The lines in this Wal-Mart are like going to the bank on a Friday. Isn't it possible to staff this store with a few more people?

Took my car in due to small puncture in tire. I'm not upset that they wouldn't fix it due to tred line , even though there's plenty. It's that they had the car for over 1 1/2 hrs. If you have this kind of policy you should have checked the tred first and I wouldn't have wasted an hour and a half for nothing. It gets better, come to find out the person that did finally check the car told the front person to call me less than an hour in. Of which they didn't bother doing, so had they done anything right I'd have either been on my way somewhere else in min or under an hour. Instead I finally call and hour and a half in to find ouy they wouldn't even do it. Seriously how hard can your job be you mess something this simple up. read more

It's fairly organized and clean. However, the customer service is terrible and some workers too. Whether it be the pharmacy, photo center, electronics, home goods, auto. So many times I have stood waiting to be checked out or to pick up something and workers (yes plural) will have their backs turned. Sometimes they see you and just ignore you, like a "Just a moment please" or some acknowledgement would be nice, but they can't even do that. Another thing is when they are stocking items during the day and you need to get something, but they don't budge, they kind of just grunt like they want you to go away. Sorry I am just trying to buy that item, which in turn goes to paychecks, but whatever right. The low rating is due to it's extremely poor customer service in those centers. I understand people have bad days or don't want to deal with people, but a job is a job and you should at least try. read more

Worst Walmart out there with horrible customer service, staff doesn't care to help and just send you to another Walmart because they are too lazy to make a call. Useless, they can all go screw themselves. Wasted an hour of my time. read more

I am not a fan of Walmart per se but as far as Walmarts go, this one is clean, well stocked and they usually have plenty of cashiers. No complaints here. read more

Time and time again this Walmart has horrible customer service. Today I was beyond irritated! There were a few things that led up to this but I found it rude that while I was waiting for the pharmacist to update my insurance I was rudely told to step aside. Mostly, I am posting this due to the fact that the lady was very unprofessional. She must have been running late because she quickly entered the pharmacy in her white t shirt and "Americas Next Top Model" sweatshirt. She was a mess and rude! read more

Walmart Supercenter - Department Stores Near Me - Westminster, Colorado

This Walmart has a scam going on with food stamps. My father an elderly man but smart and frugal, visited this store on 6/6/21. At checkout my father was behind my aunt while she purchased her items. He noticed that she was charged over 100$ in food stamps but also the cashier said she required 40$ in cash because her ebt did not have enough. (My aunt gets 200$ a month on the 5th) my father demanded a manager because the cashier was insistent that she was correct. The careless manager who my father believes to be just the friend of the cashier, said she didn't see a problem. My father continued persistently to calculate on his phone if she did not re scan my aunts items. The manager finally was forced to re scan items because of the scene they had caused. Wow! Amazing would you look at that ! my aunts items magically were less than 100$ and she did have 200$ in food stamps. The manager did not apologize nor did the cashier and they sneakily acted as if nothing was the problem. These people are criminals. And if the manager was truly a manager the whole Walmart is in on the scam. read more

This center has rude manager in auto department. Went to get an oil change we we're the first here and still took an hour and not only that went home and car was leaking. So had to go back. The manage said my husband had attitude which he didn't. Not our fault you didn't do your job right the first time. Will never shop here again. Bad customer service. read more

This is the absolute worst Walmart I have ever been to. I bought a $50 mattress pad on accident, I thought it was a comforter. I took it out of the bag and realized what I did so I instantly put it back in the bag. I went to customer service to return it with my receipt and the lady told me I could not return it. The reason for me not being able to it return it was because it touches beds? That is the dumbest reason I have ever heard and I was not about to just waste $50. Anyways, went to the Broomfield Walmart and they took back the mattress pad with no question and were very nice. This Walmart should be shut down. They are very rude and need to fix their staff immediately. read more

Don't ever go try to get your oil changed. I have tried two days in a row and still haven't had the oil changed in my truck. The first day I went in at noon and was told that they aren't accepting any more vehicles for the day. All their bays were open and when I asked why they said that there wasn't any techs working that day. OK, so I called the next day and asked if there were techs working before I went in again. They said yes. Great so I go in at 11:30am and I am told that there is a 2 hour wait. Fine, I have to get this done. 2 hours later I see them pulling my truck out of the bay and the tech comes in and tells me that they don't carry the oil filter for my vehicle. Are you kidding me! They made me wait 2 hours before telling me that they don't have a filter. I would think that would be something they could look up before making me wait. Maybe I am crazy but I will never go back to this Wal Mart. read more

it's walmart. nothing special, the store itself is pretty clean and usually well stocked.

Long lines at checkout, no sense of urgency. Typical Wal Mart experience. Hire cashiers, or pull some of the people that are randomly scattered about the store and never say hi to run some registers. read more

Only 17 reviews? What happened to the others? There were much much more, mostly negative reviews, looks like somebody is weeding them out...not a good practice from Yelp. I posted one last year about the photo department and it is not here anymore. Looks like Yelp is more for the show than for the know. read more

I wanted to print wedding and other pictures here, 39 pieces of 5X7 inches, quite a hefty order. The photo manager called me half an hour later and asked who took the pictures. Some of them were taken by a professional photographer and some of them by me, mother of the bride. She said she needed a written approval from the photographer and also needed to see my smart phone with the pictures on it. Told her that we have an account to the photographer web site and the web site states printing is approved. The pictures taken by my camera are stored on a stick, not on a smart phone. That's how cameras work. The manager kept repeating that she needs to see my smart phone with the pictures. I told her again that I don't have a smart phone, I took the pictures with a camera and they are stored on a stick. She did not seem to understand. Finally I had enough and told her to cancel the order, all of them. She just said, OK, did not seem to sorry the lost business and the lost customer. Later I wrote to the photographer and he assured me that the printing is approved as his web site states. He never had anybody asking for a written approval. I wrote to Walmart customer care, sent them the web site of the wedding photographer. I hope they will use my experiences for their customer specialist trainings. read more
