Don't buy tires here. I have waited for going on 5 hrs to get a tire fixed that was under warranty. They told me at first it wasn't under warranty. They said the other 3 tires where but no this one. I w Said why would I buy 4 and only get 3 under warranty. I had to ask for a supervisor before they would look into it. The found out it was under warranty. Now I have had to wait for a supervisor for 2 hours to get my tire back. Do not come here. They have been very rude and disrespectful from the start. ​ read more

I wish I didn't have to do one star: I called to schedule an appointment to purchase tires for my auto. I have purchased my tires there for years and I was in their system. This time they told me they could no longer take appts by phone. I called to speak to the store manager - after waiting 4 times for someone to respond to the call - A person answered and his he was store manager Ryan. Made a Yelp account just to rate this walmart. oking for. I went for school supplies before everyone else but when everything was already out so I knew it wouldn't be a maze to find stuff that had been moved by customers, tell me why everything was still mislabeled in the app and the notebook I was looking for wasnt ANYWHERE in store. There is constantly trash on the shelves, empty product boxes on the dairy shelves, and more. The people are almost just as bad, screaming children (non tantrum related literally just yelling and screaming for fun) ages where its SHOCKING to see (7-11) and ofc the normal tantrum ages, parents doing nothing about their children running around the store or about the fact we can hear their child on the other side of the store. I dont want to have to maneuver around your 5 children who are running around with a shopping cart unattended while you're shopping, its your job to watch them; which literally happened last month. The employees are all decent besides one who is always on her phone on shift, which I wouldn't mind if she hadn't stared us down the last time we were there because we accidentally stayed past the time where they shut down the registers on the pharmacy end of the store. And they sold me spoiled meet this week. I bought it, same day I defrosted, it was rotten despite being way before expiration date. To sum up this lengthy review: the store is dirty, unorganized, the customers are disruptive and don't parent their kids, the employees dont do anything about any of it, and the app sucks. read more

It' unfortunate that I have to select a star because this Walmart doesn't even deserve that. I will never return to this store. I will drive the extra distance to get to the other Walmart or better yet, Target. I was called an idiot by a Walmart associate because I chose to walk between 2 carts sitting in direct line of the exit. Mind you, I could fit between them just fine carrying the items I purchased. As I did, I kindly smiled and said good evening to the elderly employee who was moving one of the carts. Unfortunately, he apparently did not appreciate that and stared at me, seemingly almost angry with me, and with both hands on the cart acted as though he was going to push it into me. I kept walking through just wanting to get home at this point and as I reached the door he said to his co-woker, "some people are just idiots". He said this three different times as if once was not enough and he wanted me to react, so I stopped and turned to look at him and respond intending to let him know that actually I'm not an idiot and walked between them in an effort to not be in his way while he moved the cart which made more sense to me, however, when I turned to look at him, he was again staring at me with some intense pent up anger or frustration and I honestly was a little fearful he would snap if I attempted to speak to him again. I shop there frequently as this is the closest store to my house but this is now the 3rd time this specific employee has been extremely rude in an intimidating manner for absolutely no reason. I have never done anything to this man or anyone else, never asked for anything, have never been rude or said anything rude to anyone. All I did was smile and say "good evening" or "have a good day". His behavior has made me question my faith in humanity and safety at this store because it was completely unwarranted. I would have called and/or went back to the store to speak with the manager but I have a feeling no one would care anyway. read more

