The staff is very jealous and prejudice because they seem to only review your receipt at the exit, if you're an interracial happy couple with a conversation going. For example, some single person can go right out the door without them batting an eye. It seems to be very counterproductive to what the whole procedure searches for, which is potential theft. Too who ever this pertains to, Between your online help system or your limited English speaking representatives, I have tried for three weeks to find out why your company continues to reject my credit card, no matter which card i use. When i made it through the phone system and spoke to a representative who could not help, they would decide to transfer me to a supervisor who put on hold and then the call would disconnect. I have be lied to by representee who would tell me the problem would clear itself anywhere from 30 minutes to as much as 24 hours. I been promised call back phone calls which i never received. I received new bank card yesterday (10/01) and the same problem occurred , your system would not authorize it. I am a am a non-driving senior citizen who depends on your grocery delivery for all of my grocery needs. I spend on an average of $100.00 weekly. If Wal mart does not wish to remedy this problem i will have to find another competitor who will. Believe me i will not go quietly. I am tired of this!! I highly suggest the "order online & ship to store." That was a great experience and has rekindled my interest in Walmart. The three stars are due to my great "ship to store" experience. Shopping at Walmart can be overwhelming. It seems to me that items get moved around weekly, so I never know where anything is and neither do the employees. LOL! Ship to store has just about everything, including household needs (except for refrigerated food items). I was able to pay online with NO shipping fee and then pick them up from a very nice employee only two days later (times can vary). Walmart emailed me when my items were ready for pickup. I checked in at a kiosk right inside the front door, and about 5 minutes later, an employee appeared with my boxes. Now this is the kind of Walmart, big box store shopping that I can handle! Make sure when shopping online that you purchase from Walmart directly. They do offer items from "other providers," but I'm not comfy with that. I don't want any issues with items or when returning something, so I only select items directly from Walmart. Happy shopping! read more

Hours on website and google are wrong. They now open at 7am. Not 6. I'm not fond of this location and it's always my last choice. The store is dirty and "tired" looking. I am appalled at the way the employees treat the customers. Not one of the employees smiled, said hi, offered to help, nothing. Tried to get a money order, they wanted an ID. I've never been asked for an ID to get a money order. Also, I did the grocery pickup for the first time last week, as I was making a Thanksgiving dinner for my students. After waiting almost 2 hours for my groceries, they gave me the wrong ingredients and it ruined the dressing for them. I am VERY done with Walmart. I will not go back to that place. Beware at the gas pumps. Came and put 10 dollars of gas in my civic while at 3.76 a gallon which typical 10 dollars of gas at this same location at 4.15 a gallon got me about 116 miles. When I came today for 10 dollars prices at 3.76 with my car already at 49 miles left before empty only got me up to 116 miles meaning she shorted me fuel. I should've known this when the actual fuel nozzle started shaking towards the end and when I pulled it out there was no extra drip of fuel like most times. read more

I'm a loyal customer, and it would make me happy if you could address this one issue. Today I went to your Walmart Supercenter # 972 and was attacked while I waited just outside of the door exit by a woman, she pulled my hair, and pushed and knocked my shopping cart which landed on me, I required assistance from three bystanders to get back up. This woman was screaming and then entered your store, and I was told by my husband she created a scene in the woman's restroom. Someone called the police, and I briefly told them that the lady entered the store screaming and throwing objects. After a few minutes, she was escorted by a policeman handcuffed, and placed in a patrol car. I then gave my report to a police officer, several pictures were taken of my injuries, and a business card was given to me with my assigned case number. My concern is where was the Walmart representative ?, this happened on the Walmart property. Not one person associated with the company approached me or introduced themselves, to me or my family that was with me, no one from Walmart asked any questions or even enquired about my name, and no one from Walmart offered a business card. I recently moved to Texas, and this should not be a representation of your company and should not be my first impression of Walmart in Texas. For a company as large as Walmart, I would have expected some sort of response after, but it was not the case. So, I will repeat myself " it would make me happy if you could address this one issue." read more

