They lied about not receiving scripts sent by my doctor. They've lied about having medication ordered and then when we go to pick it up, it has MIRACULOUSLY disappeared!! A 2 1/2 hour drive for us and we are in our late 60's!!!! They lie to cover their incompetence and try to blame your doctor. I, personally, will avoid that pharmacy and their whole whole rotten attitudes. I've NEVER seen a pharmacy run like this!!! I have NEVER seen such a rude and hateful Pharmacist!!!!! I also notice WalMart NEVER reaches out to bad complaints. Know why? BECAUSE THEY'RE SO BIG THEY DON'T GIVE ONE RATS......TURD about ANYONE they serve. If you make "J" mad, he will tell you HE "will no longer fill YOUR prescriptions". Let's see how Walmartethics.com handles my complaint. Gave my FULL name because the next step is an attorney!!!!! I called there after awhile and was left on hold fir 45 min. I called tge store mgr and said I needed to speak with the pharmacist and they NEVER answer the phones. I was put thru magically and was told my mother's out of stock RX suddenly was available. This pharmacy needs to be reported to the NM Board of Pharmacy..they are understaffed, incompetent, poorly trained by the pharmacy manager and some technicians look unprofessional for the health field. Appearances count in cust service, before you scream discrimination. It didn't used to be this way at the Belen, NM location. Why does corporate office allow this pharmacy to operate? And you want the public to trust you dispensing their medications?

I finally had to call the store myself, and the woman who answered (wouldn't even give me her name) was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off, trying to "explain" that no one had given my sister a hard time and even claimed the order was already picked up--which was clearly untrue because my sister was still standing in the store waiting. At one point, she even asked me, "was it 3 bags?" -- how would I know? I placed an order for 7 items! Then, all of a sudden, she "found" the order after insisting it wasn't there. Instead of apologizing, she continued arguing and spoke over me the entire time. On top of that, they were questioning my sister and saying things like, "we didn't bother you, we never gave you a hard time," which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I asked for her to stay on the line until my sister had the order in hand, but she refused and hung up. This happened today (9/7/25) at approximately 7:15pm. No apology, no accountability--just rudeness and attitude. Outrageous customer service. I am reaching out to corporate.

When I returned the pharmacy line was extremely long. Happily, I was not in a hurry for my prescription. I will come back another day with a folding stool and a book to make the wait endurable. I have switched most of my prescriptions to a mail-order service but still must use Walgreen's for one-time medications.
