If I could give zero stars I would. Fair warning do not take your car to Walmart in Lewis center. Dishonest people working on your car. I took my car in to Walmart Lewis Center for a simple bulb change and they forgot to put my air inlet duct back in my car!!! That's a large piece that's about 2-3 feet long... Not easy to forget and certainly someone realized at some point that there was an extra car part lying around but didn't want to get in trouble so God knows what they did with it... They also didn't bolt everything back together! Left the bolts up on the ledge by my wiper blades which I found a couple weeks later when changing my wipers But their camera footage doesn't go back that far to be able to prove anything so they are off the hook and I'm out a large piece of my car! I frequent this Walmart all the time, compared to the one closest to my house. Well lets just say compared to the other one this one is organized and very well taken care of compared to the other. The Bathrooms are usually pretty clean as well as the rest of the store. The food selection is usually pretty good in the store, but they are slow to stock some items at times. Ordered groceries online Friday afternoon for a Saturday 10:00 am -11:00 am pickup. FIVE of my 16 items required refrigeration. I arrived at 10 and was told they were running behind. I was okay because I had other errands in the neighborhood. At 11:45 I returned and was told they were still pulling my order! I use this service to save time. THIS WAS CLOSE TO TWO HOURS! I could have gotten my in-store shopping done faster blindfolded and using crutches! What the hell does the night shift do?? Sure weren't pulling my Borax, Biz, or toothbrushes! No more! Meijer, Kroger and even Fresh Thyme are in the neighborhood and doing it right. As of this week, Meijer is now even delivering liquor, for cripes sake! I only come here when I have to. Otherwise, I rather go to Meijer's. I had to return a phone charger a few days ago and the manager who processed my return/transaction had ZERO customer service skills. How the heak is she even a manager? I walked up to the counter and let her know that I needed to return an item. I thought ugh she was responding back to me; however, she was actually talking to someone on her walkie talkie and gave me no eye contact at all. She then asked me why I needed. Because she wasn't customer focused, I had to repeat the fact that I was returning an item. Almost the entire time she processed the transaction, she gave me no eye contact and continued to speak to other associates and on her walkie talkie. Towards the end of the transaction, she said thank you and STILL didn't look at me. She handed me my receipt and that was it. Words cannot express how much I dislike Walmart. The customer service is pretty much non existent and it's across all Walmart centers. They just hire anybody regardless of education and/or customer service experience. After this experience, I drove right across the street to Meijer's and purchased a new charger. I'm so tired of stores no longer caring about helping their customers. I called this Walmart today, looking for something in the pet department that my dog needs. I was having trouble finding it everywhere else so I called Walmart to ask if they have it. I was put on hold for five minutes, then the woman got back on the phone and apologized for he wait and stated she would page someone for the pet department again. I was put back on hold and waited, and waited, and waited. When my call timer read, "9:53," I hung up. Normally I would NEVER continue providing my business to a store who kept me on hold for 10 minutes with no plans to help me; but I was desperate to find the item the vet told me I needed for my pet. I decided to go ahead and make the drive to Walmart to see if they had it. Added some salt to the injury when I drove there and they did not even have it. I will stick to Target and Meijer moving forward- they have everything I need and will allow me to completely avoid Walmart. read more

I would give less if possible. They are over charging. You need to watch your prices on scanner. When you are overcharged be thick skinned and hopefully you have time to wait on customer service ( oxymoron). The worst experience from clerk attitude and knowledge to scam of pricing. I prefer this store over all other walmarts in the area but never get tires from any walmart. I found out after spending over 700.00 on defective tires that Walmart buys factory reject tires and sells them to their customers. Walmart is uncooperative to fix the problem. read more

I usually do not go to walmart to have my car serviced but I was in a hurry and thought I could get an oil change while I got some groceries. After checking out and paying for my oil change (in a hurry) I didn't realize they didn't reset the oil sensor. Then I noticed a black smudge on my seat (oil??) and they didn't put a new oil change sticker on my windshield. Walmart needs to focus a little more on customer service - ok a lot more. Our last trip to this Walmart May have been our last. The cashier was one of the rudest I've come across in awhile. When we got to the register she was more worried about when she was going to get a break than taking care of customers. She started what appeared to be an argument with her supervisor in a foreign language rather than greet her customer. In fact she never greeted the customer (me). She angrily scanned my purchases and slammed them into bags which she proceeded to stuff as full as possible, squishing groceries in the process - still not talking to the customer. I said calmly "Look I get that you don't want to be here, but could you at least pretend to give good customer service?" She began to argue with me that she was not being rude and in fact never even talked to me. Ummm...doesn't Walmart teach them that not greeting the customer is rude? From her response, they must not train cashiers on that. So I let my husband and daughter complete the transaction while I went to say something to her supervisor. While I was gone, she bad mouthed me to my family and tried to defend herself. This was just the tip of the iceberg. From talking to others the general rule of thumb is that people know to expect bad customer service because it is Walmart. That's pathetic and so is Walmart customer service. read more

