I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. I've been shopping here since they opened 10 years or so ago. I've never had an issue. Generous parking lot. This location stays busy. The shelves are always well stocked w great variety. The lines can be quite long and slow due to being understaffed, they try their best. I've been submitting my orders online, and they're always ready before time quoted. The young individuals that bring my orders out to curbside are always respectful, and kind. I love to see it. I'll continue to support this business as they continue to make my life so much easier. read more

Bought a printer cartridge after confirming with Customer Service that I could return it for a replacement if there was a problem provided I had the receipt. A week later I returned because of a fit problem. Customer Service contact (a different person) told me nothing can be returned once opened even with a receipt. I ran into a roadblock wanting to elevate the issue to store management. So, I contacted WALMART CORPORATE twice, who informed me that I'd get a call from the STORE MANAGER. Today's experience at check out was the best I've had in YEARS at a Walmart! Whitney was my cashier I went in the less than 20 items line. This Walmart is just so slow. They have no self checkouts(I assume it's because of theft), and it holds everyone up. The store is in shambles, employees in the aisles putting away items but they're mostly conversing with each other and not getting anything done. No one knows where anything is and they don't offer any assistance to help you find what you're looking for. Management needs to step up and conduct better training, bring in people that want to be here and change the atmosphere which will change the moral. read more

I always go online to order for curbside pickup, and this day, I ordered around nine items, and the price came to $64.23. They were holding a charge on my banking account of $118.18. I looked and could not believe what I was seeing. Please, when you order online, review your balance before accepting. I believe this is because of the Tariff the new Trump administration is doing to companies, and we are being charged additional prices. See my receipt. read more

That store is getting worse, not only you can't never get nobody on the phone, they don't give you any notices, about changes there, today, 11-13-24 I went there and at the cashier stand when I was about to pay for products that's when the cashier says no cash only credit cards, accepted, and I had only cash on me they had to put everything back, people all over were complaining about it, it's crazy up there and they need to close it down. read more

Update Nov 2022 Pickup and Grocery pickup need to be separated. I've been waiting for 25 minutes for my groceries. While they bring out one two products ppl could pickup in the front of the store. Review Fall 2021 Just moved to the area about 2 months ago from an area with 4 Super Walmart's within 10-12 minutes of my house depending on the direction I wanted to drive. I have heard stories about this walmart and they live up to it. I was warned not to shop here but I've been doing walmart grocery pick up for 4 years. Some Walmart's are better at it than others. The Randallstown store is the latter. If you chose to use the service check your items before pulling away. They will give you substitutes without indicating a sub in the app of the 3 orders I've picked up each order I was given substitutes without the option to reject them. As i type this review, I've been here for like 45 minutes bc the "pickers" forgot several items from my order. All the important stuff... bacon , strawberry lemonade, eggs‍, Lactose free milk. Either way the leader Patrick was very apologetic and after checking with his supervisor came back to my truck and took pics of the missing items from the list on my phone. This Walmart is the worst. How are the shelves not stocked on a Monday morning at 8:30am? The whole cheese section was empty, including other sections in the store.There are things locked up that are easily accessible in other stores but because people steal they have to be locked up. Good luck finding someone that can actually help. Things that are supposed to be in stock are not. It's just all round bad. I usually take the extra 10 minute drive to the one in Eldersburg which is way better but I decided to give this one a try again and it just keeps getting worse. Won't be going back again. The Pharmacy during COVID I needed to refill my medication. The clerk mentioned that it was $227 to refill. I'd like to pass out. The last time I filled this prescription it was $15. They transferred me to the pharmacist, Dr. Dave. He shared that I would have to contact my insurance company. He told me exactly what to ask for to help give clarity. I followed his instructions and called my insurance. I said what he told me and the insurance agent was able to explain right away. The said the my deductible had started over but that I could go to goodrx to look for a coupon. I went to the website and saw a coupon for medication that looked like what I needed but something seemed off. I called Dr. Dave at Walmart for advice. He confirmed that that coupon was not for the same dosage. This wonderful man stopped what he was doing to find me a coupon online. I was and am extremely touched. He was able to get my prescription cost from $227 to $98. I am beyond grateful. read more

