Customer service is non-existent. I'm not talking bad or lacking, I'm talking completely non-existent. I've been there four times. The next time I'm met by someone or even see someone willing to help me, it will be the first time. The only customer service interaction is one person at the checkout counter handling more customers than he/she can handle. But they always ask if I'm willing to donate to their charity of choice. So there's that!

I went in just the other day to look for a dress for homecoming court. The next day, I went in to show a friend the dresses I had tried on and found a dress I hadn't seen. It was beautiful! The dress I bought had a little hook coming off so she mended it for me while we looked through all the gorgeous wedding dresses, RATHER than just sending me home and pretending not to see it. I felt absolutely NO pressure to settle for a dress I didn't like just because of my time limit. These women care about their clients and I will be going back for all of my future events!

Well she lied and after 60 days of completion we have not received a check. Contractors beware!!!! My contact in Houston keeps telling me the check is in the mail. This was sent April 21st. This company isn't trying to take care of their financial responsibility and Chris Adams is a thief and liar. She purposely didn't send my invoice to the proper person. She should be fired.
