I've stopped in here a few times lately and I think they recently updated and expanded this Target…read more It's very big and feels new. This Target has a large produce area with a deli, bakery and meat counter, which I've never seen at a Target before. The pick up order area is separate from the returns/exchanges area which is convenient. Everything else is pretty similar to other Targets, including a Starbucks! There are alway some really good deals here and they always have fun and new things that I don't see at other places. I checked out the clearance clothes section for a few minutes and found some nicely priced items. The service is always fast and friendly. I would recommend this Target and will probably shop here again.

A lady came out from behind the wall with an empty flatbed dolly. She didn't even acknowledge me. I finally pushed the button and waited. After a couple minutes, my boyfriend pushed the button again. I'm not sure that button does anything, because the gals behind the wall were laughing, giggling and having a grand ole time. A second lady with a two-tier cart partially full walked out and walked right past me. Again, no eye contact, no smile, nothing... Shortly after, a gentleman walked past me heading behind the wall. He asked me if I had been helped. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name tag. When I replied no, he said he would call someone for me. A few seconds behind him, Dakota appeared and was also heading behind the wall. He, too, asked me if I had been helped. I said no. He disappeared for about 10 seconds and came back with the little gizmo to scan my email code. Once he scanned it, he got my bag and I was off on my way within 2 mins of him talking to me. A total of at least 4 women (maybe there were more than 2 behind that wall) didn't acknowledge or try to help me. The two gentleman (Dakota being one of them) were the nicer ones providing good customer service. Someone there needs to promote Dakota so he can reprimand those girls.

I'm talking about things that cost less than a coffee. At this point, just close the store and switch to a catalog system because that's basically what this is. You don't shop; you request access like you're visiting someone in prison. Need multiple items from different departments? Great. You'll get to experience the thrilling adventure of paying for each one separately in completely different areas, collecting receipts like souvenirs, and carrying around loose items like you're part of a social experiment. Nothing says "we trust our customers" like forcing them into a scenario where even they start questioning themselves. And then there's checkout. Last time I was here, nearly every lane was closed except one, with a line that felt like it required snacks and hydration planning. Finally get up there, surprise, it's s card only. I had cash. Cool. So now I can't even buy the one thing I waited in line for unless I start the entire process over again. Absolutely not. Today wasn't any better. Trying to figure out where you're even allowed to pay for items that aren't behind glass is its own puzzle. Because once you do pay, now you're walking around with a bag and receipt while still needing other locked items... which you then have to pay for somewhere else. At one point I even asked an employee, "Do you ever run into issues with card payments getting flagged?" Because if I'm buying the same-priced item in different departments back-to-back, my bank is absolutely going to think something sketchy is happening. She just kind of looked at me like... yeah, probably. Which tells you everything you need to know. Oh! and yes, they check your receipt on the way out. After all that. Here's the wild part: even with all these measures, you know this hasn't solved whatever issue they're trying to fix. It just makes the experience miserable for everyone else. Prices might be low, but the experience costs your sanity. I will gladly pay more somewhere else just to avoid whatever this is supposed to be. Truly one of the most unnecessarily frustrating shopping experiences imaginable.

