The delivery department service has been quickly sliding downhilll. They claim not to have items in stock. Only because they do not want to deal with them. Med size dod food bags. They also cancel entire deliveries. Then it is too late for me to go out and get groceries!! read more

Just had a few things to grab. Found it quick and easy, check out was fast with no lines and the cashier was very nice.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Associates have always been friendly and helpful. I prefer making the commute to this store vs the others in the nearby town. Never any issues with parking. read more

We live very close to this Walmart and go here often to get groceries. This is the closest supermarket to our house. This Walmart is huge and has a good selection of items. Upon entry, the store is divided by three main sections. First, it's the food (bakery, frozen food, produce, shelf stable), clothes, and then home goods/electronics/furniture. The only down side about this location is that it is impossible to find an employee when you need help. I find prices on par with NYC prices unfortunately. read more

What does third shift do? Isn't the point of it so there isn't team members stocking shelves in front of customers all day and to keep the aisles clear? Associates wear ear buds and constantly have their phones out so they feel unapproachable to the customer. If I had my phone out 16 years ago I would have been fired. This store is always stocking shelves but feels like they never have enough on the shelves. I can't tell you how many times I've left without what I needed for a basic item and had to venture to a different store. We've use TLE also-they're pretty decent and always helpful. read more

This Walmart is the first Walmart I've seen that allows their employees to use ear buds and phones on the floor. The order pickers and stockers id understand but on the register? I understand that that this store is transitioning to a self checkout store but cmon, it's still a place of business. Forget about going to register 16 today because the little girl on that register has her earbuds on and having a full on conversation on the phone while ringing you up acting like you are bothering her phone call because you tried to let her know you got a big bag of dog food in your cart. I just had the best experience at this Walmart. I drove to 3 others before getting here. The others either didn't have what I needs even tho it said in stock or wouldn't honor the price. It's amazing to see the quality and cleanliness based solely on how new a place is. This location is the nicest, then Yopp, and lately if you are really desperate there is the one on Western. Based on a few visits even during the holidays the staff was doing their best to keep up with the customers and some of their need to just put random junk they weren't going to buy in random parts of the store. However this location is a great one and hope they don't become like the others. read more

I love this Wal-Mart! I used to have to shop in Jacksonville, and that store is NASTY! Then, Yopp opened up, what a nice surprise. Then we finally got one in Richlands!! So clean! The cashiers are all friendly, one of my favorites is Jeremiah! He's always smiling and always friendly! read more

I do groceries here however trying to get someone to answer the phone is absolutely ridiculous. You would think their customer service would be much better than what it is, but I guess they feel they don't have to provide excellent service considering we r still going to shop there. read more

This Walmart in Richlands NC is really nice and a pleasure to shop in - very clean and stocked well with all the items you need and want. Unfortunately the good vibe stops at the checkout counter. I have had bad experiences with the Associates who checked me out at this location on several occasions bordering on the flat out rude to the clearly inappropriate as far as customer service goes. I don't know what they do in the Walmart training program as far as customer service goes, but the counter crew at this location must have slept through that portion of employee orientation. I went to return items at this Walmart a few days ago . I spoke with a older black lady with short hair . I was telling I called in & spoke with someone in regards to returning an item without a receipt. I was told I'd just get store credit which was fine . So I explain this to the lady my mom bought something for my brother & it's to little .She gets loud & starts fussing back in forth with me say that my brother came in & did the same thing already . I told her my brother is 13 & it's impossible he can't return anything by himself. Honestly her customer service was terrible & she was disrespectful. I would never talk to a customer the way she talked to me . I won't be returning! read more

This review isn't for the actual Walmart store, it's for the auto center. I made an appointment on Saturday for the following day (Sunday) at 1700. I got a call on Sunday stating that someone put the wrong paper on the clipboard and they close at 1700. So they rescheduled my appointment for 1545. Which I was fine with. I got there 5 minutes before my time, they took my name and information, and now it is 1605 and my car is still in the parking lot. I could understand me having to wait, if I just walked in but I scheduled an appointment. There was no reason given for the delay or anything. I knew it was a bad idea, but against my better judgement, I gave them a chance. That won't happen again. UPDATE...At 1610 they pulled my vehicle in and it took them 40 minutes to change my oil. That is ridiculous, especially seeing as how there were 4 mechanics in the shop and only one other car beside mine in the bay. Then they came out and told another customer that they didn't have the oil for his truck and they could pull some off the shelf, but HE would have to pay the difference. Horrible service. read more

The customer service center isn't really much of a help even when you have a receipt. Went in the other day to get my Xbox card activated because they forgot to do it the first time and the manager that was up there basically told me that she wasn't gonna help me and told me that they weren't gonna activate it even tho I had my receipt and they could see I bought it from there. read more

This store sells lifetime rotate and balance, yet can never fit you in and will tell you that your tires wore out because you didn't rotate them often enough. Save yourself the headache and buy your tires somewhere else, at least until they can live up to their promises. read more

When we purchased our forever home in Richlands, we were extremely happy to discover a Walmart close by. We have grown to appreciate Walmart's great prices, clean and bright stores, and for the most part, some friendly associates. Well, not so much anymore. First, they reduced their deli's inventory. They removed all beef bologna and replaced it with the lowest grade bologna. They also took other deli products away as well. Then there's the produce. If you don't use it the day of purchase, you will throw it out. It rots and wilts at break neck speed. This location does not stock the same products as the Yopp Road store located in nearby Jacksonville. That store has everything you need, including a much larger variety in their deli. And, the last item off the list is the pharmacy in the Richlands store. They never have the prescribed medications in stock. Back in November of 2016, I had to wait eight days for a script. When I finally blew my top, I was informed that their vendor was out of stock and they failed to go to another vendor! Fast forward to February 2nd, 2017... I was dropping off a prescription and was informed that their computer, which operates the printing mode, had crashed. They assured me that they would call me when it was up and my script was ready. Well, they never did. I will be picking it up on Saturday. I also will be switching my prescription plan over to Walgreen's. read more
