So none of the bathrooms in the Walmart Super Center on West Granada Blvd. Are in working order! They apparently are remodeling the ones in the front and back of the store at the same time and the only other set of bathrooms are apparently not working. They are directing guests to use portable bathrooms in the parking lot. So I ask myself, where are Walmart employees going to the bathroom and where are they washing their hands? Unbelievably poor planning on management's part. read more

I can do a better job putting my cold items separated from other products and I don't over fill my bags too heavy that I cannot pick up. ** I hear that people hate them and want them to go away BUT now you see lines of people at these self serve lanes AND guess what the news is saying Those who are scanning items that have to be weighed, put the cheaper choice in. What a joke. Came to return several items. Waited 30 minutes in line. Ashley returned one item and then the computer logged her off so she can go on break!!!! I'm now waiting for the only other person behind the counter to finish up with another customer so I can finish returning the other 3 items that I have... what a waste of my time. If you have an RV, Do Not Stop Here, you will be harassed. I stopped here in my 20' class b rv at 8:30 am Friday morning. I was searching online for a new computer to see what was in stock. I get a knock at my door by an idiot that said we don't allow extended stays. I said I was only here 15 minutes. What a jerk, knocking on peoples vehicles at 8:30 am. I called the manager and reported him.He said they don't allow overnight parking, Hello, it's 8:30 am, not overnight. They obviously don't want my business, and they'll Never get any of our families business again. We have a second home in Ormond Beach and have spent thousands at this location every year. 4/15/2024 10:30am 2 registers open 10 people waiting in each lane. Self check out station, several were NOT working, team LEADS didn't care, just said they were doing their job. Which is WHAT, is their job if they don't help customers check out??? Walmart OPEN more cash register lanes with human beings. I was there yesterday for the first time in a while. In my opinion, the store has deteriorated. Finding a cart that is easy to push because all four wheels are going in the same direction and doesn't make squealing noises is not easy. The aisles are crowded and the whole store has an old and dirty feeling to it. The self-checkout is okay, but not for someone with handicapped hands. I was happy to see several real people on registers because last time I was there, no one was on registers. I have made my last visit there. read more

This store has gone from bad to avoid at all costs. I'm tired of going shopping and then I'm put to work scanning and packing my over priced groceries. It seems the Waltons refuse to sell their own products anymore and you are forced to buy brand name products or walk out to find cheaper products. I have a bad back and when I'm forced to do the work required to purchase and pack, I'm gimpying out the door. The employees are ticked and incapable of doing or wanting to do their jobs. There was an item priced wrong on the shelf and the gentleman at the front with a clear visor on said there was nothing he could do for me after it rang up double the shelf price. I left and came back in and asked if there was someone I could speak with about how the pricing was arranged on the shelf with the coolers. I was rudely dismissed so I took the cooler to the sports area and on my way I bumped into an angel in a WalMart uniform. She goes by the name of Donna, Coach Donna. I explained to her the situation and she looked at the shelf and analyzed the setup and said she would be delighted to honor the shelf price. Donna then proceeded to lead me to the self checkout where the man in the visor was standing. We inched closer to the man who once said he could do nothing about it. Fog filled his visor as his nervous breath clogged the room. Donna lifts the cooler and says "We are going to give it to him for shelf price". The same man who told me he couldn't help me was now shaking in shame as he typed in the passcode in the system to honor the shelf price. Donna, you can tell, is a joy to work with. As we walked to the counter several workers stopped her to share a quick joke or comment all with smiles on their face. I commend you Donna for upholding the integrity of the WalMart employees and teaching the gentlemen at the front door how a customer is supposed to be talked to and treated. They were extremely rude and u turned everything around not even with the price honoring but with the compassion and concern u showed me as a customer. You could have pawned me off to the guy behind the desk in the fishing area but u stuck with me!! I will repay you someday Donna!!! I will hold onto this memory for all of eternity!!!! read more

