We ended up at Kohl's in Vincennes, Indiana. So as I was shopping with my eight-year-old, and my 88-year-old dad and here it is almost Christmas. There were all kinds of people in the store and it was busy. I was shopping with my dad and all the sudden I realized he had left us. This is not a big concern, but slightly because I never know what we will end up doing so as we were shopping, and looking for dad, I find him, and this absolutely precious sales clerk (I think her name was Hailey) was taking him around the store, helping him find 2 pair of pajamas for my mother. She was very patiently waiting as he would find either a reason that it was not just perfect or it wasn't made quite right for mom. Not one time did she do anything less but to smile and try to find something that would suit him. The funny thing is my dad is very particular when it comes to shopping and it is very trying sometimes on your patience. But not one time did she do anything except encourage him that they would find the perfect pajamas for my mother. I don't know for sure how long she helped him but I know I was with him for about 15 minutes and they had been looking for quite a while before that. I just want to give a big shout out once again to Kohl's in Vincennes, IN. This is why I love shopping at Kohl's, Customer Service is number one! Things kept scanning wrong and staff was just standing around talking rather than helping customers. When the girl finally came over we thought we had it sorted out then went to leave and get pulled into a room by 2 staff, who kept saying they were trying to "scare the shit out of us" over what? An accident? An accident I made clear was an accident, but kept getting accused of theft. Then they continue to pull stuff out of our cart claiming they didn't see us scan, but guess what? It was on the receipt because we paid for it. Why on earth would I spend over 130$ just to steal a less than 2$ seed packet and an extra .67 plum??? Not only that they almost called the police on us because the girl having her "authority moment" misread an ID and tried to say there was a minor present. On top of all this this place is just gross, staff is rude and unhelpful, and I've noticed in regards to receipt checking at the exit, which most walmarts don't do, they tend to stop considerably more people of color as if they're stereotyping.

Then they stripped a lug nut and told me they couldn't install the tires, but I could take them with me and have someone else install them. I just told them I wanted a refund and I should have known better than to go to Walmart to have tires put on. I wasted 2+ hours. When I got home I put an 11/16 socket on the lug nut and it came right off. They should have tried a size smaller!!!