This is my usual Wal-Mart so had my prescription called here but unfortunately the people working in the pharmacy are obviously being paid to lounge around. Went in to buy something and noticed they had some unopened boxes of new merchandise. I asked the worker if I could purchase any of those items, and when they were going to put them out. The Lake Worth Walmart has got to be the worst Walmart I have ever shopped at! The customer service is absolutely horrible and everyone moves at the pace of a snail. The Manager at the store is NEVER around, you might get the Assistant Manager, but it is just a roll of the dice. I called there four times and let the phone ring at least 40 times each, to talk to the Manager, but no one ever answered. Also: NEVER buy a small kitchen appliance at this Walmart. I had a vacuum sealer that stopped working in five months, but the warranty on the sealer was 5 years. Because my receipt was over 90 days, they would not exchange the sealer for a new one. They insisted that I send it away to the manufacturer. Never mind that I needed the sealer that very day! Walmart, if you sell a product, be prepared to replace the product when the product fails!!! Don't sell it if you refuse to replace it!! I met one caring, very nice person in the store. He is an older gentleman that works in the garden center. He was the redeeming factor for me, but not enough to make me ever shop at this particular Walmart again. My wife went to this walmart to purchase items required to assist me in the prevention of having seizures as a Disabled Veteran. My wife could not locate any of the items needed on the shelves. My wife informed the lady at the checkout counter and also the customer service manager who was present that I was a disabled Veteran and that I needed some specific items. My wife further asked if they could contact someone to see if they were available in the back of the store in their stock room. The customer service manager stated that she didn't care if I died (yes, I am the Disabled Veteran writing this post) and that she just wanted to get off work. This happened during the evening of Wednesday 4/1/20. Furthermore, my wife was escorted out of the store and to her car by a walmart security officer. While many of us Americans are greatly supporting our country during our greatest time of need and support I wish that more would be doing the same and be kind to one another. Support our Great Country and our Veterans that devoted their lives to defend our great nation. I have served over 25 years as a part of the U.S. Federal Government and will continue to do so. This post will be further updated once we hear back from Walmart Management and the security department that is aware of this situation and has been reported to both of them. read more

The guy that works in the tire lube line when you pull in to get your car worked on is awful! ( he's usually same guy that takes your info down before your car goes into a bay) Told me I could not purchase two tires because it was against policy to have two different brand of tires, so I said fine replace them all then he told me he couldn't touch them because it was missing a lug-nut... I said replace the lug-nut if need be and I will pay, no matter what he was finding excuses because the real issue being that they closed in 30 minutes and he just didn't want to do it even though when we called the lady on phone was very helpful and said yes bring it in and they will even put them on for us. Needless to say this guy just lost This location 600$ because he didn't want to do his job. This is not first time I've had an issue with this man but I won't be back to this location again...... took truck to another Walmart and guess what apparently it's not against policy to buy two tires even though they aren't same brand and they even put them on with no issues. read more

I wish I could give a lower rating. The store itself is fine, low prices, helpful friendly employees. BUT... The optical and pharmacy are HORRIBLE! I went in with my family for eye exams and the doctor was short, rude, and talked to us like we were stupid! THEN... When we went to order the conacts. I work for a company that pays for my contacts. We placed the order and when they came in they refused to give them to me until I paid $180, even though the invoice from the maker of the contacts showed a $0 charge. I had someone from my company call to clear it up and they said the lady was SO RUDE and stupid they would just place the order through another company and told me never to go back to Walmart for contacts! The pharmacy is slow and the women that work there make no effort to move any faster than a snail. When I call in a refill they say they will put it in...then when I go to pick it up later that day they tell me I never called it in, so I have to wait another HOUR! I will NEVER use Walmart for glasses, contacts, or prescriptions again! read more

I think this is definitely one of the better Walmarts I have been to. Although their parking lot is usually filthy, it is much safer than most Walmart parking lots, much smaller. This Walmart is generally less crowded, more clean and I have received better service here and found more items in stock when I am looking for something specific like during holidays when most Walmarts begin to get bare shelves. read more

Do not go to this Wal-Mart Pharmacy for your prescriptions. Worst experience I have ever had! On top of rudely leaving the doors half closed at the register to where you can't even see the other persons face, the pharmacist charged me $165 for my prescriptions insisting that this was the final amount. I had 4 prescriptions "ready for pick up" according to their call, after waiting 20 minutes twice, to cure this stomach flu and lo and behold; only 2 were ready 2 days after it was called in. After 2 hours of being home wishing I had medicine, I get calls asking why I was charged that much for my prescriptions. Apparently the pharmacist lied and did not give me the correct charge with my insurance and RX discount. I was told this is a very common occurrence at this pharmacy and Wal-Mart in general than any other around!! Now they can not do anything about it because the supervisor is out of town. After asking if he would be back to reimburse that, they informed me that he "probably wouldn't be." In other words, were taking your money because you're sick and all of the sudden we do not have a superintended at a PHARMACY for days/weeks at a time.. read more

A number of years ago, I began shopping at Walmart to take advantage of their price matching. Now I could do all my shopping at one stop. In the last few years the clerks have become so antagonistic I just hate to shop there. I try to arrange my price matching by shopper to speed things up but they deliberately go as slow as possible to reduce the likelihood of you ever price matching again. They don't care how long they delay you or the people behind you. I believe my cashier was Kathleen. Last week I just stopped at another store and it was so peaceful but I may have paid a little more. I believe my cashier was Kathleen. Two weeks ago, I was purchasing a few items in the self-checkout (I was not price matching) and saw 2 men steal $100+ and brought it to the attention of the clerk. She did nothing!!! She had to watch the registers (presumably to prevent theft). They allow this theft but will delay me for 15 minutes when I am trying to save $4.00. I think what I will do is continue to shop for the next 4 weeks and leave comments on social media as appropriate. If this continues, I will go elsewhere!!! read more