I was at customer service and this emplo named Robin that's worked there for 20 years had an attitude and was saying to the other employee how somebody was going to get cussed out today. A couple of more employees walked up, and I asked them if they excepted.FPL payments to be made there and she said yes, but you need to get in line and I was already standing in line. Then she told me that I needed to back up and go around and stand on the other side and wait. The man behind me in line, looked at me like this lady is crazy. Then she proceeded to be rude and tell me exactly where I needed to stand. I have been going to Walmart for 43 years now and this is the rudest employee I've ever ran across at any Walmart through the entire United States. This lady is , disrespectful, rude, and extremely hateful. If you want customer service at Walmart, you will not get it from Robin. read more

Typical Walmart. Half the spots for items are empty and they are often the most popular and/or that I am looking for. You ever try calling them? And I thought dealing with automated attendants was aggravating. Here, if by some miracle a real person does answer ANY extension you select, they almost certainly won't be able to help you and will transfer you somewhere else where no one will answer. I don't mind the self checkout because I'm a full grown man who can handle it, especially considering how happy and helpful the rest of the employees tend not to be. My heart hoes out to those employees, they are only miserable because they work for peanuts at Walmart. When are people going to stop giving these people their money? read more

Only gave this 5 star because i took my car into service to have a tire replaced and everyone in the service department was talking and not working at all but Zack in service stayed on my car til it was completely done. Ordered tires to be installed. Had an appointment for 10am they said not enough employees were there so it would be late. They lied but whatever. An HOUR after they started on my car I come to check on it and they didn't do any of the work claiming that the tires are too big?! By 0.2 cm?!? Are you kidding me?! This Walmart is a staple visit for anyone coming to PCB. I don't think I have ever made a trip to the beach without hitting it up. They are limiting capacity and requiring masks so be prepared. We did not have to wait on the way in but after checking out I realized we forgot about the waters in the bottom of the cart. I did have to wait to get back in to pay for them. I don't ever have a problem finding what I need at this Walmart. Their stock is usually great. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wanted to just do pickup for this trip but there were no slots all weekend. I think they could benefit from opening additional weekend spots on a holiday weekend. read more

As per usual for Walmart. Tons of parking but lots of busy times where parking nearby is limited.

This used to be a great store. We used to be able to shop later in the day to avoid the large crowds, but they cut the hours so now there is always a lot of shoppers in there. Also, the parking lot is full of trash and shopping carts. Dirty diapers, used masks and gloves. There is only one entrance open so we have to walk in the road where the buses and other traffic is the heaviest. I used to like going to this Walmart , now it's just a ghetto. read more

I shop this store for all of my needs. Definitely need better Security at night in the parking lots. They are scary and dark in areas. Someone was walking around my car and staring at it Then walked away, and as soon as I went to get in, I hear someone honk their horn. I looked behind me, and the guy was walking back towards me. Stopped by here to look at grills. Asked a worker if the had any more blackstone grills than what assembled in the garden center. He said they didn't have ny in stock. There were at least 3 right behind him. So we looked and explored our options. Went to our car and discussed which one was best for us. My husband went back inside to purchase it. 15 minutes goes by and he texts me telling me he can't anyone to come to the garden center. He has had someone paged twice. I come in and ask the nice older gentleman that works in the jewelry dept to please page some one. He does however it does not get put over there paging system. So I go back to the garden center and my husband says that no one has come back. I walk back the front and go to customer service. I ask the employee to page some one for the garden center. He does but again it is not heard over the paging system. I go back to the garden center and still no one. Finally an older woman (employee) comes by. I dont think she worked garden center. We ask her for help. Over 30 minutes trying to get someone to help us. My husband finds palette jack and we pull the box on to the jack. Definitely could have used more help. He then has to use the palette jack himself and bring the grill to the front to check out. Not one employee that we passed along the way questioned us for using the jack. Even during the check out process my husband let them know that we had to get it ourselves. Not one concern for the safety of us or other customers. We will be contacting corporate over this. This place was a Mess!! I asked the a couple workers where something was and no one could help me. Stock was low. It was sketchy

