I was told my jacket would be done at a certain…read moretime I went in 2 days after the date it was suppose to be done on and the jacket was not even started. this jacket was a birthday gift and the owners were very rude when I asked if there was some who could come in and do the jacket. although they did offer me a refund but still tried to make it very difficult for me to get by telling the cashier at the store they were not authorized to do the refund and the owner stated she was not coming to the store to offer me a refund but I could take my jacket back. this is bad business but thankfully the sweet cashier gave me my money back out of her own pocket. I do not recommend this place at all. I will definitely take my business esle where and will not recommend anyone to go here.
