Store is okay. I don't visit because they don't allow small dogs. But order for delivery. They make a lot of mistakes leaving things out.

Walmart come on do better! Unorganized! Was looking for chicken tenders looked in every frozen section, found them by the bread/sweets?Huh? Went to look for sausages half on the floor, some mixed with other brands, some upside down. Wanted meat .. empty fridges whole row. Not great but good enough. My first Walmart in Washington State. I was able to find most of what I needed in this Walmart as I am buying some requirements for the cross-country drive. Food, sleeping bag and even a pillow. Most of the stuff I wanted was in stock but here and there, a few limitations of choices and quantities. This is a supercenter so there is a full grocery store with dairy, deli, frozen and produce. Self-checkout seems to be a trend for Walmart stores and the machine worked fine without needing an escalation today. First off I'd like to say I'm very very upset with the employees at self check outs. It took them almost 5 minutes before they realized our light was flashing yellow. When they did come up to us they were rude about the rules of purchasing alcohol. We aren't from here so we are new to the difference in laws and rules of alcohol. After getting the alcohol removed we finally went to pay and the machine ate $100 cash and it took them about 15 minutes to get ahold of someone else to look at the footage. Then they told us we were lying so now I am down $100 and very upset with this store. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a shitty business do not go here. I am visiting my in-laws for the weekend to see the Imagine dragons concert and I thought I could easily book an appointment for a quick replacement since my treads are low. I had my appointment booked at 2pm and TWO HOURS GO BY and I asked "when will the car be done?" They hadn't even started working on it! Only because I asked to check up on the car did they actually start working on it which would take an hour. I couldn't do that because I would miss the concert. So I rescheduled for the next day early thinking we could get service but apparently they didn't have the tires they had in stock yesterday. But they still charged my credit card! I was lucky enough to get a refund but the customer service was horrible. There's an old guy with a long white beard don't go to him either, he was not helpful and didn't get me a manager to do the refund either. It was only until a team lead over heard what was going on did I finally get the refund. read more

Quite possibly the worst WalMart ever. Checkers are slow. If they are checking out a friend of theirs they will carry on a conversation at the same time. Some times they will stop scanning and just stand there and talk. At any other grocery store in town, if you have a few items the customer ahead of you will let you go ahead. Not at this Wal Mart. Has some of what you need, but finding someone to help you out can be a challenge. We entered through the garden center and couldn't find anyone to help us with the plants we wanted to buy. We needed some sort of plastic base to prevent leaks from the bottom of the plants. We ended up just carrying the plants inside and checking out there at the regular registers. When we were trying to load up the car I spotted a woman watering the plants and asked her for some help. She went inside the store for awhile and came out with 8 bags we could use to put around the base of the plants to prevent any leakage or mess in the car on the 3+ hour drive home. This was helpful, I just wish it wouldn't have taken so long for us to find anyone to help with this solution. read more

The pharmacy sold my husband a box of insulin needles for me for $65.00. What a rip off! They are available everyplace online for $25.00 or less, even from WalMart. They also refused to take them back even though they were in the pharmacy bag, stapled shut with the receipt attached. Doesn't WalMart make enough money without resorting to ripping people off. read more

Well if it wasn't for the best price to get an oil change I would not recommend this location. Customer service is not a priority at all. This time I came a few minutes to 7 ( which is the posted opening time). At 7:15 I called Walmart since they still haven't opened. Disorganized. Don't order site to store. People in the back won't open the door for the freight truck to deliver your order, then your order will be delayed for 5 days. Additionally, staff is rude, and nobody is organized whatsoever. Needs better training, and people need better customer service skills. If it weren't one of the biggest stores and only stores in town, I'd take my business elsewhere. read more

Moses Lake Walmart has now added another section of self-check out stations! There is never any waiting in lines, unless you want to. There are several things I have to purchase in the grocery department there because NO other store in town carries them (i.e. V8 Vanilla Raspberry Energy drinks) or their prices are too high (I am talking about WINCO across the street and not just Safeway). They are trying to compete with Amazon for the online shopping/pick up and/or delivery. . .and I have been pleased with their customer service for the most part. (Except for the time a pair of pants I purchased online was available at a Walmart 20 miles away and I didn't want to go there to pick it up, but it just took a phone call to solve the problem). read more

I think I have shopped for the last time at Wal Mart. al Mart is one of the biggest money makers in the world, they can afford to pay real people to man the check outs. I am 76 years old and need to use an electric cart to shop, I refuse to use one of the do it yourself check outs. I can not jump up and down from the seat of my cart and bag all my purchases, My local store has 30 + check outs aisles, when I was there today the 3rd day of the month when all the welfare and Social Security people are doing their shopping, not one manned checkout was open, this is beyond ridiculous, this is just plane stupid, with all the people out of work, and Wal Mart only pays minimum wage, the corporation can afford to hire some real people. and until my local store does just that, I will do all my shopping elsewhere. When my wife and I have the time, we drive to Ephrata so we can go to a good Walmart. The aisles are messy, the service is meh and the lines are CRAZY. Seriously, when Winco opens across the street, I think this Walmart is either really going to have to improve or it is going to have to close down it's grocery area. The prices here are cheapish, kind of, but you're much better just going somewhere else if you can. read more

The staff are pretty friendly and knowledgable at this Walmart. If I need to find something more specific, they almost always point me to the exact aisle. And the few times that something was sold out, they took time to call another store to check stock. I've made it a habit to stock up on their house brand of diet cola. Can't go wrong at $2 a pack. read more

He didn't help me at all, told me I need to wait a few hours before he can even start on the car (even though I was the only car there) and then just left. Ordered an online special at a price that was great for pick up in store. Wal mart confirmed it was in stock and that the price would be honored. Wal mart confirmed the order and said that they would notify me by email; when the order was ready to pick up in store. Needless to say about two hours later I got an email form Wal Mart stating the the order wasn't in stock and yes, wait for it, they cancelled my order. Not ordered another one for pick up at a later date, not sorry for the screw up, just cancelled my order. Atta boy Walmart, keep sending another customer to Amazon. read more

Stayed there as a desperate RVer (lost)...Interesting part of town. The lot was patrolled and relatively quiet. The store was crowded, but things moved. I can't complain as they offered me a port in a storm. read more
