Terrible customer service nobody ever ask if u need help with anything any more. If u do need help u need to track somebody down. People have to carry there own stuff out which would have happened being a person that has worked there years ago. Also a employee actually watched as we loaded are stuff in the car. I thought north was supposed to be about customer service. I guess that's not the case any more. read more

Have to walk throughout the store and ask for assistance in the department you want to shop in. The employees treat you as if you should feel privileged they allowed you to enter the store and offer the barest of assistance, usually walking away before you even get help, if you begin to ask too many questions. This is the only North 40 store I have dealt with, but if they all operate this way, I predict they won't be in business very long. Any company, no matter how big, con only afford to lose so many customers, and the management at this store act as if they just care ! They will have to make some serious changes before I shop there again. read more

If yelps rating system would let me give zero stars that would be more like the proper rating for the service I received at the Moses Lake North 40. I custom ordered all black tool boxes and fuel tanks. they told me it would be 3 weeks..... after 4 weeks I called to see if they showed up yet and they had forgotten to order my stuff. My tanks and boxes showed up 2 weeks later....completely wrong. being i couldnt wait any longer for black everythng, i took the white tanks off their floor...the next day i filled one of the 50 gallon tanks with 15w40 motor oil...... and over night it leaked out in the back of my truck. one of the "certified" tanks had a 2.5 inch long crack in the weld where the metal was clearly not penetrated by the weld. After spending $1800 bucks north 40, they wouldn't do a thing for me, not even exchange the tank. i had to weld it up my self. Horrible customer service. read more

Wow...I have shopped at other what used to be Big R stores here in Washington and in Oregon and this used to be Big R at one time but is now North 40 Outfitters. Customer service at these other stores could not care if you are there or not especially when looking for someone to help you find something. We stopped at this North 40 Outfitter store in Moses Lake, Washington in July 2015 in our travels. We had the best and I mean .....BEST customer service ever! The store manager was awesome and personally took his time to assist us with what we were looking for and answer any questions we had and was very nice, friendly and extremely helpful and the personal that work there also know there job very well too.They are well trained! The manager has run this store for many many years from when it was a Ranch and Home,Then Big R and now North 40 Outfitters and does a wonder job and is Extremely knowledgable and very honest in what he does and how he runs the store!! I grew up in Eastern Washington and have been to this store many times when I lived in the area and Thank you to the Manager for all your help and taking out personal time to help us. We wish there were more manager's like you and one's that run a store like you do!! IT IS AWESOME!! and my husband and I will be back again when we travel up that way again! read more
