While shopping here a few days ago, within only 10 minutes I ran into 3 customers that brought their dog shopping with them. Not 1 employee at the register area, confronted the customers. They were clearly not service dogs, just cuatomers that wanted to bring their dog with them. This is extremely unsanitary. Especially considering that not only does this store have furniture items and cloth items like blankets, sheets, and towels, it also has a very large grocery shopping area with tons of open food items, like produce, deli, and hot food items. Diseases can be passed directly and indirectly from animals to humans. There are also vector born diseases which are passed from the dogs parasites to humans. As an example, ticks carry several different types of diseases. When someone brings their pet into any establishment, but especially those with furniture, cloth, and food items, we are at the mercy of their habits such as picking up their dog's feces in their yard or letting them roam amongst it for days, picking up parasites. We are at the mercy of them keeping their dog free of parasites/worms/fleas/ticks, etc. We can only hope that their yard is free of fleas, ticks, etc., and the yard of wherever else their dog has been roaming. We also hope that they take their dog to the vet regularly to be tested for parasites, and receive proper medication when needed. But we all know, that in fact, is not the case with every dog owner. Not all pet owners practice flea, tic, and parasite prention. We all know that people let their dogs go to the bathroom anywhere, and then do not pick it up. Dog excrement is loaded with parasites. Then other dogs are roaming amongst it, and the Parasites are attaching themselves to the animals, which are now coming into the store and attaching themselves to carpet/cloth and anything else in the store, which we are then purchasing and taking to our own house unsuspecting of any fleas, tics, or parasites. One worm.....can lay 100,000 eggs per day, yes, per day. These eggs come out in the dog's feces, and remain active in the environment infecting both animals, and humans. In addition to impacting our health via parasites and diseases, it is highly insensitive to people that have allergies. I had a neighbor, whose throat would immediately close up, and he required emergency EMT to assist, despite the owners claiming their dog was hypo-allergenic and shed free. You just never know, nor can you predict, a person's sensitivity. It is also insensitive to people whom have had negative experiences with dogs. Dog attacks is one example. In addition, we don't all own a dog, so please don't shove yours down everyone else's throat. Wal-Mart stores are a dime a dozen. My family and I will not be back to make any purchases from this store due to their gross negligence for the safety of their patrons, and employees. Thank GOD for Wal-Mart Auto Center!!! Excellent Team! Be sure to order your tire online (Douglas Tires are made by Goodyear); and when checking out, choose the "Pick-up" option. They will send you an email when your tire is ready to be picked up; and once you receive the order confirmation, call immediately and make an appointment, then can usually get you in the next day, which is what I did. I arrived shortly before 12 noon, as I was instructed to by Susan, the wonderful Wal-Mart Associate I spoke with on the phone; and Kurt, the Service Technician, got my keys right away and drove my car into the service area very quickly. The lady at the Service Desk, Yvonne, said it would be a 3-hour wait (I think they say this just to be on the safe side); however, I received a call at 12:40pm that my car was ready (I had been in Wal-Mart doing some shopping). When I picked it up, Kurt said, "I finished it 30-minutes ago." AMAZING!!! I am going back in on Thursday, to have the Driver's side front tire replaced. I drive a 2011 Toyota Camry and these are the tires recommended on the inside of the Driver's side door: 215/60R16 95H SL - The Douglas All-Season Tires are $59.92 including tax; and I bought the Road Hazard Replacement Warranty for $10.00 + Tire Hauler Fee of $1.00 + Wheel Balance of $12.00 for $23.50 or $24.31 (including tax). So, for $84.23 I walked away with a brand new tire installed on my car. In the past I have gone to another well-known shop, and the cost was $142.00 to buy one tire and have it installed; and the wait was a several hours. UPDATE: On Tuesday, 05/21/9, I purchased another front tire for the drivers side online, chose the pick up option and since it was later in the evening I did not receive the confirmation email until Wednesday, 05/22/19 and they were able to get me in the next day which was today, Thursday, 05/23, at 12 noon! My tire was installed by 1:18pm! I purchased the same $10.00 warranty for this new tire as well and they said I can come in anytime and they will rotate my tires and do an alignment which is covered under the warranty! WOW! I love Wal-Mart Auto Center! Everyone is so nice. Miss Susan is simply adorable and I just had to give her a hug! Everyone I dealt with on both days were just wonderful. I truly believe that you reap what you sew; and you should always treat others the way you would want to be treated! In doing so and in being kind to everyone you meet, you will be blessed in return because your heart will be filled with the JOY OF THE LORD, and it's contagious!!! Have an AMAZING day!!! I drive up and it's dead. I get inside with one person ahead of me thinking, oh great, I'll get my oil changed and be in and out of here quickly! HA! After Tonya took here sweet ass time with the one guy, she proceeded to call people from the waiting room to update them while ignoring me. 20 minutes later, she finally gets to me after discussing the weather and everything else with everybody else, just to tell me, you have to check in outside for oil changes. I go back outside, and by this time, there is a line of cars! Thanks again Tonya, you are worthless! Now you might think I missed some signs or an employee out side directing people, but you'd be wrong. As I went outside and waited in the heat to be checked in, I looked and there were absolutely no signs or directions. The booth where another employee should have been but was vacant when I arrived, now had two people. Where were they to begin with! Even though there were two people outside checking people in, only one was working while they both held lengthy conversations with people about their kids, first day of school, their interests, etc. 45 mins later, I'm now sitting in the waiting room, still waiting for something that should have been relatively quick in my opinion. Personally I'd fire Tonya or send her for retraining in the efficiency department! Bottom line, I should've known better for expecting anything else from Walmart! I had an extremely negative experience at this pharmacy due to an interaction with a technician named Lonle. I almost never leave reviews, but this was bad enough to warrant one. I asked a simple, polite question--something completely routine--and was met with immediate hostility and a rude, dismissive attitude. There was no reason for the way he spoke to me. It felt aggressive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a healthcare setting. Customer-facing roles, especially in a pharmacy, require a basic level of respect, patience, and professionalism. Lonle demonstrated none of these. His behavior was unacceptable and frankly concerning given the environment he works in. If this is representative of the level of service here, I would strongly caution others. Management should seriously evaluate whether he is suited for a role that involves interacting with patients. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I only gave them a star because there is not an option to get them negative stars. I am a disabled woman who has received nothing but horrible customer service from this store. There entire staff is rude at best, up to and including the store manager who apparently has no concern for customer service and doesn't address any customer complaints. I would NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE AGAIN IF SOMEONE WAS PAYING ME TO. The worst collection of trashy, rude, disgusting human beings that are employed their who target people with disabilities. Very busy place, so they don't care much about customer service. I understand that the cashier got tired after their long days, but they need to know how to do better in customer service. they are very rude, the cashier triple charged me on one item , she did not try to fix it, or say sorry, instead, she pointed the customer service area and told me to go there.