Walmart has been a nightmare from hell. The things they try to pull and take your money and say they can't refund BULL! I've had to call the main office and they are located in places like Hawaii not here hum the Delivery.... Wow.... Good luck on receiving any if at all of grocery's. .. pick up? Again good luck.... That store is so disfunctional/lazy don't know nothing bunch of jackasses Rude oooo they are very rude. Ask them a question... They are like I don't know or I can't answer that call this number or that number or the worst you are put on hold or hung up on that's where I get really ticked off. I did curbside pick up for the first time today. Everything seem to go very well and I was really happy. Until... I discovered that the things that they didn't have and that the substitutions had created a receipt that was almost $40 less than what I originally ordered. Then I tried to call the store to find out what happened, and no one could really answer that question. I wanted to know when the difference would be refunded. They told me it could be a whole week. That is not acceptable at all. I let the phone ring almost 40 times before someone answered. Originally, a new employee told me that I would have to bring the entire order back. The old man back in electronics on 7-1-22 was beyond rude telling me that Walmart does not price match and that he doesn't care what I have to say to him that he gets off in 20 min and doesn't want to call a manager. I didn't waste no time and no money I walked out of the store and didn't buy anything which if he helped me even with a price match I still would of been spending well over $200. Went to north belt and they price matched the item and got it for me in less then 10 minutes. Once the girl at north belt heard what happen her manager gave me number to corporate which I called as soon as I left I add. This is why I never go to south belt rude staff that don't know what they're doing. If I could give zero stars I would read more

What a terrible experience, I am a truck driver that was shopping. Parked out away from the main parking. While shopping my sleeping co-driver was asked to move truck elsewhere. Spoke with Manager Sandy and was not even able to ask why, was told ONLY Walmart trucks could park there. Truckers beware!!!! DO NOT stop here, went to Aldi and got what we needed, Was ticked to find out I had to go across the street to get back to my truck..... read more

We counted at least one manager and two employees out smoking when 3 registers were open and the lines were clear back to the women's clothes...we just complained last Saturday when we were there....same manager was on duty. Absolutely ridiculous read more

This store is ridiculous. Better not try to go down an isle where someone already is, because there isn't enough room for two carts to pass each other. Other than this the store is mediocre at best. Fix the isles, and I might raise my review to 2 stars. read more

This is the worst Walmart in town. They had raccoons and pizzas that were opened laying on the sidewalk. One of the managers at the service desk was very rude. And she told us she couldn't help us and we would have to go to the other Walmart to do a simple return. I will never go back to this Walmart. read more

My sister was literally hit by another customer's car about a month ago in the expanded garden yard, which off season is the parking lot. To some degree, the configuration of that space and lack of barriers allowed that to happen. The local police were called and apparently the activity was captured on video tape but she was not allowed to see it. Employees were on site and took information for an accident report from her and the driver of the vehicle. Other customers witnessed and came forward. She has made several attempts to contact store management to obtain a copy of the tape or discuss if an accident report was actually filed with headquarters, to no avail. No one from the store will return her calls. read more

This review is to Walmart auto care center, I've never written a review before, but since I've been here for over 2 hours waiting on a oil change which the lady behind the counter said it was going to take 30-45 minutes why the heck not. When I first arrived at the store the same girl begins the counter had computer trouble (maybe she just started, no biggie). After giving her my key I proceeded to walk around the store to waste my time like I normally do. I did find a delightful smelling candle in the discounted Christmas section (only good part about this trip). After walking around for about 40 minutes I went back to the auto care center thinking my car is going to be ready any second, so I waited in their waiting room. When I was in the waiting room I sat across from a gentleman who was probably mid 50s, wearing blue penguin print sweats, worn out black Skechers, and a t-shirt that was 2 sizes too small, where his hairy beer belly was showing, kinda like a unattractive under-boob if you can imagine. He also farted several times while I was in the room with him, and tried to disguise the fart with a fake cough, hey buddy, your fake cough isn't going to save you from your nose-pinching fart!!! After the second fart I decided to leave the room and wait outside. Another hour went by, still no sign of them doing the oil change to my car, and no explanation from the girl behind the counter on why it's taking so damn long. Finally after about 2 hours and 20 minutes they finally had my oil change finished. As I was walking out after paying for the almost 2 and a half hour long oil change and my candle I saw the Mr. Under-belly still sitting there, probably thinking the same thing I was thinking, "Why is it taking so damn long to do my oil change". read more
