The Rockwood Wal-Mart now offers the Online Grocery Pickup. I have used this service several times, and have had no issues. The associate's are polite and knowledgeable, always make me feel welcome. The associate's are trained to pick all of your groceries as if they were they are the ones buying it. Have never got any out of date or expired products. If the products do not look good enough for them to buy it they will not choose the item. Substitute items are available also, under different brand or size. The best part is this is a free service. Just download the Wal-Mart grocery app it is real easy, fast,fresh and free always. read more

I stopped in here for some basics while on a trip to the area. I needed a particular cable to transfer photos from camera to computer. The lady in the electronics department was most helpful. Customer Service FAR exceeded expectations. She knew her products and stayed with me until I got what I needed. It's all about Customer Service. DO NOT USE the Rockwood Walmart auto center! I bought from them and had them install two batteries. They dented my quarter panel and broke a ground cable on my truck. When I complained they told us they could not confirm it with there cameras so we were out of luck. read more

I called ahead of time to bring our car in to have an adjustment on the tires that were still under warranty - Was told to bring the car on in. My husband who is elderly and my daughter who is disabled took the car. They waited a long time before being acknowledged. Due to Covid, the waiting area was closed and they needed to sit while they waited. Could not get a chair. A new employee waited on them, and being new, had to ask for help. The manager was very rude and, although she tried, had a hard time getting anyone to help her arrange the adjustment. The adjustment was eventually made. However, the rudeness of the manager was uncalled for. Will not be purchasing tires from Walmart again. read more

I called the Night Manager Pam up, around 5 AM she went crazy on me, I asked her about a refund on a box of Equate Nicotine Lozenges, we have proof we put it on our credit card, I told her I only used a few of them, and started throwing up and it hurt my throat, and she went off the wall, and said I use the whole box, I told her no, and mind you this conversation was over the phone, and she hangs up on me, I called again thinking the call was somehow cut off, and to find out her name, so I could contact corporate headquarters and she started yelling that she was going to call the police on me, because I was going tp report her to corporate, thats ok, we have a lawyer for busincess purposes, I will let him have the pleasure of taking care of this read more

Sold me a used Ipod. The store refused to take it back, but fortunately Apple made it up. Apple was able to tell that it was several months old when the Ipod was sold because it had been registered by phone the previous year. I wouldn't want to make a major purchase at this store. read more
