I've witnessed employees assaulted by coworkers who remained employed afterward. I've witnessed stores left with a single employee to run the floor, even though robberies and emergencies happen. You claim theft is hurting your business, yet I've watched used makeup accepted for return. I've watched open food refunded. I've watched broken jewelry refunded after a customer admitted she wore it until it broke. At the same time, food that is still safe to eat is pulled from shelves and thrown into the dumpster instead of being donated to people who need it. Then there are the hours. Hiring someone as "full-time" means nothing if they're scheduled 12 hours a week. People can't pay rent, buy groceries, afford medications, or support their families on promises. Many Walgreens employees work two or three jobs just to survive. Your employees deserve safe workplaces. They deserve adequate staffing. They deserve consistent hours. She told me where I could find the glasses if I were to come in, and assured me they had a variety of strengths. Ten minutes later I was in purchasing glasses (they saved the day), and she and a gentleman were behind the register and were incredibly personable and friendly. The gentleman working the photo department was really nice as well. He knew exactly what to do and what the process was. I would come back here for any photo that I need to take in the future.

Not only did they get me one in a very timely manner, they located and didn't charge me for the kit that the hospitals usually give out prior to discharge (they didn't have me pump while in the hospital - only breastfeed). But assuming I'm NOT hallucinating, I'll just say that this location isn't too bad. Walgreens has become synonymous with "prescriptions". Still, that isn't why I go here. You see, I haven't adapted into the 21st Century and I still use cameras that require film processing. Because my printer refuses to print anything better than a poop smear, I turn to this locale. Apparently I had some photos dating back to 2004 that needed to be developed. So I took them here. Aside from the fair price, I was no amused at the quality of the finished product. I know, I wasn't using a high-quality camera to begin with, so I expected and accepted the fact that there would be indecipherable pictures in the envelope. What I didn't expect was that some photos overlapped. By this, I mean that Photo 1 only had half of the picture on it and half of Photo 2 filled what Photo 1 couldn't. In other words, they screwed up some pictures. They didn't screw enough up to get a 1-star or even 2, but they made me disappointed in the fact that I paid $7 for sub-par quality.

Contacted Walgreens around 4:45 pm to verify they had received a prescription the dentist called…read morein. The person who answered the phone stated they had not received the prescription that was called in at 11am. I asked her to check the system to see if it had been filled elsewhere, she snarkily said she did and it wasn't anywhere else. She said she had a script for something else (she did not, the med I asked for is exactly what she had on file). Sent text to dentist office they verified it was called in. Asked the dentist to send script to Walmart on 167th and Harrison so they did. Called them this morning and they had the script but couldn't run through insurance because Walgreens already had done so. Being a medical professional, I will always encourage folks to go to Walmart. It is the best customer service without hassle and helpful, polite staff....hand's down!
