We saw many workers looking busy. There is a greeter as we enter the store. There is an exit checkpoint after we pay for our item(s). Cameras are everywhere. What can I say these guys are terrible!! I've been going here for years but this last time was the last time! The customer service is terrible and the manager with the automotive team is very rude and a jerk! These guys will do anything to get out of a liability! I had gotten my vehicle oil and filter changed and the skid plate wasn't screwed in. So I took it back the manager says that they never touch the skid plate?! The whole skid plate was touching the ground! How does that work?? The guy doesn't want to do anything wrong and won't fix the problem even when it was their fault!! 9/13/23 Checking it out! HUGE Walmart! I wasn't sure where to start! Lots of great Halloween goods too! Large area made up for it! Clean, safe and practiced! Really organized and easy to find what you need! Music playing too! Lots of wine & alcohol as well! They have everything! I bought a boiled egg 2 pack, ham, chicken, garlic bread twists, peanut butter, a cinnamon roll, protein water bars, plant breakfast sandwiches and a mini pecan pie. I actually meant to put negative one star it amazes me that you guys have an overall average of two stars because I definitely don't think you deserve that either. You know your business hours are clearly posted. You're open till 11 PM that means to me and probably most customers out there that as long as you're in the door by 11, you should be able to get the last-minute thing if needed. I don't expect to be stopped at the door like some kind of hoodlum and told that I'm not allowed to go in. I went into Walmart just to grab a phone charger and was trying to be quick because they were closing in like an hour I asked two girls at the electronic counter for assistance they told me they would call somebody to help me so I was waiting patiently for someone to come help but nobody came and when I went to go look for the two girls again they were nowhere to be found mind you when I originally asked them for help they were just standing there gossiping, and I had been waiting for assistance long enough for the 30 minute announcement to be made so I waved down a different employee and they were kind enough to stop what they were doing and they were able to get out what I needed from the glass door but come to find out that the glass door opens with an app on their phones so that whole time those two girl's gossiping could've opened it up. read more

I was refused a refund for a $30.00 space heater I ordered online a year ago because they said it was from so long ago that they no longer had the order in the system and there was nothing they could do about it. I first let them know about the issue just a few days after not receiving the item and they were useless, so I decided to wait to see if the item would show up. I forgot about it and called again recently and they told me to file an investigation with my bank. It's their fault, not mine, yet they want me to deal with it. They outsource their customer service representatives, which makes it even more difficult to deal with the problem. All they do is type info into a computer and are clueless. This is one way big companies scam customers. They keep my money and I never receive what I paid for and I have to jump through hoops if I want to try to get a refund. read more

I get working retail is hard. I also work retail. Nearing the holidays even more so. That being said you know what it's like having someone treat you crappy when they have had a less than pleasant shopping experience. Today it was not the customer who brought the attitude but the worker. First she had zero people skills she never greeted or even acknowledged me instead her and another employee try to switch out money in the register. No , "it will be just a minute im so sorry for the wait or inconvenience" it was nothing. They had their banter. I go to pay and im planned on using my phone for tap pay. She watches as i try over and over, says nothing. So i ask do u guys not have tap pay? Nope! We sure don't. So i panic a bit and then remember i should be able to pay with the walmart app, so i ask her can i pay with the app? She said I dont know Okay, so now there is a line and im trying to pay, i ended up figuring it out on my own. She was rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. Then it was my daughters turn to check out her items where she continued to be unwelcoming. My daughter was using a coinstar voucher to pay for her purchase and the cashier didnt know what she was doing. She never says a word. She literally was clacking the register so hard thats all you could hear for the several minutes it took her to figure it out. When she finally did she says, well its walmart what do you expect its bad everywhere...wow Gwen you should maybe look into changing jobs or depts cashier is not your strong suit. I was getting my coffee maker and it was another price. Like 50 dollars more. The lady at the cashier scanned everything missed a pack of meat and priced the coffee machine wrong. I told the lady at the front why is this expensive. It had a different box or label. She said I changed it. When she was scanning. I talked to the manager put in a complaint. As I'm walking out of course there are security cameras everywhere no doubt people still stuff the lady at the counter asked me is there anything that you needed? Well yes I'm purchasing a sponge, she proceeds to bring out this huge security Box, wants to place said sponge in this huge security Box, then walk me up to the cashier as if I need an armed guard and transportation to my car for a $4 sponge. I declined the assistance and did not go home with my $4 make-up sponge - immediately got online and ordered 2 for the same price from Amazon.com. I just want to say with all the work being done and the mess the store has... the employees are top notch and doing a great job. Especially with how bad the outside of the store is. Their awareness of what's going on is great. I had an experience with a man walking by slow staring at my child and eye mumbling under his breathe and waiting outside the store as we were checking out... the lady at the cash register was aware and asked me to wait. Me being me, I said it's okay and continued on. As I was walking through the parking lot he was was watching and waiting. But the cashier sent an employee to walk with me to my car. This done happen too often so I'm very impressed with the amount of awareness and help from the Walmart staff. The parking lot is a mess full of stalkers and creeps looking to come up. Come home, open the box, and the actual pump is missing. I take it back to this walmart where I just bought it and they tell me "oh we won't let you return it, you have to call the manufacturer to get it replaced." So Walmart- you're in the business of selling people empty boxes, stealing their money, and then have the manufacturer replace it? You had an open box, you put your own walmart tape on it to close it without replacing the parts and then you put it back on the shelf. I try to avoid going to any Walmart because each store really varies from prices to return policy it's ridiculous! Guess it helps that you can order online but even when prices are cheaper online the damn store won't match it. I gave it 3 stars because of the lack of telling customers NO to bringing in pets.. not service pets but regular pets. As I was walking out today about 5pm I saw a woman with a HUGE (PROBABLY 120 LB)over weight golden lab, who could barely walk, and a chihuahua, both on leashes walking in the store. No service animal in training/service animal vests! I'm sorry but I don't want to shop around animals who could possibly mess on the floors or even attack if scared! I go in at about 12:00 today and only 2 checkers were open. I am waiting in line with 1 other customer who also has only 4 goods to purchase. No one bothered to open up another register. I wanted to try on 2 items and it took about 5 mins to be acknowledged by 2 associates and then the 1 associate said there's not enough employees to man the fitting room and plus they don't have a key and plus the hours have changed. I inquired why there wasn't a sign establishing hours? The manager Angelica said that they are working on one right now. I hope there will be better customer service when the minimum wage goes up?