Three of them had already been waiting for more than 20 minutes. After being there for 30 minutes we call the corporate office to complain. My Husband is a disabled vet and was beginning to feel ill. at this time there were about 15-20 people waiting and I could not get a hold of any of the employees to tell them we had to leave. We called corporate again and explained the situation, they told us to reach out to the owner, that they would try and help us but we needed to do that first. This place is open 8-2 and if your item/s are not brought out they close and it's just to bad. Well I texted the two people on the web site, Emma being one of them. Told them the situation, she says " you are the ones that called corporate , right?) , not let see what I can do to fix the situation. She then tells me one of my items has been misplaced and they will offer a refund on that one. I was told I could pick up my other item the following day. I reassured her I would do that. You would think that she would ensure it was ready to be picked, it wasn't and we waited for her to finish typing for another five minutes, before even looking up at us. Again just rude. We picked up our item, took it home, and it is not the correct item! For the love of God! Why is this so hard for her to figure out! I sent multiple photos and told her I wanted a complete refund, and she could come pick it up. I was not going to drive down there for a third time. My time is valuable and I was fair about everything. She messaged back and said no you return or no refund. At this point I'm going to eat the loss but I will post as many reviews as possible, I don't want anyone else to be treated so badly. Just a side note ; when reaching out to corporate they did state they have had numerous complaints about this auction house and they were probably going to discontinue allowing them to use Local Auctions Platform. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. We enjoyed the variety of stores and restaurants, both inside the mall and in the surrounding area, so there are plenty of shopping and dining options to choose from. The mall itself was clean, spacious, and a nice place to escape the summer heat. During our visit, we noticed there was quite a bit of construction taking place. Because of that, some areas of the mall were temporarily inaccessible, and a few elevators and escalators were out of service. While it was a minor inconvenience, it didn't take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant visit and would return. Once the construction is complete, I'm sure the shopping experience will be even better.

I have had the Worse experiance in customer service with this store and the 1 800 Walmart call center.I live in california and my auntie lives in Arizonia. I wanted to but a Stroller set for my cousin that just had a baby and i call this store see what i had to do to pa y for the car seat stroller so she could pick the item up same day. After talking to the rep in the baby department Corrina to make sure they had the product that i wanted she transferred the call to the dot com department that states if since thye had the product to go on line and pay for it an they can come get the item same day. I paid abd everything went down hill from there. My aunt walk in to pick the item up 41 hour later and they states they could not give her the product because there was not record even afer iprovided the Ref number after Hours on the phone witht he reps and my aunt inthe store there was a manager that stated to me call my bank and hae the transation cancelled and he will cancel it on his end and do a walmart to walmart transfer so she can get the item immediatly. I did that as directed not 4 days later Walmart did not cancel the order. i have call the call center ans the store and no one is assistng me with getting the fund credut back to my card after there stor mananger told my bank as well that they woudl cancel it, the 800 number told me the trasatin has to be cancel by the store and they an credit my account over the phone the store states i have to Walk in to get my money back just over all a TERRIble Process and im still fighting to get someone on the phone for my refund of 118.05 that they have of my dollors.......... read more

Worst Walmart ever. I tried to order a cake. After 15 calls (not joking) and the line ringing and disconnecting for multiple departments I finally got ahold of someone in the pharmacy. They refused to page anyone as "they are their own box", I was told the managers including the Store Manager refuse to pick up any calls or to respond to any pages to the pharmacy for anything and I was told to just keep trying to call. There is no one higher than the store manager to call anymore (so I was told by Joe in the pharmacy) so I was told to call an 800 number. They just took a report and said sorry. Still no help with ordering a cake. So I went to Frys. Save yourself the hassle. Don't even bother. Just go somewhere else!!!!! read more

Dude! we call this the ghetto walmart.. Panhandlers.. Dumb people work here nobody knows what the heck is going on.. they hide the handicapped carts in the back no wonder they dont ever have any! the bikes are locked down so tweakers wont steal them.. just a hot mess and youll get to know your neighbors and possibly another languge as well cause the lines are so long!! Don't go here unless youre desperate for something and only the last week of the month and speak Arabic in the parking lot so some lady crying with a folgers can with a kids picture wont do her routine.. i swear there are better war zones! read more

Amy who is apparently the boss or manager idk but she was a cashier Sep/5/2022 #3 around 11ish .. well she is very rude she slammed my money on the counter and was very rude to the women behind me .. I asked if your ok she just didn't say anything or apologize no people skill idk if it was a bad day for her or she always that nasty with customers but I hope I ever have her again ! I will take every chance I can get to avoid this Walmart. They've got screaming crackheads, creeps that follow you around the store and around the parking lot, beggars by every door. A little girl threw up beside me in the self checkout and not one person showed urgency to take care of it. This place gets worse every time I go, if you can avoid it completely then DO IT.
