I shop at Walmart Supercenter in Niagara Falls on Military Road frequently and mostly at night after 11:00pm. I have to say it is a nightmare waiting in line just to buy a few items. It has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. I hear a lot of people complaining while waiting in the self serve line. Sometimes, I have to wait at least 10 or 15 minutes to check out. Walmart closes out most of the registers in the self serve and leave open a few of them while no other registers are open in the full serve registers area. The line gets very long and sometimes I just walk out. However, North Tonawanda has a different system. I just hope someday Niagara Falls will change their system to satisfy their customers. read more

I shop here often, and it's not always pleasant. Because of its location, it's prone to being extremely busy (like a line 3-4 people deep to grab milk). They tend to run out of things I love. However, the savings is usually worth the trouble for me. With the new pick up service, I found I'm able to bypass everything I don't like about this store. read more

It never fails to always have some problem when I go to this location Walmart. One time i went the register at self check out didgive me my cchange and the worker told The airfare was nothing she could do because there was no manager there. This time I waited 40 minutes for my groceries to be picked up and they never brought them out for me I had to go into the store to get my order where they still had my order wrong read more

I like this Walmart. I can generally find what I need here and unlike other walmarts in the area they accept Canadian dollars for payment. It's also close to some great shopping. read more

Well today I was at the store buying something for someone else when my back once again starting causing me trouble. I could barely walk and managed to get to the frozen food section and and placed my back against the freezer doors. I was wondering how in the world I was going to check out from the store. That is when an individual who was stocking the area noticed me and asked me if I needed help. He went and got one of the motorized carts for me and took me to the front of the line in the store. I was grateful to this individual and and he even followed me out to my car and loaded my purchases. Thank goodness for this individual. read more

Horrible experiences. Generally the associates are very friendly and helpful. But the management is a nightmare. Always rude, nasty and condescending. Never, ever helpful and lazy. The Walmart in North Tonawanda is much better read more

The customer service here is terrible the one lady had no idea what she was talking about we had to get our tax ID renewed and she said they can't accept it when every other Walmart can expect it. Our cashier named Sam was having a conversation with another cashier named Bonnie. She stated " I'm withering away and I need a damn cigarette " This lady was in no way withering away! Then Bonnie jumped on her register, neither one of them even said hello. They just kept their conversation going. Sam walked away and started another conversation with another cashier. The staff obviously does not realize without customers they have no job. Bonnie just told us our total, gave us our receipt, we said thank you and left. The store itself is very unorganized and cluttered up with things people decide they don't want anymore and leave. Store "greeters" when you come and go don't acknowledge you unless you have something that cannot be bagged. Customer service is awful. read more

Anytime i go to buffalo, Walmart is the last stop. They are 24hrs and usually busy when I visit. The prices are great. The ladies washroom is a bit gross. The service is nice and the selection is overwhelming in a good way. I love this place. read more

I never really review big box stores but this one is bad. There is always mess and clutter everywhere. It always seems they care moving things around and they leave open boxes everywhere. If another store has what you want I suggest going there. read more

There's really not much going for this Walmart. If you're in need of some staple items it can prove to be convenient to stop in. This location is 24 hours. However, I wouldn't waste your time shopping here. The staff is very trashy. The store is littered with tons of broken or dirty merchandise. Only thing worse than the Walmart staff is the staff inside Subway. I would rather eat the filth off the floor than another sub from there. The one redeeming quality of this Walmart is their auto center. They are very personal and help you out quite a bit with regards to your car. read more

It's really just an overwhelming experience because of the large size of the store and the high volume of customers. One thing is there are never enough cashiers and there are always long lines at checkout. However, any time I've needed help finding something particularly in electronics the service has been really helpful. read more

Terrible store. Looks like a junk store sometimes. Employees are not helpful. I once witnessed an employee buying marijuana from a customer and hiding it in her pricing tool. There are often stocking carts parked in the middle of the aisles. There is also displays and pallets of merchandise in the way that you can't even push a cart through. I go out of my way to go to the Walmart on Niagara Falls boulevard in North Tonawanda rather than go to this one in the falls. read more

Thee absolute worse in customer service. Especially the cashiers and electronic section. Today to avoid Black Friday my boyfriend and I went to purchase a television that was on display and appeared to be in stock, was not, shocker. We asked the associate to check other stores and he did, on his little device mind you. Then he told us there were 6 at the Walmart in Amherst, so of course we drove to Amherst. Surprise, surprise not ONE television. It's scary going this Wal-Mart especially knowing Xmas is coming...never again cause I will voice my opinion in store next time. Electronics worker fought me over a price match even when i brought up the policy. Talked with another worker at a different location along with Walmart customer service and they apologized for the rude service. Will not return for electronics. Train your workers to A) Know the store policy B) NOT fight with customers read more
