Amazing fresh produce and lots of options. I can get so many things. Up to contact solution or pudding and it's amazing

The selections at this Walmart are definitely lacking. To top it off they are out of stock on most items in the store. This store is normally clean but finding a worker there that is actually working would be a miracle. If you ask where something is located be prepared for sighs and rolling eyes. The baked goods in the bakery section (fresh breads and such) are good and worth the few extra dollars. read more

On 2/14/20 my wife (30) and I (43) went to Walmart in Jesup Georgia to purchase a bottle of wine. As I scanned the item in the self-checkout lane I was approached by an employee who demanded to see not only my identification but my wife's as well. I told the lady that I was the one driving so my wife didn't have her ID with her. She then replied that because we were together she needed to ID her also. After listening to her trying to explain why she wanted to see her ID we just left. We returned to the store for the wine later that night around 11:20pm and this time my wife waited in the car. On my way to the self-checkout lane I noticed the same employee that denied me earlier walk away to get who turned out to be the supervisor on shift. Supervisor Kate just reiterated what the other unreasonable employee said earlier. This time they both stated that they needed to see the ID from my wife who wasn't even there. Unable to perform magic and provide them with her ID they wouldn't allow me to purchase the wine. read more

What ever they are paying the employees in the sporting area is way to much . They are the dumbest people I have ever seen. Firer some of those people and this wouldn't be such a bad place . Clean but some dumb dumb shrank the aisles to 6 foot in some parts, making it nearly impossible to get two carts passing in the night. Meats are over priced, and they do not do a very good job of keeping registers open. I bet the manager gets a nice bonus for that. The pharmacy is to be avoided at all cost, long wait times (2 hours) and they force you to be "consulted" by the pharmacist before you are allowed to check out, which is another line to stand in. Cited some state law, so I looked it up. The law says you have to be "offered" consultation, but you can decline it. read more

I really am confused. I was using the Walmart app and seen prices for dog treats that were all too amazing. So instead of ordering online for a higher price I decided to go in store for a way cheaper price. Little to my knowledge they would not honor the prices that were on my stores app. I was told no and that I must be using a fake app. So I showed the CSM it was not a fake app and she told me to go to the savings catcher.... I proceeded to tell her that I was not redeeming a receipt or a rebate I was using walmart.com for my store location. So, after I finished with her I went to find a manager and I found a lady that was some sort of.manager and was told there is no way they were honoring the prices that were on their store site. I know the prices were low but if they don't have to honor them they should atleast make sure their online site is correct. I hardly shop Walmart due to the attitudes and rudeness from their associates and this is another reason as to why I would rather go out of town to shop. So I called the 800 number and they acted clueless as to what I was talking about but either way I dislike Walmart more everytime I walk in that store. The one star review is NOT for this particular Wal-mart or all Wal-marts in general but rather for the ignorant morons that leave their reviews .From what I can tell the large majority of people writing these negative reviews should either return to school and acquire something more than a 1st grade education ( if they made it that far ) or question the ability of the Board of Education in their state. Based on what I've read Hawaii and Florida should consider option 2! All in all you get what you pay for so if you don't like it don't go there. Dear Manager Adam Gipson~ I made my weekly visit to your store yesterday (02/04/12), and among many other items, I purchased 10 5qt jugs of Walmart brand supertech oil. 1 of 5W20, 2 of 5W30, 4 of 10W30, 2 of 10W40, and 1 of 20W50. I realized after getting home and checking my receipt, I had been charged for 11 jugs. The cashier got me for 3 of the 5W30's instead of just 2. Been shopping here since the doors opened. They are constantly hiding, out of, or have stopped carrying many of my favorite items. They don't display .22lr or .22 magnum ammo even though it is now MORE than plentiful, you can't buy an AR-15, you rarely can find help in automotive, sporting goods or paint, and now today I was refused the purchase of a box of wine and a six pack of beer because my ID (drivers license) is kept in the car... I'm 62 years old, and although I may look 49, I sure as hell don't look 20. Interestingly, the cashier didn't demand ID for aerosol carburetor cleaner I bought even though you must be 18. The wine was one of the things my wife requested for Mother's day, a blend that I believe only you carry (for now). I was NOT going to get my ID and come back in and wait in line again (only three registers open). I do not live in Jesup and you cannot believe what a huge inconvenience this is to me. So unhappy with the employees customer service here. My husband went in to buy pampers and we like to buy the big bulk packages. My husband looked online to make sure the bigger bulk packages were available at the store before he went and it said there were 4 in stock at this Jesup store. When he gets there they are not on the self. He ask one walmart employee to look in the back for the bigger bulk size and was told all they have is what is on the shelf. He asked different employee to please book in the back and even told him the store app said they had them in stock, but he was told the same thing as the first. They just didn't want to go to the back and look. He proceeded to find a third lady employee (wish i had her name cause she did her job) and she DID go to the back and brought him back two of the big bulk diaper size boxes we needed. This is one of the worst Walmart's I have ever been to. The cashiers and guest service workers are rude and refuse to do their job. I was hoping the new management would change the store but he has been there for a while now and I honestly think the worker's have gotten worse. I tried to do a site to store pick up and when I went to pick up my order (an hour and a half after it was supposed to be available) it was still not ready. They had no clue how to process the order. Finally the CSM's solution was for me to take the product and sign a blank paper but have no receipt! I was in shock! Needless to say I canceled my order and took my business to Hinesville's Walmart. As I said earlier the worker's are rude. They block aisles, talk about guests, and hold personal conversations with each other in the middle of the aisles as well. The middle management team is so self important they can not be bothered to help the lowly customer with their issues. the tone and the atmosphere seems unprofessional and honestly downright hostile.
