This Walmart is on a hill with a beautiful view over the Mississippi river. And there was no police car. I went in and it was clean. Staff were very helpful and smiling at me. Plenty of items and the shelves were full. Clean. Smells good. Not super crowded. Huge. Parking is not huge compared to others but of decent size for the small city. self check out was super easy. They had good discount a no-show socks for men and women with 50% cotton which is decent. I must admit I enjoyed spending one hour inside the store. read more

Tire centers a joke. 2.5 hours for a set of tires.... you have to be kidding me. First off the guys all sit and chat like that catching up from never seeing each other. Then when you ask how much longer the look at you all pissy like I'm the bad guy that's waited over 2 hours. I could have done to 2 and half another vehicle myself in that time. But oh should have expected this from this disaster of a walmart. read more

I have to order from the delivery because I am disabled and I'm not able to shop for long times and wait in long lines. lately they have been delivering me expired food and broken items and these are different times of the day that I've ordered things so I know it's not just teenagers at night. It's like nobody cares here at all I tried to call to talk to somebody about it and literally every line of service just rings and rings with no voicemail, how do you talk to them about their service if you can't get a hold of anybody ? Not recommended. This place is a hell hole. and when I'm feeling good and am able to go to the store, they don't even have things stocked properly and good luck finding somebody to see if they have it in the back. read more

There is a Pamela in the self check out area that is very rude. The register light was blinking and instead of saying excuse me, she pushed us out of her way n also gave rude hand gestures for my family to move! I was in the handicap cart! She is very unfriendly n should NOT be working with customers..Next time she touches one of my kids to move them, it will not be a good day for her. Teach your employees to keep their hands to themselves and use the words excuse me! read more

Strictly speaking about the Tire Center: I ordered tires, and thought it would be pretty hard to mess up. Well, I was wrong. Somehow they lost a lug nut. We have chrome plated lug nuts and they replaced it with this yellow zinc monstrosity. The employees were slow and lazy. 2 of them were asked to change the tires. One just sat with an old lady to chat about yarn and the other said that he couldn't lift. What are you doing working in a tire shop then!?!? It should not take 2.5hours to change a set of tires. read more

Self help check out is a disaster. The clerk is obliviously to a red flashing light and clearly the 'holiday' shoppers are getting the best of them. I'm waiting for help leaning with a cane in my hand when the rude young woman tells me to move so she can fix the machine. She didn't want to take one step around me. Apparently Walmart has a policy of clerks not obligated to give their name when requested as she informed me when I asked for it. Another clerk confirmed that policy- the management was too busy to talk to me as they were running a checkout. Much better shopping experiences (of course) so save yourself the aggravation and skip this less than friendly holiday shopping experience. read more

been my go to Wal-Mart for years ... some what friendly / nice staff under staffed at times but it is what it is.... this is a neighborhood GREEN Wal-Mart so just grocery here.....no elecrtonics n' house appliances you do still see some interesting people ... that dress up funny from time to time check out peopleofwalmart.com for that =P read more

This review is for the TIRE CENTER. The girl who answers the phones at the tire center is ridiculously rude. She yelled into the phone "oh for God's sakes" TWICE, because I asked questions to verify information. She was taking a long time to look things up and gave me incorrect pricing. So when I wanted to make sure I got accurate information she yells in to the phone and hands it off to someone else when we were at the end of my order. Absolutely rude. She needs customer service lessons ASAP. You are only as good as your employees. Good luck! read more

They need to better train their staff if they are going to start asking for receipts at the door! Last Saturday, As I was walking towards the door with over $300 of checked out groceries and a $115 floor scrubber, the "greeter lady/security matron" stepped in front of my cart and motioned her hand in a "gimme" fashion. I'm sure I had a perplexed look on my face, cause I didn't think I was at Costco, but I handed over my receipt. She did not politely ask to see my receipt, just motioned. The reason she stopped me (I think) is because over the top of the cart with the bagged, checked out groceries sat a Shark floor cleaner in a box. How the hell she thought I could have gotten it thru check out with paying with that many groceries in my cart is beyond me since the scrubbers are way in the back of the store. Anyway with that long of a register it took her a while to find it so she said. Is this it? $115?? Being PO'd I said I don't know YOU'RE the one looking at the register to which she replied snidely....well, I thought you'd know how much you paid for it. I'm a 70 year old Grandma....never stolen anything in my life and not about to start now. I was insulted, and gave her a piece of my mind....I understand and expect this at Costco, not my local Walmart. I have no problem if I set something off on the security scanner, just felt this was done "because she could"!!
