This is one of the worst Walmart's I've ever been to. There grocery delivery and grocerry pickup is always late. The customer service phone number is at least good at giving $15 promo codes for your next order for being late. I came here last Thursday to pick up a television I ordered online. I waited about 5 minutes in the pick up area in the back of the store. An employee walked out of the employee only area and said to press the touch screen pad for an associate to come. Guess what happened. No one came. Then 10 minutes later another employee asked It I've been helped and suggested I used the touchpad screen for assistance. I told her I did and not one came. Finally 15 minutes after that the lady doing trash collection around the store was the most helpful employee who actually picked up the store phone promoting for someone to help me. A Support Manager for the GM came and said he would find help. He looked in the back and there were ZERO employees scheduled to be working. He finally assisted me with my pick up. I've been to Walmart's in terrible and unsafe areas that were much better than this one. This place is an absolute joke!!!!!! read more

Walmart needs to retrain (that's if they did) the customer service center, you can't have a policy clearly stated on your website that your employees follow when they feel like it. I understand that we shouldn't expect quality service but my god these employees at the Customer Service are horrible. You're fighting with customer because the store manager doesn't want to be dinged with returns? Asking customers to go try another Walmart store? Wow! And yes this came from a Walmart employee. The restroom isn't clean and never is. The sink is also out of order. The employees are nice though.

Zero stars if I could!-This is quite possibly the WORST Walmart in all of America. It ALWAYS takes Forever to check out. I have learned that I will always need to ask for an employee to go get me new ice cream, meat and cold items by the time I get to the register because mine will be melted or at room temperature by the time I check out. If this store was to ever close it wouldn't be a loss to the community. Worst customer service I have ever delt with. Prices don't match at the register. This Wal Mart is nice & clean. The staff is pretty friendly. I typically like their selection of Danskin workout clothes. Their deli has good snacks and the cakes are so so in the bakery. read more

Two tires mounted and balanced should have taken about 45 minutes. I ended up waiting three and a half hours. The price was right, the service was friendly but the efficiency was awful. They need to hire more tire technicians. read more

This is the worst Walmart location ever! They never have enough staff for the volume of customers that come here. On a Sunday evening there are only two registers open plus one express lane, it has been 45 min of us waiting to check out and we still haven't moved, and this happens all the time. Avoid this Walmart and possibly every Walmart. This manager has their own policy which the CSM could not back up. They said that they could not take back a digital camera without a receipt since it is a 15 day item. I asked for documentation. I have been ordering groceries from this walmart for nearly 3 years. From time to time they have left out an item or two, but mistakes happen and I understand. Today, I watched an associate load my grocery order into another person's car. I got out of my car and explained that this order looked exactly like the items I ordered and was told, "no this is not your order. The girls are working on your order." I even asked again to be sure, because I found it highly unlikely that another person would order every single item I did and was told to get back in my car and someone would be with me shortly. After waiting 10 minutes a different associate came out and told me that, indeed, my order had been mistakenly given to someone else. I was told I could come back later or just cancel my order. Apologies were made, but that didn't help that I had no time to come back and dinner for the evening was in that order. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no, that they would talk to him/her. I then left saying I would send my husband back. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. AFter 20 minutes of being put on hold I was told I could not speak to a manager and was told "I already spoke to her for you." This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Mistakes happen, I get that, but I tried to intervene and prevent this from happening and was told I was wrong.. When my husband went to pick up groceries later tonight he asked if their was anything they were going to do to try to make this right ( and keep our business) and they were told we could come talk to the manager wednesday and get a $15 giftcard. $15 doesn't even cover the food I had to pick up on my way home because the dinner I had planned was in the groceries they gave to someone else. This was a $180 order! As long as I live, I will never purchase anything from walmart again. Ordered something online for pick up. Added name of pick up person during order. That info was not sent to the store and I had to cancel the order after traveling there, waiting for a person in the Dept to arrive, and waiting for a manager to be called-twice. read more

Six self-checkout registers that break down at random times. Three of these registers do not accept cash because it's just funnier that way. There are 36 other cash registers at the front, but only about six cashiers working at any one time in the entire store. The fabric department got axed. This Wal-Mart has what you need, but if you can get it elsewhere, do so. I only shop here because I live less than a mile away. read more

My family and I were shopping at This Walmart and bought Ham from the Deli. We brought it home and we about to make a sandwich, and the smell that came out of the bag was awful. It smelt like the ham was already rancid. I was highly disappointed considering the fact that this has never happened before, and my family shops here often. read more

Trying to by an item, for example, ammo from the sporting goods store is an hour long ordeal. First you have to go to another department to get someone to come to sporting goods. Then, they probably have to page someone who has a key, then, ring you up, and they are out of lots of common ammo all the time. Lines are so slow, and even the "self-checkout" always has half the registers broken, and getting someone to check your id (I'm 50 and they still check, only in the USA) takes sometimes 20 minutes. Returns are another time-sucking nightmare. I'm getting to the point now, if I can buy it on amazon or ebay, I'll do that instead. Cheaper and way less hassle. If you have a huge cart full of stuff wally-world makes sense, but, if you have 5 or less items, I'll take it to kroger or anywhere else that actually staff their business properly. As far as getting "help", which to me means just pointing out where an item is, is also a nightmare. They do have a lot of items, one stop shop, but, for the life of me, I'd think a business would make more money if it could make getting your stuff out in under an hour possible.... read more
