Walmarts customer service and management team did not give appropriate measures for returning baby items. I would not use for baby Registry

customer service is horrible. they never answer the phone and when they do the only girl doesn't know anything about walmart so she redirects you then nobody answers. she also hangs up when she can't reach anybody through phone. read more

This Wal-mart is fairly clean compared to others. I usually avoid Wal-Mart like the plague and only go after midnight. This one has typically been better, but today, it displays the long lines and short-tempered employees for which the company has become so well known. read more

Horrible, customer service . From the beginning my cashier had an attitude but The cashier gave me the wrong amount of change back and after politely asking her why was it so little she was rude . We got a supervisor to check and she was no help at the end they realized she owed me 26 dollars ! Both just stared at me and didn't bother to apologize! read more

Kim in the nail salon is just wonderful! I enjoy shopping at this Walmart. The employees are very friendly and the store is clean and orderly. Even the women's bathroom has lovely wall art. I especially like Kim in the nail salon. She is very attentive to detail and always makes my nails look gorgeous! Kim is more conscientious than any other nail salon employee I've encountered - and I've been to some very nice nail salons. read more

This is the Walmart closest to my new house, and I haven't had one good experience there. Today was what really ticked me off. I went to the self check-out and had a 6 pack of Smirnoff Ice that I was excited to try. The lady came over to check my ID and wouldn't let me buy the alcohol because my license just expired this month. I explained that due to COVID-19, the DMV in my area has been closed. I can't do it online because I still have an out of state license. I finally got an appointment scheduled for July, but that's all they have available at this time. There's literally nothing I can do about it. Most places are understanding in the midst of all this chaos, and even cops are letting expired licenses slide right now. The lady just shrugged her shoulders. I asked to speak to the manager (keep in mind I am not a Karen and don't think I've ever asked to speak with a manager before. I just wanted to hear this info from higher up.) She went to grab someone, and as they approached she pointed at me and said something to the other person. The "manager" she brought over was just another associate. Not even management. And she told me in kind of a rude tone that they couldn't help me. So whatever, she left and it was just me and the first lady again. She asked me if I had any other alcohol in my bags, and I said no. She proceeded to look through all my bags. Then instead of just taking the alcohol off my order, she cancelled the entire thing and told me she was going to scan my items. So she went in my cart and bags, pulled everything out and scanned them again. I don't see why that was necessary, and it was frankly pretty annoying standing there being treated like I can't scan my own groceries. Really pissed off at this point and don't have any beer to take the edge off. read more

Grocery pickup... I ordered from both Walmart and HEB for next day pickup. HEB pick up window was 10am-10:30am. Walmart was 10am-11am. I got an email at 9:32am saying my Walmart order was ready. I went to HEB first as there was a shorter pick up window. I arrived at 9:50am and my order was brought out within 2 minutes and 100% accurate with nothing missing. I went straight to Walmart and arrived and called at 10:05am. I was told there were 4 orders ahead of me and I'd be waiting. 32 minutes later and we are still waiting. I ordered 12 items because they were slightly cheaper than HEB or Kroger. But a long wait with kids in the car and one young enough I prefer to keep my car running for A/C, thus spending extra on gas, means the few extra dollars at HEB would be well worth it next time. Some pickup confusion. Starting with indoor and outdoor pickup areas. Started with indoor system. That tells you nothing. Go to service counter. Oh the system didn't work. 10 mins later go to outside pickup area and call number. Call the number. Oh those are utility tires. You need to go to auto to pick those up. This is my last Walmart pickup order ever! Girl was nice once they got the time to me. Good customer service from employee. read more

Had the worse experience in automotive, went to buy a battery for my mother car, the lady at the register was sweet and very helpful, I informed her I bought a battery here 2 months ago for my car, and turned out it was a bad battery, after I've spent a ton of money trying to figure out why my car wouldn't start. It was the brand new battery fault. So I would like for her to test this battery before I leave, 3 different guys from outside gave us the hardest time to test the dang battery, told me , it's brand new, it doesn't need to be tested, then acted like they couldn't find the connector, the Sweet lady told 3 different guys to get some connectors from the floor and just return them after they're finish. I waited 15 min extra just to get one of these lazy guys to test the battery. That ended up being a DEAD battery!!! I was frustrated and told both guys they should probably go home since obviously they do not want to work today!! Lazy lazy lazy!!! read more

I thought I would try Walmart out again, big mistake! Walked into the store, it was so hot I couldn't even shop, I had to leave. For the last 2 years, they have been supposedly having AC problems. I think they are to cheap to turn the AC down. I asked an employee about it, she was fanning herself because she had a splitting headache because it was so hot in there. They need a new MANAGER who cares about their employees and customers. Horrible store! read more

Only had 2 lines open at 11:30 pm. Lines blocking aisles. Understaffed. Staff untrained but nice.

The sporting goods department is well maintained. The man that regularly works there is always hustling and has a good attitude. It's actually a little farther for me to go to this walmart but between the sporting goods and the store being clean with organized products on the shelves it's worth it to me. read more

The staff is not helpful or friendly. They act like you're putting them out if you even start to look like you need help. I've had oil changes done at this location and my services there were fine, along with the paint section as well. Besides that, if you go in and don't know what you need or how to find it, expect to leave in a bad mood. On self checkout also, depending on who is overseeing it, you may get help or you may not. But, my biggest pet peeve is that when waiting in line for self checkout, TWICE, a walmart employee in line BEHIND me cut me to scan their own stuff and go on about their business, I guess they both were in a much bigger hurry than me and felt entitled as an employee to just do whatever they wanted. read more

At checkout I was not greeted by the cashier. As he was ringing through my items he was speaking in another language to the cashier behind me. Definitly rude. I had a large paper towel in the bottom rack, I held it up so he could scan the item and I put it back. At the end of the, less than 20 item checkout, the cashier questioned the paper towel I previously gave him. As he was looking through my receipt, I commented, "while you were talking to the cashier behind me, I gave you the paper towel, don't you remember?" Of course, no answer from him! As he handed me my receipt he was talking to the lady next in line who happened to work at walmart. The cashier did not say thank you. he did not say have a nice day, nothing! As I was loading my few bags in the cart, I had to ask him to hand my bags to me which were on the backside of the carousel. What a joke this store has become. This is not the first time I have been treated this way at this Wal-mart. Of course, the store manager has been either busy or is not there yet. I have called 5 times to talk to Ms. Atina Smith. read more
