This is a "rent a booth" type store but the sections were cohesive. They had big mirrors for sale, small wood sayings for the house, neutral home decor. For clothing, they had women's and a bit of men's clothing including jeans and lots of (too neutral for me) sweaters and shirts and a bit of jewelry. Employee was friendly, she rented one of the booths.

They carry a variety of men's and Women's clothing, home goods, and gifts for that special someone in your life. It's a boutique so there's a little of everything inside. The local teas I purchased were tongue-in-cheek and a perfect fit for my friends and me. We enjoyed getting to speak with the owner and hear about their other locations as well as the meaning behind their name. I love that each letter represents a family member. We look forward to visiting the two other locations when we return in the spring.

The staff here was top notch; there was a greeter that gave us the lay of the land when we entered, as well as an abundance of staff offering help throughout the store. The drive down from the city was quicker than anticipated (about 45 minutes), and the fall colors along the drive + river was a nice bonus. We were able to score parking on the street about a block away. Bonus: we got to admire an 8 foot tall pair of pants.

I supposed the MBA theory is that customers will pickup things they don't need on the way to a half-gallon of milk, but the outcome is that balancing the time wasted in Target's poor design against a 1/2 mile longer trip to Walmart, most of the people who would rather buy from Target will go to Walmart. I give this store about 1-2 more years to live and Red Wing will have one more empty big box building to worry about.

We have had three deliveries of furniture over the years from them and all three have resulted in damage to our home. The latest is an 18" gouge in my cherry floor from a bed delivery. When the delivery folks (with four weeks on the job) removed my old mattress, they folded a king sized mattress, jammed it in the bedroom doorway, then pushed it out of the room with great force, causing the damage. They also left behind a box cutter and trash. They are denying responsibility. We will be filing in conciliation court, but again, highly recommend not buying from them unless you want damage to your floors or walls. We have both

He takes the time to listen to what I want, then shows me what he has determined will work for me. He wants what is best for me, no matter if I am looking to spend $100 or $1000. Plenty of items and the shelves were full. Clean. Smells good. Not super crowded. Huge. Parking is not huge compared to others but of decent size for the small city. self check out was super easy. They had good discount a no-show socks for men and women with 50% cotton which is decent. I must admit I enjoyed spending one hour inside the store.

My gift wrapping skills don't even rival those of a five-year-old, so I'm always in dire need of gift bag assistance this time of year. No need to cry any tears for me though...I've got mad gift-bag-tissue-paper stuffing skills! Save your fivers, 10-spots, Jacksons and c-notes for the big box stores. Bags here will only cost you...wait for it....$1.00!! Tiny little trinket bags...$1.00! Giganto bags that could tote a tiny human...$1.00! Highly suspect gift boxes...also just $1.00! Not only are they significantly cheaper than bags elsewhere, but bags here tend to be more original, and often more blinged-out (because who doesn't want their clothing or floors covered with glitter?)! Pet owners raise your paws in the air, because if you dig around long enough, you will eventually find a bag with a cute Santa cat or Santa dog on it. This store also carries stockings specifically for cats and dogs...although sadly none for bunnies, turtles, Chinchillas, hamsters, or hermit crabs. Fill one of the stockings with catnip and watch your cat roll around with a look in his eyes like he needs Doritos stat. **Take note that the handles are not always properly knotted through the holes before handing off your gift to its recipient or risk breaking that blown-glass hummingbird feeder your grandmother always wanted...along with her heart. For the scandalous cork dork in your life, the Dollar Tree also has several shelves of clear wine, margarita, and beer glasses in various sizes that you can paint or bedazzle before wine-habit-gift aiding and abetting. Consider it handled. And finally, who doesn't have a sister who really gets into Christmas, so much so that they have a pair of holiday socks for every day in December (but who hopefully doesn't have a heart full of unwashed socks)? Well, fortunately, on my recent trip to Dollar Tree here in Red Wing, I was able to meet a real life derelict: yep, directly in front of the store stood a scuzzy guy reeking of pee and stale alcohol. He even asked me for a buck -- very exciting! Thank you, Dollar Tree, for bringing these authentic cultural experiences to this quiet town on the edge of the great midwestern wasteland . . .
