Why do Pop up tents need to be locked up?
    C Q.

What a horrible Walmart. This is a prime example how Walmart punishes the good people. Everything is basically locked up. I mean everything. Even the stuff on clearance had a section that was locked up. The stuff that was locked up on clearance was travel size Tylenol and some Motrin. Really? It gets better. The pop up canopies are Locked up. How in the hell can someone conceal a pop up canopy in their pants? One would say what about those who will walk out without paying for it. You have security at the door for a reason right? I am not talking about the greeter. I am talking about a real uniformed security officer. Sad the world we live in.

Today is one of the few days that they have the pouches my daughter eats. Thankfully I didn't have to go to Folsom!

Walmart is pretty good at fare prices it's a good place to do all In one shopping list and a blessed time to be in the meantime it's convenient for me

Good thing I didnt actually need any cat supplies
    Emily C.

I tend to avoid this walmart, because it's always a mess. Anytime I go to the pet aisles, there seems to be something in the way... so it's good that I'm never in urgent need of cat food or litter, and also Pet Smart is way more accommodating. The layout of the store is very confusing. The grocery section bridges a gap around a corner that you might miss if you didnt know it was specifically there. So many things are locked up, so that also encourages me to shop elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is the location that is closest to my work, so when I need to stop somewhere quick, this is what I'm stuck with.

95% have what I want. Yes, hectic, but an adventure. Delivery a bonus. easy online returns for any delivery problem and ordersresolved so quickly. front desk returns ok most times. I dont buy flowers here usually but the beautifil roses with alstromeria have lasted days.

Ask the Community - Walmart Supercenter

When will Walmart start letting us return items? I purchased a food item that was bad when opened. Target has been accepting returned items.

I will say yes, one may return items! Just have the receipt with you!

It was humiliating, judgmental, and completely uncalled for. What they didn't know was that my original prescription for 1 mg doses was written by my nurse practitioner, and after my condition worsened, my doctor approved an increased dosage. I followed medical advice, nothing more. But instead of treating me with dignity, the pharmacist made assumptions without context and acted like I was doing something shady. Then, when a new prescription was sent in for a lower dose, they only allowed me to pick that up and didn't bother to explain anything. I wasn't even told there was a 1 mg version available. There was zero communication, zero compassion, and a complete lack of professionalism. People's prescriptions often change--doses go up or down depending on medical need--and pharmacists should know better. But the way I was treated made me feel like I was being profiled or criminalized just for following doctor's orders. Honestly, no wonder Rite Aid went bankrupt. This kind of disrespectful and incompetent treatment is exactly why people are taking their business elsewhere.

I felt like old Mother Hubbard, so I went to the cupboard and found nothing. When top management makes decisions out of fear, you'll fail.. Case in point: A Sacramento Rite Aid sold liquor to an underage boy and got caught. Instead of management implementing additional safety measures such as educating their sales associates on what to look for, instead they directed all stores to ID everyone from 21 to 100. That my friends is a prime example of poor management. Maybe that's why the cupboards are bare and now one is near...Please close the store and give Gold River residents another choice. We are already dealing with a crappy bel air market.

I have used this pharmacy for 5 yrs., for a few things & seen it go through at least 1 mgmt change…read more * For most of my prescriptions I don't have any issues. I use their auto-refill feature and signed up for text notifications. That has worked well. * I really like the drive-thru feature; especially in Winter months. * I also like that their auto-reminder for pick ups confirms your co-pay so there aren't any surprises. A couple of times when I didn't like the price using my insurance, I called & had them re-do it using Good Rx so that when I went to pick it up I wouldn't hold things up. * I used them to fill an Urgent Care prescription & it took a little longer than I liked, but then I found out that the Urgent Care tech has to have prescriptions reviewed by a supervising physician before sending to a pharmacy & that can take 20-30 minutes. Then it goes into a queue with hundreds of other prescriptions that the pharmacy has already rec'd that day ahead of mine. Some of those are also from other Urgent Care facilities. I decided to drive the 15 miles home, have a snack & wait for the text notification. All-in-all, I think it took abt 2.5 hrs to fill the Rx, but that's no worse than other locations where I've had to have that done. * For in-store shopping... well, it's disappointing but I'm not sure if that's because a lot of things have to be locked up from theft. OTC meds are hard to access & I did give up once when no one came to help unlock the thing, but simple stuff (Chips, snacks, cards) are easy. The staff has been nice about 97% of the time. I think I got an idiot once, a toad another time & a simpleton a 3rd time. That's life.

I genuinely don't understand how a pharmacy can repeatedly get something as basic as a prescription…read morecompletely wrong. Multiple times, a prescription has been sent to this Walgreens, and the app/system shows it as "confirmed." I make the trip to the pharmacy, only to be told they don't actually have the prescription. This has happened multiple times, not just once. At this point, "confirmed" apparently means "confirmed that we have absolutely no idea what's going on." I understand that pharmacies get busy and mistakes happen, but when the exact same issue keeps happening over and over, it stops being an isolated mistake and starts looking like a serious competence and communication problem. The amount of wasted time, unnecessary trips, and frustration is ridiculous. If you can't reliably process a prescription or accurately communicate whether you actually have it, what exactly are customers supposed to rely on? The ineptitude of the people that work here deserves its own further review. Too bad negative stars isn't an option.
