This grocery store has 1,2967 locations only in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. I had heard of this store from my son who said their sub sandwiches are the best. I've never been to a Publix so I was excited to see how they compare to my local grocery stores. The store was clean and one thing that caught my attention immediately was the abundance of ready made foods. The line to get their famous sub sandwiches was long. Their deli section looked good and hubs was hungry so he got their ribs and Mac and cheese and a self serve soda. Whenever I'm in a new town I like to check out foods not in my area. Saw this great looking 16 oz La Segunda Cuban loaf that would be perfect to make yummy sandwiches. In the freezer section there were lots of Jamaican style chicken and spicy beef patties, tostones, arepas, cassava and cheese rolls. Very cool! Throughout the store there are many BOGO deals. Publix is my go-to grocery store. They carry a wide selection. Yet some specialty items are available. I don't need fancy or over the top items. No caviar for me. Customer service is good & very accomodating. read more

Most employees at this Publix are so pleasant my favorite cashier is Jane & bag person is Larry oh yes the cashier Tia is a sweetie also ! There is one older lady that's not very pleasant (cashier) I always have had a pleasant experience as long as I stay away from the one cashier .Thank You Jane, Tia & Larry for making it a pleasant experience to shop here !! This was my first time to This location in Pinellas park! I usually go to Seminole but can I just say how much I absolutely love Publix!!! Let me start by saying this location is a great size store and they have a kiosk for your car registration!! Who knew that existed!! My favorite thing is Publix fried Chicken I literally cannot leave without the chicken lol Lots of people will say it's the fresh made to order sub sandwiches too which are good too! What I love is the kind and amazing customer service you receive here and how everyone is so nice and professional and they offer to help you out to your car! And the quality of ground beef and chicken and seafood is amazing! I also got some delicious vine ripe tomatoes from here and they are amazing! read more

Pharmacy Leaves a lot to be desired. A couple Of prescriptions was called in twice. I have been there to pick up and was told it was coming in today and they would fill it yesterday when I went. I was told it wasn't filled but if I wanted to wait 15 minutes they could fill it today. I went back and was told it didn't come in today so apparently they can't keep their lives straight. I wouldn't use this pharmacy again. read more

7333 Park Blvd Publix..... I lost a Tiffany pearl out of my ring today and asked a manager to help me which I assumed we would never find! He offered to bring out the big sweep... on his way to do that he bent down and found it on the floor! I was in shock he found it! I was so excited and told himI loved him and didn't get his name! I believe he was an asst manager and the cashier thought his name was Roger. If so thank you Roger! you made my day ! I love this Publix and all employees are great! Thank you so much! read more

This store closes at 10 PM. Tried to get tenders at 8 PM no can do. The hot table closes at 8 PM. Crazy. Everything that was on the hot table looked like it had been sitting for hours. If it takes you two hours to clean the hot table area, maybe you need better staff. I went to the other Publix on 113th and had no trouble getting what I needed. I will not be going back. read more

I am appalled, I just left this Publix after trying to return an item it turns out it couldn't be returned so I asked the employee Kiera at the customer service desk what my options were she was short and absolutely rude i then asked for Lotto she replied "wait" I did, then she took my lotto money tossed the ticket at me. I said whoa that was unpleasant and as I turned for the door, the Publix employee Kiera said "asshole" I have never in my life been verbally assaulted by a Publix employee till now. Crazy world. Gotta watch out for this disrespectful, classless people. I spoke to the manager who brushed me off. Sad. read more

Ok , this Publix store is the least crowded of any on Florida's west coast. They always seem to be stocked up to the fullest. Super pleasant employees that will go way out of their way to make sure you get what you came for . My only complaint is that they did not have the pot roast diners that most other stores have now . I'm working on that though , soon come maybe ? read more

while making my tuna sandwich with pickles. she had on a plastic glove on the right hand and a plastic glove with a clothe glove on top of it on the left hand. the clothe glove came from her pocket. all the other employees had a plastic glove on top of the clothe glove. so that means that her clothe glove was soaking in her hand sweat then put in her pocket to be used again and is now touching my sandwich bread with it. i left the sandwich by the cookies and went to a publix down the street where they wear thier gloves correctly. read more

I waited about 3 minutes in line and when I went to the desk I asked Josh T if he had the $5 crossword tickets. He walked over to check and instead of responding to me, went ahead and took the man that had walked up to the counter and handed him a stack of tickets to cash in. This used to be the ONLY grocery store I ever shopped at but that has changed. I have custody of my grandchildren and receive WIC benefits. I have been treated very poorly because of this and they repeatedly are in violation of WIC requirements. I am currently filing a complaint with state agencies. There is one specific female employee who identifies herself as manager, however the store manager has stated to me she is not. She is extremely rude and nasty. She was screaming at me that an item is not a WIC item but it is, it has been and continues to appear on the approved list and is always honored at other stores and other Publix locations. This seems to happen whenever the item is on BOGO. The vendor contract clearly states all promotions must be honored. I will not enter this store as long as this individual is employed there. She has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would not recomme.nd this location to anyone. read more

I travel an extra 2 miles to come to this Publix because their staff if so friendly. Today I decided to get a sub from the deli, and Robert helped me out with that. He cut the meat and cheese I wanted and was so kind! Other Publix I've been to usually sigh or tell me they're out of what I wanted. This review is for Publix at Pinellas Crossings. This is the friendliest staff in town and the store is extremely clean. It is a pretty decent size with a good selection, including a lot of organic produce and dairy. I would like to see some fresh salads that don't have feta cheese. read more