Not a super center. This is a tiny town Wal-Mart, which is okay when you need toys and household items. But it does not carry a full grocery line. They have about two aisles of frozen and bakery items, but no produce. Typical walmart clothes, fabric for sale by the yard, a subway in the front. Good parking. read more

Wal Marts Super Center LEWIS CENTER , Oh has a dept. management problem, no one will do there jobs, as an employee when you ask for a key to finish your job of throwing away rotten produce managers always refuse and say theres other managers below them out so go look for them or theres no one around . Department managers never come around on a daily, weekly or even monthly visit to see whats going on, whose doing the work and whose being lazy making for a tense work place and festering bad attitudes. Example, one day two of 5 employees working fresh produce cap1 were working, at 10.30 am 3 of us took our 1hour lunch break, out of those 3 only one employee actually punched out, that person punched back in at 11.15 am and went back to work, the other 2 employees then took it upon themselves to punch out for second lunch hour and never came back to the job and stuck the other 2 employees with almost half a days work plus there share of the work they skipped out on. They spent half a day playing on computors in HR Tonyas office till it was time to punch out. The third employee was always last to show up on job at 430am and always did the least amount as possible because he was from Africa and black they couldnt stop him either. Thats just the tip of the ice berg as the after noon shift is just as bad. No dept. managers are looking, no one in charge cares and is not doing there jobs. A ship in the dark with no guidance! Thats why i quit this place , i dont mind doing the work of 2 people, but not 3 or 4. This took place on January 10th ,Sunday daylight shift. read more

I have had my car serviced three times at this location and every time they have done an incomplete job. The first time they did not properly reset the oil after an oil change, the second time they changed a flat tire and it continually loses air, then the third time they did an oil change and in properly attached to the bottom of my car back so the protective bottom layer fell off while I was on the highway because they did not properly secure the bolts. Because of that they had to replace the entire bottom which they were unsure how to do and also had issues getting the proper parts. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

Never get tired at Walmart! They are reject tires and your car will never ride right. They only balance 1 out of 4 tires had to go back. Still didn't ride right found out from another place the tire had a bad belt. Walmart replaced it with a defective misshaped tire (scalloped), which I had to find out from another tire place. Attacked by an employee as I was walking out of the store today. I guess I was walking on carpet I wasn't suppose to....this huge lady shoved my cart and said "Get off the carpet, you're not allowed to walk here". Shocked I couldn't understand why, no red tape, no warning signs anywhere. Her force pushing my cart was so strong had I been in frail health she would have hurt me! As far as this Walmart goes, shelfs are in disarray, unkept, stocking seems to be an issue. Would rather shop at Meijers where employees are always helpful and stock plentiful. read more

No one answers the phone here and good luck if they have to transfer u to another department. If someone does answer the phone in another department they don't know squat about anything. One time I called the main number from my phone in the back of the store to get help! The people in the produce department don't understand what u are asking. I. Bought strawberry shortcakes inthe produce department that were two weeks old. I didn't realize it until my son opened them to find mold. I took them back. Also, some of the workers there could use a little lesson in basic hygiene. Also the checkout lines are LONG and my ice cream is half melted by the time I get up to the register. This store, has yet to comply with the fact that my son worked here and never got paid. I called to check up on the status of his paycheck and got a bunch of verbal abuse from 1 employee and 1 manager that told me to calm down when I wasn't even upset. This store needs to work on superior customer service skills and treating employee's with respect and dignity so they don't leave the store in tears. I have already written several reviews about this store and how it treats it's local customers. If my situation is not resolved, ASAP I will be seeking other means to resolve it. Legal if necessary. I will NOT be referring this store to other people, in the area. We will use the Delaware, Ohio walmart even though it's not a super center. You need to get rid of employee's who cannot appreciate their jobs. I was asked by the biker supervisor of the store to try out the bike to see if it's ridable. Suddenly the manager comes out of nowhere and screams at me for doing so. I do not believe it is right for him to lash out at me for doing something I didn't know was wrong. There are better ways to handle that situation, but he failed to do so. Because I have severe anxiety and depression, I was absolutely devastated and I did the best I could to hold myself together leaving the store. I called the customer service to report it, but all they did was hand it over to the manager himself. I decided to call only the customer service and they hung up on me. What kind of walmart is this? This should not be happening and no customer or worker should be treated like that. It doesn't matter if you've had a bad day, you don't apply that anger to your job. I want him to get infracted for what he has done. I don't want something like this to happen to another person again. From now on, I refuse to enter that store ever again read more
