Where you return cans, bottles, glass, etc. When the machines fail to work, they do not want us to bring the cans in. This is how I see it. You sell soda in cans and bottles and make us pay the deposit, then you TAKE THEM BACK. If the machine fails, one of the human workers better fix the machine or take the cans themselves. If they are unable to do this, then quit charging the deposit fee.

However, I was in the area for a meeting and was pleased to see how this place has filled in. This remind me of a very small scale Plaza in KC. It's truly an outdoor mall, featuring a lot of national brands on the main strip. There are big box stores outlining the mall, like Dicks, TJMaxx, Jc Penny etc. I like the offering. There is also some gyms, activities, esthetics, and more. My only complaint is the parking is less than desirable with a lot of one way parking strips.

Absolutely amazing Mall in the Omaha area about 10 miles south of downtown, which is an outdoor mall that has a little shopping-street type area and then has some massive strip mall type huge big box stores as well. It's very well done, and even though traffic is bad here and parking can be tricky, it's still easily the best mall in Nebraska, and is one of the major destinations for the whole area. I've been told that I'm stealthy and nearly invisible at night. This center is named after me then: "Shadow-Like." Oh that's not what it's called? Oops. I guess I put the DOH in Shadow.

I didn't use self checkout. The lady watched me come from the register after her co worker had scanned my stuff. Person behind me used self checkout they didn't check their receipt. And when I got there they were hassling some guy about his receipt for his toilet paper. Stop treating your customers like criminals.. there is plenty of other grocery stores in town that don't treat you like a criminal.

There are signs throughout, so it is relatively easy to find the area you are hoping to shop in. Each time I've come to search for something, I have not had any luck. The main reasons I have not bought anything here are either of it. Nothing fits my frame/style (This store is much more geared towards women than juniors, and business/cocktail attire than anything casual), and that the price point is high above competitors I shop at. Overall, I do not think I am their target market, but I am shocked that people come in and spend what they do for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. Probably just a matter of opinion, but I do not frequent this store often for that reason. I do know a lot of friends who get great deals with within the shoe clearance area -- this seems to be what they're known for! I looked around, and did see some decent deals, but nothing that I needed. Overall, I would come back here to shop at the shoe clearance, but probably nothing else.

But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. Even when you call in there's an operator who politely transfers your calls, which is so personal. I miss the piano, but customer service from thousands of miles away is top notch. The issue was not their fault but mine. I think the front managers name was Debbie but could be wrong. She was so understanding & willing to help me. We were short on time, so will need to return to take in the full experience as there was just too many things to choose from!! The selection of holiday attire and every day attire is top tier. The employees were helpful, kind, and the owner is present and wonderful to work with also! There are items that seem to fit within the budget, and some on the higher end price wise- but the quality is great!
