Best HEB around, at least in my opinion. Lots of parking. LOTS of shopping carts, too - no hunting for them out in the parking lot. Well organized store with a wide variety of stock. Friendly and helpful employees, too. Shout out to Latoya in the Deli department. She is always so cheerful and fun! And she does the absolute best job slicing up any deli meats or cheeses you want. I literally look for her whenever I'm in the store because I know without a doubt that she will slice things EXACTLY the way I ask her to. Decent meat and fish counter as well as a pretty-well stocked wine and beer area. If you're looking for craft beer, make sure you check out the out-of-refrigerator area on the shelf: many national craft breweries represented there, and we've found some great brews. My only gripe with HEB is their continual replacement of brand names with their own private label items. Some of it is interchangeable, but some items are just not the same. So wish they carried Lays Salt & Vinegar chips rather than just the HEB brand, because then I wouldn't have to drive over to Kroger to get my fix! Otherwise, this is still my fave HEB. After visiting other HEB locations and other grocery stores both locally and in other states, I realize how spoiled I have become because this store is so convenient and comprehensive. And when I saw the multiple tables set up with phone chargers and computers in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, it kind of sealed my opinion that this is a really great store. read more

one of the myths propagated by this state from its infancy is that everything in texas, though certainly not the best, is most likely or at least perhaps so the biggest of its kind in the world. i was thinking of this as i entered this store to buy some of the ingredients for making goat chili during this visit with a friend. the immense size of the place made me wonder: is this the biggest grocery store in the world? existential, meaningless questions like this often float around and clutter my mind, rendering it useless for anything else for quite some time, years even. but in this case i was pleased with myself in being able to put the question to rest immediately. so IS this the largest in the world? absolutely: no. that "honor" belongs to a less well known and much smaller grocery chain in ohio. i speak of course of famed Jungle Jim's International Market not far from Cincinnati. for reasons related to business interests in whisky blender for kentucky distilleries i have been to Cincinnati and more than once. there are few sources of amusment in the area. there is some interest in the various ways of cincinnati chili, and of course observing people's behavior when they're having a bit much of the stuff that made the preacher dance. but that's about it. or so i thought until one day one of my associates decided i might enjoy a visit to jungle jim's. i won't bother with a review as it's been a few years since then. but i will say that there's a limit to the good of very large grocery stores. and this heb location is very near the edge of that. read more

I was shopping at HEB on a Saturday (big mistake) Of course it's going to be busy. My complaint is with the employees being rude and giving me a look as if my being in an aisle was inconvenient to them. I kept seeing 2 to 4 employees in an aisle organizing shelves throughout the store. Add in the employees shopping for pick up, there are just too many people in one aisle. We went to speak to a Manager and were told there was a certain time on a Saturday when shelves were organized and everything was pulled towards the front. My question is why do that on a busy Saturday and not on a weekday or evening? read more

Recently moved from Cypress to Spring and of course wasn't going to stop using HEB just had to change address in the app and the app adds the closest store as default. Same great service and consistency as the other location in Cypress that I used. I use curbside 90% of the time but have gone inside when I need just a few items. read more

Pharmacy used to have decent service, but not anymore. I take maintenance meds and every 30 days come back to get a refill. Rarely do they have it in stock even though my doctor called it in days ago. Just such a runaround and time consuming for me and HEB. As for the instacart/ pick up service, it is convenient but they substitute items or just plain give me the wrong items. Don't use it anymore. read more

