terrible experience Savannah from pharmacy was rude and disrespectful. she didn't help me at all. she gave me the wrong medication and when I asked for my prescription back to take my business elsewhere she started cussing me out then threw my prescription away. trust me stay away from Walmart on 75th n Encanto. they don't attend you at all. they make you wait like an hour just pick up medication. go to Walgreens where they actually have great customer service. My daughter and I were in the Christmas discount section looking around. There was a shorter older female associate in the same isle as myself. She was shorter and loner with long blond hair that was half tied up. I was looking at the Christmas discounted items of conditioners. This associate comes in front of me without saying excuse to have a look at something. She leaves the isle and a few moments later she comes back to ask me if I had seen a " tcp device" or something of that nature. I had no clue what she was talking about and I asked her what that was and she stated it was a same black device. I told her no. She didn't ask anyone else and left the isle stating she must have left it in her cart. Once again she didn't say excuse me or anything and didn't have a look for this lost device. I came into the store at 815 pm looking to buy a nice ring for my mother's birthday. I worked all day and that's the reason that I got here so late. When I was at the jewelry counter, an associate was walking by and keep in mind there is no sign saying that the jewelry closed early. The associate said she would call someone. This young girl came over to the counter and said Are you waiting for someone? I told her Yes, please, I want to buy that ring right there for $198 for my mom's birthday. Last night I pulled into the parking lot around 9:35 PM and was rudely informed by associates waiting outside to get picked up that the store was closed for the night. There were about 5 people just like me that were turned away, yet the official Walmart website, the signs posted on the door, and Google all say this location closes at 10 PM daily. I was once again rudely told that a different location down the road would be open until 10 PM and I should shop there instead. It seems like management and the employees at this location aren't abiding by the hours they are advertising. Regardless I went over to the Walmart on 75th ave and Encanto and boy did they put you guys to shame. I arrived at 9:55 PM, yes that's 5 minutes before they officially closed. There were a few last minute shoppers just like myself and none of us were turned away, instead we were welcomed and informed we had a few short minutes to shop. This is my local store and it's a love hate relationship. If you go before 10am, it's a great store! Friendly staff, even though they're not helpful but what's new? The store is stocked, bathrooms are clean, little to no wait on lines, and plenty of parking. If you go in the afternoons or weekends, be prepared to stand in long lines, many items not stocked, dirty bathrooms, and rude people. Their bakery is really good when it's fresh! We have tried to order cakes from here in the past, but they have been out of the character items to place on the cakes. Produce is a hit or miss. There's also a build-a-bear in this store! We really love that! They're usually empty when we go and when they have promotions or sales, they're empty as opposed to the mall stores! Staff in there is super friendly and helpful! There's also a Subway and Dairy Queen in the store! We enjoy those and take advantage of them when we are in this store. Both are nice and friendly staff. read more

They radio a person over, after an additional 10 minutes no one showed up. We saw another associate walk by, after another 10 minutes they tried to get someone with keys no one came after over 35 minutes. Extremely dissatisfied as I am a regular customer, I spend over $300 a week at this store. My son was looking forward to getting his Legos. Everyone I would like you to meet Christown's evil twin sister-except this one doesn't have a light rail running outside. However, it is loaded to the gills with cholo's, yelling kids, and Mexican parents screaming "Ya mi voy pinche guey!Muvete cabron!" and sometimes you'll come across a tamale lady in the parking lot or someone selling puppies out the back of their car. The inside of the store is nothing spectacular and of course customer is usually more miss of than a hit, but I've become immune to the insanity of big-box retail. Janice, the "Greeter" that has worked every one of the four times I have been in this store, is the absolute worst!! She has specifically targeted one of my roommates when we leave simply based upon the color of his skin! My female roommate and I have mobility issues and she has been snippy and crass when we have asked about the availability of electric carts. Janice is racist and rude and is the main reason we refuse to shop at this location. We went in there this evening and left individually to "test" what we already knew; Janice watched my male roommate at the register and RAN to stop him AFTER telling both my female roommate and I to have a good night!! Upon returning home, I called the store and the phone rang for FIVE MINUTES before I got the automated, "Your call is important to us. Please be patient and your call will be routed to the next available associate." After a total of 18:30 minutes, the system hung up on me!! read more

I sat inside waited for them and at 6:30PM they walked in saying they don't have the tool to open the oil filter. Are you kidding me?
