This is my local Walmart. And today was NO different than all of the thousand if times I've frequented this location. I choose to go to self check-out regardless of the number of items just because I don't want to deal with the unpleasant cashiers. There is a guy name Henry who works "self check out"..I adore him. Today I took pictures of gardening soil items that were on sale with the item # & pictures of the items on the sales tag because I knew it was going to be a problem-- and it was!!! Henry said that I had to go to customer service because he could only change the price of 1.. I went to.c/s, showed the pictures of the 2) items that were on sale....keep in mind the sales tag has a picture of the item, along with the description & item#. And yet I was told the sign must be old & only allowed to purchase 1 of each. The items were 5) bags of Expert Garden organic rb soil & the other was EG Garden Soil. read more

Oct. 30,2025...I took my truck in for an oil change. They put small stickers after the service on the interier upper left windshield. I keep all stickers of services there, if there's a sticker. It went back to 2015, 10 years, showing mileage etc. Arranged just so.. Some were for services at others places. About 10 in all. After I paid for the oil change, I noticed ALL WERE GONE. Just the service sticker for today was there. I went to a mechanic and asked him to find my stickers. They had NO RIGHT TO remove ANYTHING from my truck. The guy, Rodrigo, did it, they said. Rodrigo, came & started, (SLOWLY as a snail & totally uncaring) looking in a trash can.. Then, went to an inside can, but before he started, a woman came and told them to stop. I told her I wanted the stickers they had no right to remove. She said they did, as they always remove them..a lie, as I had several from YEARS PAST. She said she was the manager but refused to give her last name (I found on the receipt later). All they had to do was get the stickers from wherever they put them, I ask her, "you're refusing to get the stickers ...?". She flat out said "yes". I turned and was walking away, she yelled, "have a great day". I called corporate, spoke to "Shady" (another country). He said to put my phone on speaker and go into the store. Star wasn't showing on his computer as mgr, (she was new). I didn't want to go see her again, but he said he needed to know she was store mgr that I could ask any employee and he would hear it. I went back in the auto door holding my phone on speaker. I asked, the dept cashier "who's the store mgr". She said, "Star". Then, she noticed 'Walmart corporate' on my phone and that I was talking to someone & said she couldn't talk. Then a guy said Star was on her way, and he said he couldn't talk. Shady, said to hold up my phone so he could talk to her (manager, Star) He ask her why they removed all the stickers. She said they can, always do. Then she told him to call her back, that she couldn't understand him. I told him she could understand him fine, that she didn't want to talk. She refused to talk to him, saying she couldn't understand him but he was very clear. He was still listening..and, to me,, she still refused to look for the stickers... and then told me I was trespassed from the store. I turned and left. Shady said, he'd take care of it, that no way she could do that...so I wait for relief. 10 years I collected the service tickets that could have been retrieved, but this narcissistic store mgr, Star, wanted to prove she had power & was more important than a customer. Walmart needs to fire this self-centered power hungry iodiot. Do not go to Walmart FOR ANYTHING if possible. Not even a TWO rating shows something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this company. read more

Why have customers make appointments for vaccinations and then have them wait? If my appointment is at 3pm and i arrive at 250pm, I expect to be seen at 3pm. NOT 340pm!!!!! This is the closest Walmart to my family (45mins drive), and I will not come back. The employees did not socially distance, which goes against the corporate policy for COVID-19 safety. Let me make it clear, I don't expect people to move for me; I just walk around, but that is of no use when employees come to you. It keeps happening. Today, I politely said something to one employee who came over within 3 feet of me, and he just laughed and got even closer (within 1 foot). OK, that is super awkward in-and-of-itself, but we're in a freaking pandemic and Walmart employees should do a better job at following their own rules and leave their ignorance at the door. To say that I'm upset is an understatement. Today I took my disabled mother and two children (4 and 14 yrs old) to get my mom an outfit for NYE. She is on SSDI so she has a limited income and doesn't have many clothes. We waited at the dressing rooms for about 15 mins and then asked for help getting into a room. They said they'd page someone but no one came. Yes while customer service in this department was a clear issue, my real issue was with what happened next. Someone exits one of the dressing rooms and she goes in to try on a few things. I then am talking with her and trying to help her through the door. I turn around and see a cart that an employee had to be using because it had many boxes that were opened just sitting there. I look at my 4 year old and he looks like he is swinging around some kind of toy he had just picked up out of the cart. No, it was a BOX CUTTER. Who leaves box cutters out and in the open in carts like that?! Luckily I caught it very quickly and took it from him. When an employee walked into the dressing room area I handed it to them and said "my son grabbed this from this cart right here". His response? "Oh, okay". Then took it and walked off. Never mind the line of people waiting for a dressing room but the complete disregard for the safety of their guests and children was astonishing. No "sorry" or anything. Needless to say, if it was just regarding the line or the bad customer service I wouldn't be wasting my time with this review. But I just figured all you parents and grand parents out there should keep and extra close eye on these carts as my son could have gotten cut or hurt since these box cutters were right near a pair of baby yoda slippers. read more

