The dress was never worn, and when I returned it within Dillard's return window, Gabriella, the Business Manager of Juniors, immediately took an accusatory tone and said the dress was "dirty," refusing a refund and offering only store credit. She pointed out the area she believed was dirty, but neither my husband nor I could see what she was referring to. When I explained the dress had never been worn and was in the same condition as when I bought it, she insisted it would not have been sold that way. She later confirmed she had been the one who sold it to me. I left feeling frustrated and wrongly accused. Thankfully, Cher, a Brand Manager, noticed we were upset and stepped in. After hearing what happened, she involved store manager Daryl, who apologized, reviewed the situation, and immediately gave a full refund back to my card. Without Cher stepping in, this likely would not have been resolved. We were ready to leave and never return. Instead, her compassion and Daryl's professionalism completely turned things around. Cher and Daryl are the reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 1. Thank you both for making things right.

What happened to Vince Lombardi Time? Teresa is out on leave so I'm trying to deal with another associate, she was not as thorough and confident as Teresa. The Department Manager was also in the area and did not have the authority to make some small alterations on a custom made article I purchased and love before the Holidays, told me she needed to run it up the ladder??? I was very fortunate to have the Manufacture Representative in the Department, we discussed my concerns and she was very professional and recommended I go see an alterations/tailor to get some professional advice, which I did and I believe we have found a solution. Thanks Jessica! Miss Teresa in this department, I still love the store but a little leery on some of their policies on custom made orders.

One thing we do not enjoy is how congested the outlet can become, especially during weekends or when events are taking place in the parking lot. This past Sunday, there was a circus set up in the parking lot, which was very unusual for us to see since circuses are typically held in larger open spaces or fields. In addition, there is construction happening in certain parts of the parking area, making parking spaces tighter and traffic more difficult to navigate. Despite the parking challenges, once we found a spot, we were able to shop around comfortably for the items we were looking for and leave accordingly. The outlet offers a wide variety of shops and is conveniently located right across from the Westgate Entertainment District, making it easy to spend the day enjoying the area.

From what I gathered, some are new and some are returned items to Nordstrom. Bought some Rothy's loafers for work for $38, some returned (very lightly used) Brooks Ghost 17 shoes for $52, and some $15 sneaks Nordstrom brand. Kids stuff was 1/2 off and bought some sweaters half off, too. Left spending quite a bit but probably bought 15 items for $173. Would definitely return. I recommend the rolling carts and not the shopping carts. Can be cramped to get down aisles. Maybe a reusable IKEA bag would be a good option, too. Wish they had more skincare and housewares.

The store was completely empty with signs on the door saying that they are permanently closed. It must have just happened recently. Saks OFF 5TH has been considered "the premier destination for luxury off-price fashion". They have offered a large assortment of high-end designers and everyday favorites at great prices. Saks OFF 5th has been considered a Saks Fifth Avenue outlet store since 1995 (following the footsteps of Saks Clearinghouse which opened three years earlier). This location was one of the four Arizona locations (three in the Greater Phoenix area). Recently as a part of their bankruptcy process, Saks decided to close most of their OFF 5th locations (and Nieman Marcus Last Call stores) while continuing to function otherwise as a company. Their website (https://www.saksoff5th.com) still has some items which are all up to 70% off. Their prices are considered "liquidation pricing." Recently, the bankruptcy process has been of particular interest to those American Express Platinum card holders, as they get $50 credit for purchases at Saks Fifth Avenue stores every six months, and if they purchase physical gift cards in the store, they can get the credit back that way, and the gift cards can be used at OFF 5th locations or online. I went browsing in the large selection of clearance & final sale items because who doesn't love to save as much money as they can! After my husband found himself a shirt he came over to help me look. Then my hubby found this cutest cardigan hidden in the medium section because someone was possibly hiding it to come back to buy it because it wasn't in the small section where this cardigan belonged!
