But since they have replaced all of there pharmacist, there service has gone to the dogs. My wife and I are seniors and have need for our prescriptions. I have been told many times that the prescriptions that we need are on back order and we need to wait. My wife has diabetes and really needs to have her shots in a timely manor. The prescription she needs has been on back order for over 2 weeks.She has to go without her meds with us hoping she doesn't end up in the hospital again. I had a very heated discussion with the pharmacist when some shelf stocker decided he needed to stick his nose in. He said he was the manager but had nothing to prove he was, He got in my face and started screaming at me. I told him to not get involved but he continued. I told the Pharmacist I was going to take my business elsewhere. This morning I went to a Walmart pharmacy and had all of my wife & I's prescriptions move over to that location. We talked about my wifes meds and the shortage at CVS. The lady at that pharmacy showed me that they had what my wife needed in stock and promised me she would have it today, Now that is proper service. The people at CVS were very rude and I do not recommend them if you need your prescriptions in a timely manor. I wouldn't let my dog get meds from them!!

My first time there, the pharmacy had no record of my prescriptions. I had to show them the letter that corporate sent to my house. My second time there, my prescription had expired and they refused to contact my doctor to ask for a refill. They said that because the prescription had expired. I was responsible for getting a new prescription. This is not true. My previous pharmacy performed the service all the time. Plus, I have been a pharmacy technician. I know that they are capable of contacting the doctor and getting a refill. They were just too lazy to do it. So then they finally agreed to contact my doctor; but then they never did. So in the end, I was responsible for contacting my doctor and getting the prescription refilled. Third time here, I came to buy needles for my peptides. They refused to sell me needles unless I was getting the peptides from them. Even though I was able to show them a prescription from the doctor. It's just I get the peptides from the doctor so I didn't need to buy anything from them. I just ran out of needles. I need to get my prescriptions transferred somewhere else. I hate coming here.