Charmain I think I'm spelling her name right is a certified SCUMBAG and shouldn't be in any management position. She is heartless and down right nasty. I witnessed this woman in a shouting match with two employees and she could have easily deescalated the situation but because of her EXTREMELY NASTY attitude it was a failure from the get go. I actually spoke to the young gentleman after seeing this play out and mind you it's over a 100 degrees outside everyday and these kids do not have the cart pusher to help them bring in the carts. She told them that was a luxury but she's in a leadership position. I've been to this Walmart a couple of times and have had a few interactions with this loser of a manager and she is always the same NASTY!!!! I am already not a big fan of Walmart because of how they treat employees and she further proved my point by the way she was speaking to those young men. She needs some sensitivity and leadership training. If anyone goes into this Walmart by all means if you encounter Charmain head out the door you will not be treated with respect and dignity. Shaianne in the Money Center provided excellent customer service. My husband and i bought 50 gift cards for 100 dollars each. The transactions had to be done individually. It was tedious but she showed no sign of annoyance; she was patient and kind. I see leadership ability in her. She acknowledged other customers letting them know we were takin a while. I was tired by the time i was done buying them, she made the entire experience nicer. Rare to find people that do their job with a smile. read more

I actually dislike going to Walmart...at least in the past. My last two trips here...seems like a new place. I had a young fella help me with 8 bags of soil to my car..the Walmart of the past you wouldn't have anyone offer. Then when I returned for a rush item need a week later...I asked an employee the location of an item..and she PLEASANTLY reaponded and looked up exact aisle for me. I have never ever experienced anything like this. I shop Walmart a lot. I have never placed an order before on curbside pickup. I had filled out an order and was ready to check out, but I wanted to talk to someone to explain how and where to pick it up. I called the main number 872-937-3460. I got the recording on which told me to press 3 to connect to curbside. It rang for 15 minutes and I am not exaggerating. No one ever answered. I tried again and waited another 12 minutes. NO Answer. I then tried the option to speak to an associates and it rang for 20 minutes. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I just tried one more time. NO ANSWER AFTER 10 MINUTES AND THEN IN DISCONNECTED. UNBELIEVABLE. The only time I will shop there is when HEB is out of what I want, and then I will go in and get it and check out in store. read more

This store NEVER has enough handicap carts. My husband and I are disabled and this is where he likes to shop. It's an outing for him. Condoms in the beer and wine aisle?! First off I shop there for a lot of things but I'm done. There are a few really good workers there (Lyla, Bri, and Alex to name a few), but things are really disorganized, employees making a ton of noise (constantly dropping pallets and metal racks for instance) and not having a clue where things are. I've been told several times 'I don't know' when asking where something is, and that's it! I have to go find it myself if my favorite people aren't around! That's unacceptable! Hopefully this is only the Waxahachie Walmart, but they've now selling condoms in the beer and wine section! Condoms in the alcohol aisle! And anyone thinks this is appropriate? I am not a Wal-Mart shopper or fan. I had to get some things on my way home from my kids touch footbal game this was the closest stop without going out of the way. This store was pretty low key. I was able to get in and out rather quickly. I needed about 9 cases of water and the guy working in the section was ahuge help. The checkout went fast only one person in front of me and no one else in the line. I have never had that experience. I will definitely cost this store again. read more

There is a tire technician at this location named Rodrigo. He has several customer complaints for rude behavior toward customers and yet management seems to want to ignore it. Well, management got one more complaint when he obnoxiously refused to fix the flat tire I brought in because he thought there was too much wear on it. Don't want to fix it? Fine, no problem, but to say he 'wasn't going to look for the leak or nothing, buy another tire or go somewhere else' was a bit much. read more

The older women that work in the Medicine/Personal Care area are the rudest people I've ever met. They are always so disrespectful and seem to treat other employees with absolute disrespect as well. The manager I've addressed with them, with the dark hair and tattoos is just as rude and uncaring about the customers. This is the last time I do pick up from here. Order was to be done by 6. I didn't look to ensure was ready when I left at 545 to pick up. They told me delayed at least an hour when I finally got ahold of someone (phone number for pick up was not answered). So at 740 I received an email saying it was ready. Waiting for 30 minutes again for pick up. Again no one answering at the pick up number, no one answering the door. This review is solely based off of my experience here today. I've never been disappointed in this Walmart location, until today! The checkout experience left me with a bitter thought. The cashier appeared to be angry. She wasn't warm or welcoming like some of the other cashiers. From the way that she dropped my purchases in the bag, she very well may have been angry. When the time came to pay, I had some difficulty using the credit card machine. I told the young lady, that I was having some trouble with the machine, and her response was "Use the pen". Now, had she been paying attention, She would've seen that I was already trying with the pen. At the end, I told her that she could put the receipt in the bag, she just stood there, and held the receipt. She then picked up my bag and curtly handed it to me, I opened the bag up for her to put my receipt In, and again, she curtly put the receipt in my bag. read more

Cheap prices, everybody loves Walmart. They are all pretty much the same so this one is no different. However, they now have a Burger King inside instead of a McDonald's. Anyway, I enjoy coming here because I can get everything in a "one stop shop" and the prices are usually cheaper than other grocery stores. read more

I sent my husband to the Walmart Pharmacy today to pick up 2 prescriptions that were called in before 5 pm yesterday from my doctors office. He stood in line waiting for 20 minutes. He was told not only that the medicines (much needed antibiodics and a sleep aid) were not only not ready for pick up but that they had neither in stock and they would not be ready tomorrow either. Nobody had bothered to call to let us know and the phone system that in the past notified me when things were ready has been down at least 3 months despite my attempts to sign into their new notification system repeatedly I no longer get any info by phone. My husband was then told that he could pay full price for the name brand but they were all out of generic on BOTH meds. They did have a tube of ointment ready but I did not need it. I doubt they will have it on hold when I go back. They loose refills and such often. This is a slow , incompetent under staffed pharmacy with worn out employees. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! read more
