This is the typical Wally World in every town America. While they had employees stocking the store (more than I can say in Nevada), store felt somewhat dirty and disjointed. Parking access was terrible and not clearly marked. Not sure that this is different than any other Walmart read more

I went to this Walmart on Wall Ave to pick up 3 orders and I waited 2 hours until this kid came out and asked me if I had a order and I said yea I have 3 orders and he said I didn't check in when I did like I always do when I go to any Walmart to pick up orders. And he said again I didn't and I said I did I guess I have to call you when I'm here to pick up an order. He said well I'm canceling these orders if you're going act that way towards me he said to me and he walked back in the store with orders. I waited 2 hours for these orders and to be treated like that. It's a bunch of bull how these people treat you at Walmart!!! read more

Spent ages waiting for someone from any department to pick up the phone. Eventually I rang the pharmacy who have the decency to answer the phone they put me through to customer service, who eventually answered the phone. The woman kept saying to me that she couldn't understand me, I am English by the way, and just left me hanging on while she disappeared somewhere and never came back. Absolutely unbelievable store. This rating is honestly really just for the customer service department! I wanted to buy a money order with visa cash cards, which is more of a pain than it should be! The employee working helped us through the process of marking each transaction of debit even though the machine wants to charge the cards as credit. I wish I had gotten her name because she was patient and understanding with us, which I'm sure is the least of her day at this location! read more

Worst Walmart ever. I travel for work and I have been to many Walmarts and this one is by far the worst one I've ever seen. The staff is mean and ornery and very unhelpful. I genuinely dislike Walmart, and even though this location is fairly new, and in a convenient location. It seems to never have what is needed, and the place is dirty. Especially the parking lot, there's always trash outside garden beds are full of trash parking lot lines are super hard to see at night. If you need to go to a Walmart you'd be better to go out of Weber country. read more

The Walmart in Ogden doesn't have as an extensive inventory as the one in Riverdale, but the employees are very helpful. The employees in Riverdale just ignore you and it seems they never have what I need in stock. read more

2/1/2018 Popped in early in the morning for a car headlight. They are locked up in a cabinet. $8.97. I had to find someone who had to page another who had attitude while helping me and had to wake me up to the cashier. $8.97 and I could not even use self checkout. I had to wait, and wait, while other Walmart employees watched, while I asked twice it I could check out at self checkout. I even suggested that they could scan it and watch me pay. To make a point of the lack of help or customer service. I left. I'd rather pay a bit more elsewhere that be treated like a criminal for $8.97! Small store, smaller selection than the Harrisville Walmart. Long lines. No self check out. Includes a US Bank, Nail Salon and Subway. No Tire and Lube either. read more

I was at this Walmart, My son went out side to for a few minutes and was getting to be longer then expected I walked around and couldn't find him, he had my cell phone, so i asked if they could please call or let me call my phone, the employee said we don't do this, I said if it a emergency you can't help, He said no not our policy, so I went to the customer service to ask if I could use their phone to call they said only if it a 801 number I said its a 385 number She Said we only do 801 number ???. im thinking what the heck kind of policy is Walmart training. Me: "I did self checkout and tossed the receipt in the trash bin located next to the register, but here, this is my carrot and cheese snack pack I just purchased." Employee in tire and lube where my car is: "don't care. No receipt, no exit". Me: "ooookkk?? I will go to the front of the store exit?" Employee: begins mocking me to customers in line at tire and lube Me: at front exit preparing to walk out Employee: "I need your receipt" Me: "it's a carrot snack pack, I had NO idea I would need the receipt, but let me go dig it out of the self checkout register garbage can..." Employee: "it's ok, you're good". First of all: All trash bins should be removed at self checkout because every can was full of them so I know I'm not the only one who has ever tossed their receipt after buying a food item. Furthermore, there should be adequate signage at all registers and upon entering this Walmart, that you MUST KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. Second of all: Don't treat your customers like they are criminals ESPECIALLY after they showed you the tiny carrot and cheese snack pack they bought and confusion in needing to have kept the receipt. Last night you guys lost so many customers because you only had one line open and it was a mile long. And I asked this tall kid with black short hair who was wearing headphones for air spray and he said "I'll look" walks into the back then comes back out and walks right past me and didn't help me at all he was walking really fast so I didn't catch his name but I went and asked someone else and he said well "I don't know much about that apartment but he does" went and got the kid that was very rude and speed walked past me and he went and got what I asked for handed to me and didn't say anything just walked away. I live right next to this Walmart and I drove all the way to the next Walmart and for now on I will take my time to drive to the next Walmart. I don't usually come to this location because their employees can be super rude. Well today, the register broke for god knows what reason. Took nearly 25 minuets to check me out when It should have been 10. It's okay I understand not anyone's fault. Well then they charge at least 5 items twice had to tell them before I paid. Then when I was looking at my receipt they charged me $15 for a $4 lunch bag. Waited in line for about 10 minuets and then waited even longer for a manager to come over. When she did, she was rude and then completely ignored my problem and went to help someone else. Super annoyed and hope I never cross paths with this manager again. Her name was Melissa by the way. ‍ The only good thing I can say is that the cashiers were both extremely nice and understanding. Maybe the manager should take notes from her employees. read more

