If I could give them 0 stars I would. The WORST drive up online pick up order ever. Waited 30 minutes in my car after checking in, call the number on the sign, no one answers. Had to go INSIDE to get it myself and no one knew where to send me to pick it up and no one was at the online order area. Sitting in the parking lot again waiting for g for a pickup order. Average wait times for pickups are usually 20-30 minutes for someone to walk an order out to your car. I have seen 2 people get their orders in 20 minutes. I have tried calling multiple times but no one answers. It would be faster to just drive down the street to meijer and do my own shopping. An absolute cluster**** today. Unimaginably long lines, poor to absent associate support, inadequate stock on shelving, no carts available. To top it off--an unbelievably rude personal shopper taking up aisle space; which we tried to squeeze through, while providing verbal notice and warning to the young male " shopper". Despite our notice and warning he backed into our cart and became visibly irritated and began to stalk us through to the grocery area at a very fast pace, nearly clipping my husband's heels. After this final ordeal we abandoned our cart and briskly exited the store--will never return to this WalMart store. read more

I feel bad for the people standing in line to get into this place, you don't have to do that at Meijer. The last couple times I've been here in the early morning they simply do not have enough cashiers to check people out. Even on last Memorial Day, there was only two at 9am! It is true that a lot of customers trash the store and there is little employees to pick and clean up. Every time I walk in, there is a sign saying they are hiring, yet it is hard to find an employee when you need one, and even then they usually cannot give you a straight answer. There are some really great deals, but nothing really to stand in line for. read more

I would give them negative stars if I could! I placed a grocery order on 1/5/25 for pick up between 8-9pm. Walmart delayed the order so I had to reschedule it for 1/6/25 between 3-4pm. Once again, Walmart delayed the pick up order until further notice. At 5:45pm, Walmart contacted me to let me know my order was ready. I arrived at the store and checked in at 6:06pm. I waited at that spot, with my child in the car, for 1 hour for someone to bring me my order. I called the store 5 times and nobody answered. I chatted with someone online who offered $10 store credit for my inconvenience but still refused to contact the store to get my order to me saying there was nothing they could do. I requested both the online agent and the corporate office to refund my money immediately and they refused! They said because my order was ready for pick up, they could not cancel it. I again explained to them that I had waited an hour for my order to be brought to my car but nobody brought it out of the store and would not answer their phone. They told me I would have to wait 48 for the order to be automatically canceled due to not picking it up. I told them I tried to pick it up and they never brought it out, which is not my fault. read more

This place is an absolute laughingstock. As I was scanning my items at the self checkout this evening, the register told me I needed assistance from an associate because there was a problem with the scale. Over the register, the red light started flashing for a good couple minutes. As I stood there helpless, I was looked on by many employees who apparently have no regard for their paying customers. I even made eye contact with a female associate who then turned her head. Then two associates stood right across the register talking and laughing and were completely ignorant to their helpless customers. After their conversation carried on for a couple minutes, I nicely intervened and asked for help. But I was immediately met with looks of disgust from the two female associates. I will never shop here again, even if it was the only place open! read more

This store is a mess! My main concern is about the carts for handicapped people. The carts need either to be repaired or replaced. The one I had today just stopped randomly. Had to stand and then sit down to get it going again. I am recovering from back surgery, so this made it very difficult for me. This has to be the WORST Walmart in West MI! Very unhelpful staff that completely ignores you. I asked the customer service manager for assistance and she gave me nothing but attitude! I stood in the electronics department for over 20mins looking at the tv's and watched 4 employees walk right past me and my girlfriend and not one of them asked if we needed any assistance. I watched all 4 of them walk up to other customers and ask if they needed help with smaller easier items to get out of cases. We were looking at $1000 tv's. Guess Walmart doesn't like selling tv's or something. Idk. I've always disliked this Walmart due to the poor customer service and rude customers but this has definitely made up my mind to never shop this store ever again! Thanks Walmart! read more

This place is garbage! Gross.. dirty.. clothing department has clothes laying on the ground as I noticed store employee's walk by and don't take initiative to stop and hang a thing back up but just look at it and keep walking! Cashiers act like they don't want to be there .. just a poor attitude all around with the staff in general. I'm embarrassed for the managers that apparently don't care either. So basically every one should be fired from top to bottom for not caring and taking any pride in what they do! read more

When I got there they had no carts available at all. Then when I was about to leave one of the associates pushed her way through like she didn't care. I will definitely not go back. Meijer is a much better and more clean place to shop. read more

This place is a hot mess. By far one of the dirtiest and messiest stores in West Michigan. I can't believe the corporate office allows this poor of operations. Products laying all over the ground. The clothes departments looked like they were ransacked. Trash in the isles. Staff are running around goofing off and taking selfies in the isles. Meanwhile there are over 40 people waiting in line and 6 lanes are open. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes to check out. I've seen more staff without masks or wearing them around their necks than I can count. They are clearly under managed and need help. read more

Often its pretty messy and chaotic by evening. No one seems to be keeping softlines cleaned up. Non-handicapped people also can be found disgracefully parking in handicapped places. Tried reporting it. No one knew who was the person to report this to, or, they were not available. I don't like to go in this store at all. Need more servant-leadership and clerks with good manners and good work ethic, too. (However, I have found some very pleasant older store clerks in the a.m. shift who seem to take their job seriously). Granted, a very challenging clientele may frequent this store, but staff still need to be more on their toes, I think. read more

I give this store NO stars it is dirty, under stocked and the staff is rude. There is alway some kind of issue when I go to this store the stock or the staff that is just unhappy to be there. Product for sale is on the floor. I would say the store is trashes on a regular basis. looks like the day after black friday. for a new store it is such a shame I was really happy when walmart was coming to town. I feel as though I am just an inconvenience to your staff and I just want to purchase my items. on superbowl sunday I was denied a sale of beer because me an adult well over 35yrs old had my 18 year old daughter it was implyied I was buying for my kid that is not and never will be the case I was informed that if my 9 year old was there it would be ok but not my older child. not sure the logic behind this sales approch. I did not know that if you have a child over the age of 10 you can no longer leagally buy beer in the State of michigan and that is what your staff told me. That is not true. if selling alcohol is going to be so inconvenient just stop selling it. I will be spending my money at Meijer for now on. or any other store today is the last time I will subject myself to your staff or your unsanitary store. read more

There was nothing wrong with this Walmart but their was a lot of toilet paper everywhere and the lights flickered

If there was a product on a shelf labeled 15.72 and in another spot labeled 12.88, how much would you think you would see when your item was scanned? Probably 15.72, right? 12.88 is too good to be true but 15.72 was reasonable for the product I got. I checked out at the self checkout lane where the customer service girl sat and bounced a bouncy ball. When I saw a 27.54 on the screen, I got her attention and she said I could go back again and look but she couldn't do anything for me. Then I asked if I could wait up there while someone else around there does their job as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE! So she had a manager call back to someone in that department. While this was all going on another lady mentioned the shoes she rang in were cheaper on the shelf (imagine that), the manager (while waiting to hear back on my item) had the nerve to say to the lady we can't find shoes like them but I'll honor the price you're saying this time. That lady left with a great experience. Then she came over to me and said "yours says 27.54 on the shelf, so it's in the right place" I'm sorry but I'M NOT SOMEONE THAT WOULD LIE, so I went back and took pictures. I'll be contacting management, hopefully reach a manager that has the better customer service skills. Don't go here, you'll have a better experience at Meijer or some of their other competetors. read more
