Unlike some retail stores where checkout can easily take 10 minutes or more, the wait here is usually just a few minutes, which makes a big difference when the store is busy. When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed the word "outlet" on the building. We went into the store anyway to inquire about specific brands and check out their selection. Although the salesmen were nice and helpful, the store just didn't have a quality selection of furniture. They actually showed us one sofa that they described as leather but this was not our idea of leather. It just seemed like a shiny plastic instead of a rich top-grain leather that you could smell and experience before you actually see it. If you have a very small budget and are looking for something to simply fill a space, this store might be an option. However, if you are looking for better brands and furniture that will last a lifetime, you will want to keep looking. *** It was okay, just not what we wanted.