Love this H.E.B. location! The busiest I've seen it has been Sunday nights, but even then, it's large enough to get in, get what you need, and leave with ease. I love the 25% off purchases of $10 or more on health food promos they have from time-to-time (one happened last weekend and it was my chance to stock up on my favorite Lenny & Larry's cookie bars!) If you like to gamble then this service is perfect for you. You really have to enjoy surprises because you'll never know what you're going to get when your order is delivered. It's definitely a 50/50 chance if you receive everything you paid for or is it what you ordered. This service is really terrible from my experience and point of view. I'm tired of the poor quality I pay extra for. You pay more per item on delivery PLUS the order fee. So the sticker it to you both ways then they hire people who don't give a damn about anything but their next check. That's why the orders are hardly ever correct. I either don't receive all my order or get parts of someone else's order. Poor quality for a steep price. Doesn't seem like they even care that they suck.. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! H-E-B. I grew up in Jersey where we never had this grocery store and it absolutely NEVER misses! Their chicken salad, sushi, pre-seasoned chicken and pork are definitely my favs. They even have multiple different flavors of locally sourced milk products (cappuccino, strawberry, banana) and they are all so good. Not to mention their coffee is the best I've ever had. The only item I didn't love was the sparkling water, but there is still room for improvement. Overall, I love this HEB 10/10 read more

I had to come on here and give an OUTSTANDING compliment to the baker who created my cake I had ordered. The cake was absolutely STUNNING!!!!!! I had such a busy day and couldn't make it into the store to order it, so I had to order over the phone. I was scared of how it was going to turn out, but hoped for the best. You nailed it with the turquoise, hot pinks, neon orange and lime green. All the extra details you added to it was "icing on the cake" -no pun intended! :) The photo doesn't do it justice at all compared to real life. I'm new to the area just had a home built in Magnolia love the environment in Magnolia so quiet and peaceful and I love this HEB on Main Street and FM 2920 in Tomball it is always clean. friendly helpful clerks they are always willing to assist you friendly faces throughout. The store everywhere providing the best service you can get fresh produce's here always fresh. The meats market is always clean and neatly stacked and there's no file smell in the area at all I get my medicine in the pharmacy here I had no problems having all of it transfer from my old H.E.B they are very helpful at explaining any new medication's that I my get I love the outside plants and the inside floor. First of all I needed a birthday cake at the last minute and the bakery was closed. I'm not sure if he was a manager or regular worker for the guy named Ian saved the day and got me a birthday cake from out the glass at 10:30pm. I'm so grateful. He made it happen, boxed it up, slap the price on it and was able to make my night go better. That was about a week ago. So thank you Ian for coming through, I appreciate it especially when the bakery was closed and I forgot my own boyfriend's birthday and I needed a cake at the last minute to save myself. I was so excited to see them finally finish this location. And now that it's done I don't think I could be more pleased. The store is well kept. I do wish the fruits were stocked more. To be more specific, the berries. They seem to go bad quickly. And they seem to always be low on berries. But other than that this store is my favorite location. I go out of my way to come to this location. I love that quality customer service and the pride in the cleanliness of the store can always be seen and felt. I feel like everyone is still treating the store like it's still new and I really love that. Respect in the property and ownership, is beautiful. If you need Maintenance drugs this is not the place to go. Needed a pre authorization waited 2 weeks to be told they would not cover my meds no longer. Called my dr to have new medication wrote. Called 48 hrs later to check on script since I had not heard from them to be told they send those out and it would be 5 days. Going on three weeks with no medicine. What a joke. She then said I can fill it for you now. Drove to H‑E‑B to be told to come back in 45 minutes. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

We Love H-E-B. We usually do delivery or curbside because we hate grocery shopping. They're always nice and when they don't have something they will substitute it for something of the same value. I've been mostly satisfied with each of these services. Also, the staff have always been very kind to us. Even at the fuel station out front. They take care of you if things aren't to your satisfaction. I've had a couple not so great experiences and every time they do anything they can to make it right. I like the store a lot, it's become a real favorite. They have cuts of beef you can't get anywhere else, and they separate out Texas craft beer if you're interested in supporting state breweries. Fantastic beer selection, and really great selection in the whole store. I sometimes like to eat the deli meals in the store, to combine a lunch and shopping. But unlike most Krogers and specialty grocery stores, there's no place to sit down inside. I went ahead and got a poke bowl and took it out to eat. Good poke bowl, but it would be nice to have the option to eat there. read more

