I called to confirm specifics on the cake design, and submitted two weeks in advance. 24 hours before pickup time, I received a confirmation email/reminder to pick up the cake. 12 hours before pickup, at 9PM, I received a call saying they could not make the cake design, and cited a copy right issue. Wegmans had no response to me asking why I was informed so late, and no response to me that I previously called to confirm they could do this cake. Honestly, leaving me to try to fix my 6 year olds birthday cake for his party with less than 10 hours before the party should be zero stars...

It's not the more glamorous Wegs in the state. It doesn't have a parking garage like Burlington. It…read moredoesn't have the extensive prepared foods selection that other locations like Medford. It doesn't have the square footage that Northborough has. But it has everything you need to get the proper Wegs experience. This location is still rather large, especially for a supermarket. You can find an extensive cheese department, along with wines and beers. Like most Wegs, you'll find that the essentials are quite affordable. Even organics are decently priced. You'll run into a little trouble with prepared foods if you're on a budget, though. At one point, their hot food bar was more pricey that Whole Foods. The dining section is clean and well-lighted. It's a decent place to meet up. Service is generally friendly here though I don't really need to seek out help, other than at the check-out counter or customer service. Usually though experiences have been positive. The major advantage is that Wegs is open until midnight, which is great for those that want a less crowded shopping experience (clutch during the pandemic).

Every summer, I visit Nantasket Beach, and always get great sandwiches / burgers / hot dogs and subs from the Tedeschi Deli in the store down there. Besides that location, I haven't seen any other TD Deli locations. Think again! The Canton Tedeschi location has a deli, with not everything I saw down at the Hull location, but still with a good selection of Boar's Head and chowder. The other products sold in the store aren't terribly priced (like another review indicated). I made an order, and it was very quickly made, and a good price. Employees at both the deli counter and cash register were friendly, and the store was very organized and stocked well. Definitely a good stop for lunch and convenience for those driving along Rt 138 in Canton. This location is at the Washington Street / Turnpike Street intersection, across from a golf course. -1 star since the deli wasn't as good as the other, and the store has some exterior renovations in need. Overall, good, solid 4-star spot.

We've always purchased the 10 to 12 pound turkey and received a bird 11 pounds closer to 12 pounds in the past. What we got this year was a small 10 pound bird that I can't believe would serve 8 to 10 people. I purchased a spiral ham to backup the smaller turkey. You can order a deli sandwich to your liking and you can build your own salad at their bountiful salad bar. The salad bar is really nice and is more often than not my main reason for visiting the store. Here you can create your own unique salad with a good variety of salad makings including your basic lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers plus potato salads, fruits and a great variety of other salad toppings, vegetables and dressings. They have a good hot food bar too with various meat dishes, chicken and so forth plus pasta dishes, potatoes, vegetables and more. You'll also find some nice treats in their bakery area such as muffins and cookies. Their deli carries Boar's Head deli meats which is a very good meat company and their cheeses are excellent as well. If you're looking to buy groceries here they do carry quite a few of the essentials. They have a good sized produce area here as well for your fruits and veggies. It is a busy store but the cashiers keep the lines going at a pretty good clip. The atmosphere is nice and it's always a clean store which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. This time was different. I went to the meat counter and was second in line to order some filet mignon for $40 per pound. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes while the butcher served three other customers who had clearly arrived after me. Additionally, the steak was not very tender. I was at the store on August 18th at 4:30 PM. Next time, I will go to Wegmans.
