This Walmart is my regular go-to and has been operating for quite some time (20/25+ yrs). The shelves generally stay well stocked, and the building's interior and exterior cleanliness generally meets one's minimum expectations regarding store presentation. However, the building is getting older and it shows--I'd say a remodel at some point within the next decade or so will be necessary. Additionally, I often notice some of the electronics on display that allow customers to test a model's performance (sound bars, speakers, etc.) are out of service or otherwise nonfunctional. The staff as a whole are generally helpful and friendly enough, though I'll note I've consistently noticed a shortage of accessible employees in some of the store's key areas (electronics, paint & tools, and the produce isles). Parking is sufficient for the building's size and capacity. The store's entrance/exit (along with the general parking lot) is easily navigated. read more

Just moved here. Literally one mile from the store off of enon springs road. Bought a house but I don't close until tomorrow. I called and explained that I just drove from Florida here and that I had nowhere to park the uhaul I drove and asked if I could park it overnight and was told no. Didn't care at all. Hey. The automotive department is lost. Probably due to a lack of training. I had a mechanic whom thought he was the master of the parking lot berate me for parking in front of a dock door bay when it was raining and no other parking spots were available. Also, the staff seems to have issues with their pda units. Every time I go to have service done, they stare blankly at the display while figuring out the next formula for inter galctic space travel. The manager Gene from the tire center was great and helpful! I dropped my wheel and tire off in the morning to get it exchanged for a new one. The other staff in the tire center seemed like they really didn't want to be there and hated life. I was very refreshed by the customer service when I came to pick my tire back up!! I feel that the staff as a whole needs a refresher on customer service. The customer who has a bad experience isn't going to return for business! Gave this Walmart a low rating a few months back because they wouldn't allow car haulers or big trucks in their parking lot, even though we routinely spend $300+ there every two weeks for groceries on the road and Even though trucks are how America gets their stuff (pretty much all of it including Walmart merchandise and products). But, now it appears you've decided not to chase off the bread and butter of America. Thank you. I was thinking the only difference between me shopping at Walmart compared to anyone else is I bring 9 Nissans instead of one ;-) and I'm sure many of this walmarts customers are employed by the Nissan plant across the street. This Walmart, like most Walmart locations, is incredibly understaffed. There are like, 15 checkout lanes and yet only 2-3 open lanes on their busiest days. The produce is not ever fresh, the expensive salad greens that come in plastic boxes are consistently rotten, same goes for their berries and most of their vegetables and peppers are shriveled. The employees really don't give a damn about their jobs. If you need any assistance, good luck. They have no knowledge of the store at which they're employed, and will look at you cross eyed if you ask a customer service question. The bread aisle always looks as if a natural disaster is about to strike...totally empty save for a sad loaf or two. Please, save your sanity and go to Kroger, or better yet, Publix. It's worth the increased price to get good customer service and good quality foods, more stock and wider selection with more healthy choices. read more

Don't ever buy a personalized necklace from Walmart cause if the chain it ever breaks you can't get it fixed. I brought my daughter a personalized necklace for Christmas and the chain just broke and Walmart said if it's past the 90 days warranty then it's nothing they can do . I was willing to pay to get it fixed but they said they can't send it back to the manufacturer after 90 days so if you're planning on buying anything personalized rethink this and go to a real jewelry store cause Walmart does not stand behind their merchandise I give them a flat out zero read more

Terrible store with terrible employees! Seriously, their stockers stick stuff everywhere and they don't care and won't sell it for the price on the shelf. They don't care about their customers because let's be real, they don't have to. The whole store is a mess. Grocery Pick-Up: I have gone out on a limb on 2 different occasions now by letting your shoppers pick out my groceries as I am pretty particular. However, with 2 kids 2 and under, desperate times called for what I thought would be an easy solution to my weekly grocery shopping. My first encounter-had both kids in the car, checked in while I was on my way, and still had to wait 45 minutes before I got my groceries. That is a ridiculous amount of time when you have a 2 year old and a 3 month old in the back seat. Especially when you're just sitting there waiting. BUT, I thought that it was some kind of fluke and thought I would give it another try in a couple of weeks. Which brings me to my most recent experience, Monday (5/14/2018). I ordered my groceries online that morning by 9:45 with a pick up time between 5 & 6. I selected no substitutions and no replacements. Everything was good. 5:05 rolls around and I check in before I pull out of my drive way because I got an email stating my order was ready. I get to the pick up parking spot labeled reserve 5. My app says that I'm here and someone will be bringing my groceries out shortly. I call the number on the sign in front of me. The guy answering made mention they were running behind and that there were 5 cars in front me. I'm thinking okay, shouldn't be that long as these orders are placed well in advance. About 50 minutes later, a lady comes out to my car. She tells me they are short handed and the orders aren't finished. I asked if my order had been started and she said she didn't know. A few minutes later- I am fuming at this point-I walk up to her and ask her about my order, she checks, and says that actually it's ready. 15 additional minutes go by and my groceries are brought out to my car. The lady says "nothing looks like it was substituted or unavailable." I think finally some good news. I ask her to get the manager. Moriah comes out. I tell her that this is strictly unacceptable. My experiences are ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. This defeats the entire purpose of pick up service. She agreed and told me that she would call the hotline to get them to send me a promo code for a discount on my next order. I'm just so furious that a discount is not enough to make me even consider trying pick up again. To top it off, I get home and find that 2 of the items I ordered are not there. Plus, the sunscreen I ordered was not the same thing I had ordered. I look at my receipt at this point only to find that 2 items were unavailable and my sunscreen had been substituted. I mean hello! I said no substitutes on my order! WTF! And, do you think I've even received my promo code? NOPE!! I do not recommend this "convenient" service at all. Fail me once, shame on you. Fail me twice, shame on me. Never again will I be doing the grocery pick up. In all honesty, it makes me want to take my business elsewhere 100% and never look back. read more