Walmart usually gets a bad rep but I was pleasantly surprised today. I went in looking for a tv stand, found one, realized it was too heavy for little ol me. I decided to look around at other items until I found a sales associate to assist me. I came across one five minutes later. Bernard placed the stand in my cart and informed me I can pay for my item and he'll wait for me to help load in my car. He did just that. Took his time putting the large stand and my car and I was on my way. My cashier was friendly and it was nice to see MULTIPLE check outs open. read more

Today took the cake, I went in to purchase a bicycle which wasn't showing in stock i knew it was there because I visited this same location just last night. So I take the bike to Costumer service because of course i want to price match the online price. Upon reaching the register their was a young lady on a personal call on speaker, I ask her about the price match she says we don't do that i ask since when & its on Walmart site she said this location don't, I asked about it being a display item quickly we don't do that so i asked for a manger she then walked off talked to few coworkers then came back with anther coworker (Quira) she quickly we don't do that. I then asked was she the manger she then stated she was, nothin on her indicated manger and she said she was the only one @ this point i just left. On multiple occasions, several different pharmacists who work at this location have made it as difficult as possible for me to get my needed RXs. Its the closest to me but one of the worst. The lines are always too long. The staff is mostly rude or indifferent. Many walk around using profanity or have inappropriate conversations while stocking shelves. They look at u and dont speak. The pharmacy is super slow and we cant hear each other w the thick barrier they have up for COVID. read more

This is just my honest opinion. I truly believe this is one of the worste Walmarts in AMERICA! The customer service is absolutely horrible which is the main reason I travel to Eldersburg to shop. You ask a worker a question and they either give you attitude as if your bothering them or just play dumb so they can continue doing whatever they want. The isles are always piled up with boxes. I've never seen a walmart have workers stock shelves like this during peak business hours. I've always seem it done at night to avoid massive traffic jams and customer injuries. There never are shopping carts available in the actual store. On multiple occasions I've spent more time searching for a cart then I did shopping. Like most Walmarts they only operate with very few registers. I remember going there on a Sunday and counting on 5 registers worth lines that stretched literally to the back of the store. Uggh. I came here twice in one night. The second visit went like this: I chose the speedy checkout for 20 items or less. I only had 2 items and there were 3 people ahead of me. It took 8 to 10 minutes to check out. There was nothing speedy, to say the least. Rewind to the shopping experience... I wanted canned, flavored sparkling water. I found several flavors: Pierrier and La Croix. The stock on hand, however, was slim. My initial visit went like this: had to exchange a gift for my son bought by my sister; this is the only reason I came here. The wait was outrageous at customer service . The representative appeared to want to be anywhere but behind the desk. I asked her how she was doing and she gave me the curt "fine." "Are you sure," I ask because her face showed something else. She smiled, a little. She held my return because I had to go and get something else. When I came back, I had to wait in the ridiculous line again. The only reason I come to this Walmart is that it's the only one near me. You have to go in early, especially on the weekends, because you will walk in and find empty shelves, and the lines are always long, so you find abandoned baskets of groceries. This is the worst Walmart I've been too in my life. From the Pharmacy associates to the other store associates. The people are unprofessional and lack customer service skills. Every time I go to this location it's a nightmare. I mainly just use the Pharmacy because it's close and the Walmart prices. Today I went to the Pharmacy and there was only one cashier which was rude and to top it off my prescription was not ready from earlier today. I left came back 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready. Walmart never has the appropriate amount of associates as big as a store as this. Thus is the worst customer experience I have seen in my life. Waiting over an hour for anything that say ready for pick-up is ridiculous. I am sure it is known the demand for this particular location but do the leadership care? Do you even care for those young workers who brings the items out and get harassed daily due to the leadership of this Randallstown location? I have been to several Walmart in Baltimore, Howard, Harford, and Carroll counties and never get this poor experience Ever!. You can't even park for pick-ups because your so far behind it seems everyday. Always low staff, or disgruntled staff(I guess I understand when they feel like they are drowning). Please corporate investigate this location and its leadership. Reducing orders for this location is not the answer for I'm sure the company wants to make money. Bad customer service. Long, disorganized lines. 40 mins to check out! No lead reps directing lines. Prices are ridiculously higher than other Walmart stores. Sections of the store are badly placed--always have to walk from end to end of the store for regular food/home shopping. Definitely not a bargain. Hate this place! Such a waste of time and money.
