in need of cleaning supplies and was running a lot of errands and was trying to be efficient. Since I don't frequent this store I felt that curbside was the best option since I don't know my way around the store. I waited for 45 min; after which I exited my car and found an attendant to figure out if I could pick up my items from a counter - I was told I could not, that I might consider coming back later when it was less busy. I would also note that at the 30 minute mark I called the curbside phone number to try to speak to someone and no one answered. The lack of communication in the situation was most disappointing. If someone had come out and said there was a problem or gave a projected wait time, I think it would have been helpful. I saw several people waiting and leaving because they did not have the time. I use H-E-B curbside service very frequently and I have never had an experience like this one. I ended up canceling my order as I could not wait any longer. My time would have been better spent shopping in the store. Note: Curbside called me exactly two hours after my arrival time. I did not answer, but my presumption was it was to tell me that my order was ready - because my cancelation never went through. I am still getting notifications that I should pick up my order (this is now the next day). read more

If I could give this location a zero, I would. I drove out of my way to pick up an micro SD express card - their website said it was in stock as did the app. It was also available for in-store shopping, pickup and delivery. Yet, when I get there, there are none on the rack. Fair, maybe the website, app, etc. was not updated. This is the weekend that the Swtich 2 came out...so, it would not be surprising if this location was out of stock. But, a younger lady offered to help me although she was from a different department. She went to the crotchety older lady who worked in that department (I won't use her name) and I was close enough to hear the conversation that it is in the bin in the back, but she does not want to dig through it. So, the nice younger lady came and told me she is sorry but they are out. I told her that I heard what the other lady said and she apologized again saying she is just helping in that department. So, I did the only thing I could do, which is walk out and spend that money at Best Buy. I should have actually checked Best Buy before leaving the house - my mistake. There really isn't anything worth coming to a Walmart, much less this store, that you can't do better at a grocery store. If you are coming for engine oil or household items, then maybe, but if otherwise stay away. One thing this store is reliably good at is rickety shopping carts with annoyingly clicking wheels. missing price tags on the shelves, and employee apathy. This is something I can consistently count on when I come here. Walmart is not the cheapest place to shop for grocery unless you purchase their own Great Value line of products. This is something I have noticed not at just this Walmart, but others too. Otherwise, prices will be equal or higher than another store. Meats and dairy are higher. Produce is as much as anywhere else with less overall variety. There is an illusion that Walmart is somehow cheap. It's not. The other trend that Walmart is doing is making you scan your own groceries for checkout. They have very few cashiers nowadays to steer you into the self checkout. The only saving grace for a Walmart is if one is traveling to another city because at least you can count on the consistency of having the same kinds of food and stuff in stock. read more

Wally World is just what it sounds like, a jungle! The employees here are helpful but I feel like if you've been to one Walmart then you've been to them all (even though some are better than others)! My only problem is that this location is ALWAYS out of certain things and it's always the items that I'm craving. I miss Publix (back in Florida) because they always have what I want. Kudos to the women at the customer service check out because they pushed the line through expeditiously and I was in and out with ease! Come on, people. This is Wal-Mart. What do you expect? It used to be my after midnight go to place. But since summer, they decided to cut the hours. I believe this is because of the freeway 290 construction. I love shopping here, except those damn birds. During the months of late September to February, birds from all over the world come to the parking lot to sing the jingles to the sunset. No, I don't speak their language. I wouldn't enjoy their company, because they love to leave some gifts on my car or sometimes on my head. You want to end the world hunger, please help yourself. If it was not for the construction, I'd rather shop here than dollar stores. The prices are reasonable. The fashion is always updated. However, I avoid people who wear Wal-Mart uniform. I can find stuff on my own. Oh, if you use the chip card, expect delay at the self-checkout registers. Ask someone for help. There is no express check out. Don't look for one, because it just doesn't exist. There is free WiFi at the front of store. It comes from McDonald's. Yes, there is a place to sit and eat after you're done shopping. The photo of the delivery was the inside of someone else's house and did not even include the actual order of merchandise in the photo. DISGUSTING WALMART STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Have you ever been to a Walmart and there wasn't any shopping carts in the parking lot or by the store?! Well I've never seen it until today. You had customers looking for people walking back to their cars with their items just to take the carts from them because the employees weren't finding us carts. The ones available were damaged and didn't work. Eventually we found a cart in the parking lot but that's terrible. Store manager needs to get it together. Women's bathroom was DISGUSTING!!!! Toilet tissue everywhere on the floor and NO PAPER TOWELS!! Someone shut the damn bathroom door and I had to use my somewhat clean hands to reopen it to get out. Just terrible. Attempted to stop in to purchase Deodorant when I found a Locked Glass Case. I don't understand the reasoning behind this as 1. Who wants to steal Deodorant. And 2 Even if I waited for someone to unlock the glass case. I could still steal it. Upon trying to find a manager to open the case, I was met with "Bruce", Bruce was quite unsympathetic to my trying to retrieve this deordant & simply told me it was "not his department". When I reminded him I'm a Customer & he is an employee of the store he got angry and belligerent. He clearly has No sense of Customer Service Skills & should Not Be working in a Customer Service Role. Average Walmart. I don't particularly like this store but it is convenient for me. This store is a little bit ghetto but they have improved their checkout process (which use to be horrible) by installing self check out stands that help so that you don't have to wait so long in line like you use to. This has to be the worst Walmart in America. This location will literally HIRE ANYBODY. I was standing waiting for assistance in the Electronics department and a young female employee was standing behind the counter with a male standing in front of her on the other side of the counter. At first I thought she might've been helping him then next thing I know he's like rubbing his face against hers. It was another employee in this department helping others but he eventually walked off AND NEVER CAME BACK! So finally I found and pressed the button for assistance and seen one male employee walk by maybe a few minutes later smiling looking down at his phone with an airpod in. I am so angry and frustrated with this location. I came for what was supposed to be a quick curbside pickup for Clorox toilet gel cleaner. Checked in using the app and waited abd waited 1.5 hours with an infant snd toddler in the car while they proceeded to bring out the wrong order and then kept telling me my order would be there soon and even told me to move my car from pickup up area so they could bring the two items out faster. I eventually had to go home empty handed as my kids got hungry and I watched a customer return angry about an order she'd picked up that wasn't hers. I would have chalked this up as a bad day foe the store but then the next day today I log in snd find out they marked the item as picked up so they've charged me. I cal customer service snd they ask me to just return the product for a refund . What product???? This is not a terrible location. However, if you do layaway..get there early. The only have one cashier even during the holidays. You will be waiting for an hour plus. The customer service is RIDICULOUS at times. I was waiting at the pickup area for about 15 minutes before someone came and offered any help.....I had to go track someone down. (At least 5 employees walked by and looked directly at me).....I'm the type that will give you a few minutes before asking for help, but that is just pitiful. She walked away with a f-bomb this....then the customer service manager comes to finish checking me out and she was even more rude!!