I needed a radio and went to the tech department asking for help. The young man working there wouldn't let me ask a question and kept repeating "May I help you?", " "I'm listening" multiple times" in a mocking manner with a rude demeanor. Another customer negatively interjected without knowing I hadn't even gotten to my question. It's ironic the minute my husband got involved he listened and changed his tone. He had total disrespect for me as a woman customer obviously. Walmart employees need to respect women and seniors. The young man maybe able to disrespect his mother at home, but as a employee he should listen to customers needs. I hope Mark the store manager followed up on this. Terrible experience, but I did go back to get my radio boom box ...which I was almost tempted to disregard. If this employee gets this stressed....I can't imagine how he'll treat people around Xmas time. I have worked retail in my younger years, but we were not allowed to be rude to customers back in the days. Later today I went to Big Lots and the customer service was outstanding. I am used to providing great service; it was my strength throughout my career. I shop at this Walmart several times each week. The pharmacy staff is outstanding! They call my doctor or insurance provider, text me when Rx's are ready and advise me about vaccines, health care, medicines both efficiently and competently. (I was a pharmaceutical rep for 3 companies and much of my career has been in healthcare, working with doctors). I consistently receive fair to great service, especially in the last couple of months. It was not always this way, in the past this store lived down to the reputation that Walmart has deserved over the years. I have even noticed that the produce quality is improving, so much so that I will buy produce here and forgo paying double or triple at the local supermarkets. Never thought I would be complementing (most) of the staff at my local Walmart! Prices have always been good, now service too!, at a Walmart! What is this world coming to? This Wal-Mart never has anything I go in looking for! Went there today looking for clothes for my toddler & found 1 pair of jeans that will fit him! Their boys clothing selection for 2T is virtually non-existent. That's sad! They didn't have onion bagels, fresh kale or the Melba thin Rye bread that I buy. They didn't have any cat products, didn't have sweat pants in my man's size, basically I left angry that now I've got to drive all the way to Port Orange to find what I'm looking for. read more

I'm already not a fan of this super giant, big box store, but last night clinched it for me. Picking up a few items. I asked an associate in the produce dept where the green cabbage was. Well, he nearly bit my head off, as he barked, 'we're allout,' I go to the express as I have less than 20, 18 items to be exact. I had to go hunt down the cashier. After ten minutes he appears, 'oh, are you all looking for me?' He proceeds to ring up my order, running one item over and over, then voiding it. I went to the customer service area, where the 'manager ' assured me that I was charged the correct amount. Nope! I got home and went over each item as I unbagged them. I was indeed charged one extra time for the valentines he rang over and over. The ladies at customer service seemed to think it was funny. Guess what, it was NOT funny. read more

I needed to purchase a certain product for work. I called and no one answered so I decided to call later in the day. When I did call back again no one answered. Eventually after being persistent I got someone who said, "Oh they transferred you to HR. Let me transfer you back." Yes got transferred to no man's land and then the call was dropped. I called again and after ringing for 4 minutes straight call was dropped again. My third attempt finally got someone after 5 minutes ringing, just to be told I have to be transferred again. I'm at 7 minutes now and still waiting. This is quite unprofessional of Walmart. At this moment I will call Walmart Corp office which is in Arkansas if no one gets back on the call. If they're not going to deliberately NOT answer the phones then advertise the store without a phone number! read more

I am not a shopper by choice. I shop when I need something. I don't go to Walmart if I can find what I need anyplace else. I have shopped twice since the"upgrade". It is now like shopping in a warehouse. Most unpleasant experience and finding what you want/ need is impossible. If you ask for help the direct you or walk really fast in the direction of the item, after a display of attitude. Just letting me know I'm bothering them. Very understocked. I've decided that the person who designed this new look for all the stores is secretly trying to ruin Walmart. It's an inside job of sabotage. Sorry I think the Supercenter on Granada desperately needs a whole new management team. I can't believe the number of self checkouts. I guess they're preparing for the $15 hourly minimum wage.
