The window I was assigned to the clerk was having a full conversation with the people she was attending she waited for them to go to their car to get their IDs instead of having them to go a side and take care of someone else, then they did the transaction and they were still exchanging phone numbers and everything. Then she yells at me because I asked her if she was going to take any longer with her conversation!!