Best produce and meat, in my opinion, in the Spring TX area. My hubby loves to bbq and smoke various cuts of meats. Of all the grocery stores, he prefers the selection and quality of H-E-B. I love the reasonable prices, quality fruits and vegetables and variety of items. Their bakery has delicious sweets and breads, and hands down the best tortilla chips. Sea salt bakery chips-go get some right now! Their floral shop is darling. Lots of cute gifts in there along with gorgeous bouquets of flowers and a pretty good selection of balloons. I've bought several boutonnières & corsages here too and they always turn out beautifully. Curbside is the best! I've been ordering online for nearly 5 years. And they've made two mistakes in all that time. One was 2 bags of groceries I did not order. The second was a bag of groceries missing. They were accommodating and easy to work with in both cases. Very apologetic and friendly too. Very impressed with their service. Inside the store it's always clean and orderly. Cashiers and baggers are friendly and I can always find a courteous employee to help me find something. Thanks H-E-B for feeding my family week after week after week. Especially during this pandemic. First the good: Brand new, very clean, friendly staff overall always asking if you need help, merchandise is fully stocked at all times. It is very conveniently located. The not so good: I am one of those people that separate my groceries so delicate items won't be squished and/or broken, I am aware that most stores try to fit 4 or more items depending on size per bag BUT pleas teach your baggers not put delicate items with heavy items. read more

Very nice HEB, shop here all the time since I live close by. The floor plan at this particular location was well designed to where there is lots of space and no area gets too crowded. The cashiers are fast and helpful, I can't think of even one time where I had to wait longer than a minute to check out. All departments are great except for the florist department. Also asked another employee where the pharmacy section was since it was my first time there and he said "idk dude ask that person" and pointed to another employee and I just walked off. I really like HEB for groceries but yesterday I went to the pharmacy for a high-dose flu shot and was given a standard dose instead. I spoke to the pharmacy twice after that and the pharmacist flat-out lied and told me that what I was received was equivalent. After researching CDC information and speaking to a pharmacist at another grocery chain, I know that he substituted because he didn't have the correct dose in stock. I realize that any flu shot is better than nothing, which may have been his philosophy, but he should have told me what he was doing. I could have driven about a mile to another pharmacy and gotten exactly what I requested. On top of that, I had to ask this person to cover his nose with his mask! (He lied about that, too, and told me it had just slipped down, when I had been watching him for 10 minutes and it was never covering his nose.) I am very disappointed in this HEB pharmacy! read more

A manager (y'all, pale skin and a beard) was at the express checkout lane and I asked him if they had any more of these little pickle juice drinks they had in the cold beverages section right next to the line (4 for 6$ and they only had 2). He said "I don't know. Maybe there's some in the back and I don't know if we have them in the other drink area back there". I could tell he was annoyed so I just said, "that's okay". Then he motioned for the cashier in awful gestures for her to move to the lane next to her. He was on the phone dealing with a register issue. He was so rude to that young girl working so hard and trying to please him and her customers. It only takes a moment to be polite to your employees and helpful to your patrons. I have never written a negative review until now. I literally left with my stomach sick and without the 2 extra pickle juices! He didn't even TRY ... bad experience. I'll go to another H-E-B because of this. Maybe even no more H-E-B. It was that upsetting. read more

H-E-B Home delivery is horrible. They had almost 6 hours to tell me the products in my order were not available or even ask me if I wanted to substitute and they did not. Instead they charge me for everything knowing full well they weren't delivering it and now I have to wait for a refund sometime next week. That is not good faith, that is theft. When I spoke to the manager he told me to stop yelling at him! I have the whole thing on video never raise my voice once. I was simply talking. He is obviously in the wrong business if he can't handle somebody explaining to him that they don't like being stolen from. Did he offer any solutions? No did he look to see if maybe another store might have the product I needed? Instead he whined claiming I was yelling.
