Everything is fresh and the place is clean. People are friendly always. Service is amazing.

So today is my grandson's 4th birthday party we went to the Publix to pick up his Spider-Man birthday cake when upon arrival Kendra and Kaylie we're very rude and blamed another employee for not putting the order into the box the cake was not ready when I asked when it could be ready they said they were working on other cakes and that it wasn't their problem however when I went back and spoke with manager Christian he was more than sympathetic and very nice and very helpful and my whole attitude towards public to change because of Christian and made my experience a lot better and he did help me with the cake and gave me a lot of help for that my attitude is changed and I appreciate everything he has done he should get commended for that . read more

Well I stopped at this Publix to pick up a prescription but also picked up a few things while I was there. When I checked out using cash I meant to tell the cashier (Josh) who was very very nice that I needed 2 $5 bills instead of a $10. He was more than happy to accommodate me but another lady who was standing there "scolded" me for asking that after the cash drawer had already been closed. I just looked at her like she was crazy and walked out telling myself that I will NEVER buy another there again. I have another option with a new Publix that just opened about 2 miles away. IF YOU ARE PAYING IN CASH‼ make sure you have the cashier count your money to you, and then you physically confirm it's the right amount yourself. After getting home, I noticed I was $10 short... I immediately made a call to the Publix, and was told they were too busy to count the till right now, but they would call me later. so, three hours of not getting a phone call my husband physically went in, and the lady behind the customer service desk, let us know, They will call us first thing in the morning with our money in hand. Now, it is 1:30 in the afternoon... and we still have not been helped. I have called up there four separate times today, and for some reason my phone call will not go through.They seemed less than thrilled to take the call, and help us resolve this. I unfortunately live 40 minutes from this location, so I just can't go in willy-nilly. Seems to me, they like to pocket your money and not resolve the conflict. I have been shopping at this location for over 20 years, and I will never be back. We just wanted the money we were owed, back. We shouldn't have to beg for SOMEONES mistake to be fixed!!! Besides waiting on the phone forever, this place never has rotisserie chicken ready around dinner time. Which is why I call but the drive isn't worth it anymore. I have to drive across town. Also, the line at the deli is awful. They never have enough people to help. read more

Terrible customer service every time I'm here at the deli. Incredibly slow. Always a line and only one employee. Try to avoid this location.

I stopped at this Publix yesterday to get a few things. Everything was easy to find, prices were reasonable, and store personnel were über-friendly. Store was clean, parking was easy. I'm headed back today! So, today's trip was successful. Everything I needed + a few more. The thirteenth labour of Hercules was to heft a flat of 32 half-liter water bottles into my shopping cart. I managed, but it wasn't pretty. When I checked out and got to my car... A special shout-out to employee Keenan, who was in the parking lot collecting carts, noticed my dilemma, and put the flat of water into my trunk with little effort. My hero for the day! read more

Used to love this Publix Pharmacy. Not so much anymore. Re-ordered prescriptions on line. They never filled them. Took 4 days to get a tube of prepared cream that my doctor called in and still had to wait more than an hour. No communication that there would be a huge delay. Will be moving my business. I get that COVID has taken a toll, but 4 days to get a prescription called in by a doctor is too much in my opinion. I had better service at this pharmacy at the peak of COVID. read more

One of my favorite grocery stores. Great selection and prices. Plus, you can't beat their deli sandwiches. Those things are for real. Check out their meats too...their steak is always pretty high quality and while sometimes kinda pricey, very well worth it. However, a lot of times they'll have different cuts marked down and it'll still be high quality meat. Just keep an eye out for it. They also have some awesome sides to pick up to go along with your meal if you don't feel like cooking everything yourself. Grab a thing of their potato salad, they have 3 different kinds and they are all awesome. I'm normally a huge fan of their baguettes, but this location doesn't do them quite right. The crust isn't crunchy enough. But check them out at other locations. read more

I usually do not like supermarket cakes, the icing is too thin and wayyy too sweet! However, I stumbled upon the most wonderful cake that I've ever had from a grocery store, and you have to try it! It's on the Publix Decadent desserts menu, called Raspberry Elegance, I even put a picture up of it. It's so yummy.. four layers of moist vanilla cake and a raspberry filling. Covered with rich cream cheese icing, this cake is very impressive. Kudos to Publix Bakery. read more

Always shop at this Publix. They have a polite and efficient staff and I am a big fan of the BOGO. Their management, however, should probably stress to the deli staff that it doesn't matter whether they are directly serving customers or not - if they are anywhere behind the deli counter, they should have their mask over their mouth and nose. Watched a young man cleaning up with his mask firmly tucked under his chin and his mouth and nose exposed. If he happens to be an asymptomatic COVID carrier, he could potentially infect a lot of people. read more

This is a Publix which means all the staff are friendly, the subs are as good as you can get, and the baked goods are phenomenal. This is not my local Publix, but I have used them a few times when I'm in the area. This is by far the largest Publix Ive ever been to, maybe on the magnitude of a small costco in size. read more

Pleasant, clean and bright. Good selection of brands but a little thin within each brand. Good sales but regular prices are higher than the completion. Very good bakery and deli but the the steaks I've purchased are not tender and advertised meat items are often not available. I can't spend the time going to multiple stores so I'll have to go elsewhere. This has been my experience with Publix. read more

I absolutely LOVE publix. Clean, great employees, and nice environment. They are a little on the pricier side... And their sandwich makers are so painfully slow... Went to customers service to buy lottery (twice within a week), first time bought 30 dollars scratch off, and I sat in my vehicle and one of my $10 scratch was missing and no I didn't drop it! Went today (28 may 2019) same thing happened. Bought Powerball with power play, mega with megaplier and fantasy 5. Again, I went out with my change and my lottery all in a bundle, should had checked, pay with $20 dollar bill, got back 13$. Went to vehicle check to see my lottery tickets and my power ball ticket was missing. Needless to say, I was very upset this time i went back. Clerk that sold me lottery was not there, but manager was. Explain, I didn't get my power ball and she seem confuse of my complain. I explain what happened, show my lottery tickets and my $13 change. She gave me power ball ticket and I showed her my 13$ and explained now its had up to 13 $. Mega x, power x (6$ and fantasy 5 1$= $17 not 13$ unless, Did I get scammed twice? I know this are hard accusations, but, I always, like shopping at this store, but twice missing lottery short changes, I had to post this! I served 22 hrs in the armed service, 72 years old and not getting smarter, but wiser! read more