I went shopping at this store today and I could not believe that they were not enforcing masks. I saw people walking in without masks, checking out without masks and all though the store. I was shocked that they are only counting people coming in. Shame on you. Will never go back to this store until after the pandemic. There are other more compliant Walmart stores that deserve business who care about their customers. read more

Even though this store does not have much as I would like, the staff is super super friendly. Everytime I go in here, it is pretty much empty. Which is why I go here. Parking is ample and the building is newer. For it being in this part of Ogden, it is not really dirty at all. read more

When we travel in our camper Walmart is my go to place because it is one stop shopping. The Walmart in Ogden was a huge disappointment. They were so poorly stocked. They were out of basics like gallon bottles of water, had a very poor selection especially in the deli section. When you are vacationing the last thing you want to do is spend an afternoon going from one grocery store to another to find what is on your list. Definitely not go back to this Walmart while we are here. read more

I have nothing positive to say at all, the few pennies I would save on each item I buy does not even come close to the value of my time. I do not understand how they could let customers stand there and wait in line for 15 , 20 minutes while one cashier who is completely over worked and underpaid tries to check out customers who have all waited way to long to save a couple pennies. Charles Parks of the Wal-Mart on Wall street in Ogden Utah is the absolute worst employee I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Here is my story: My mother ordered me a new cell phone as a gift and had it sent to Wal-Mart for pick up because my mail box is being broken into. My entire wallet was stolen so I only have a COLOR print out photo of my Identification. I get a text message saying my order is ready for pick up. I go the store with my Paper ID, MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE, AND MY TEXT NOTIFICATION which contains the reference/order number. Charles Parks refuses to give me my cell phone and says I need to add an authorized user to the account with a valid ID to pick up the phone. I add my friend Scarlet Lundman, we attempt to pick up the phone four times and he refuses us every.single.time. Meanwhile my brilliant mother calls him several times explaining the situation. He is extremely rude to her. She then gets a manager from Wal-Mart HQ to three way call Charles Parks and have him recorded live on the line. They call him and he says "STOP CALLING" and hangs up on both of them. The manager could not believe it and neither could my mother. I receive a phone call saying I can pick up the phone anytime with my authorized user Scarlet. Excellent I think to myself. So today we go to pick up the phone and Charles Parks refuses us for the fourth time. I ask to see the manager. She comes to the counter and I explain the entire situation to her and she looks at Charles and says "WHY WOULDN'T YOU JUST GIVE HER THE PHONE!?" "GO GET IT!" He rolls his eyes and gets the phone. Then He throws his arms up in the air and refuses a direct order from the manager to ring me up. Saying "I don't want that on my hands." The manager then does HIS job for him and rings me up. I thank her over and over again. I have reported the entire story to Wal-Mart.com, Wal-Mart customer complaints and Wal-Mart reviews. I am outraged by the treatment I received from him. I believe he should be fired and I will stop at nothing until that is accomplished. If you work in customer service and straight up refuse to do your job then you do not deserve to have one. Share my story and let's get rid of Charles Parks once and for all. I will never set foot in another Wal-Mart for the rest of my life because of the horrible treatment I received. #BoycottWalmart read more
