When I asked for help finding the item, the worker hovered staring right at us until we made a decision. With different brands/options, we were looking to shop around, but with someone right there staring at you, it's kinda hard to review all the info and compare prices to other places online. Had I known he was going to hover, I would've never asked for help. We ended up overpaying for something cheaper nearby. I'm not sure I'll be back.

Whether I needed 5/8" grade 8 bolts to mount a monster vise to my work bench or 8/32" filister head machine screws for a 1948 bench grinder, these guys pretty much have it all. The owners are super helpful, friendly and just all around great people. I asked a young employee for help but he seemed to be new so he walked up the isle to Robert to ask for help. Robert yells "what do you want?!" The kid says something & Robert says "go help her, I'm busy" as he's NOT helping anyone. Then he tells the kid "go get someone else to help her. What does she want?!" ALL this as I'm standing at the end of the isle where I could clearly hear him & his LOUD refusal to help the kid help me. He FINALLY walks over & I tell him to not speak to the kid like that in front of customers & that the way he was talking to him & about me was rude and not good customer service. Robert says "okay, yeah let's just find what you need." AVOID ROBERT at all costs! And if they have several Robert's there, well he ruined it for them all. He's rude and unprofessional.
