I found an item and ordered on line to pick up at store the same day! How cool is that? You go to an orange tower put your order scan bar up to be scanned. Your item is found and brought to the center and a window opens and you get your order; already bagged! Don't need to wait for customer service or anything! No charge to pick up either! I think this Walmart may be my home away from home. Its convenient and who knew that the app would pay off so big. Every single time I use it I get $$ back. Cha-Ching. There is a part of me that wants to talk bad about the corporate greed of Walmart and all the blah blah yada yada, but I walk into this store and I see a clean store, with employees working, no one complaining like I am use to in a certain area....cough cough....everyone is helpful, I can find what I need, did I mention the store is clean and neat. Ok, maybe during the throws of the Christmas season this may be a madhouse of hellions from floor to ceiling, but for now its calm and nice and just wonderful. Scan that Walmart app, why yes....yes I do. Savings catcher you do your thing and you tell me in two days if I saved money because a store had it advertised cheaper. It's always nice to do self-check out when I don't want to have conversation or spend all my life waiting in the one line for the one cashier working. Holidays always mean this location adds one or two extra cashiers but lines are still pretty long. Went in to see if they had an Jaguar apparel bc they used to carry it. None in sight. Store was clean but in the 45 minutes I was there, was never greeted by any employee who wandered past me. Which is totally fine bc I wasn't really in the mood to have conversation but it just makes shopping a little nicer to be acknowledged that I'm appreciated for shopping there. Whenever I have shopped here, so many items not stocked. Prices have increased so much. First time using their free pick up, and so ma y glitches. Then I get a message that a number of my items have been substituted with Items I do t want. Then I get the go ahead to pick up my groceries, and I drive there. Park in the orange area. It tells me to call them. I had to wait a day just to get the ok to pick up my groceries and now this gruff man on the phone tells me there are 4 orders ahead of mine. I have to wait more! We LOVE this Walmart location! This location isn't very busy which is why we shop here. We feel safe here and that's the deciding factor. On weekends, we visit here because it's worth the drive. read more

We called the bakery and asked for a unicorn cake. We didn't give much direction because we weren't very sure what they could do. They said they would look on Pinterest. They really delivered, exactly what we wanted. Our daughter's birthday cake was perfect! She loved it! Thank you! The cake was delicious, with whipped cream icing. This Superstore is located between my residence and the old style (small) Fernandina Beach Walmart. The retail selection at this store is at best generic, BUT MORE LIKE ANEMIC and they are frequently sold out of common retail items. There are many empty shelves in this store. Because of this lack of selection the past two weeks I have had to go past this store to Fernandina to get Romex 50' 12/2 wire, "Deere Green " spray paint, and now, a non-contact voltage tester. 3-Stars is very generous.. read more

This Walmart in Yulee, Florida is right off the main drag and surrounded by quite a few other businesses like Chick-Fil-A if you're hungry after shopping. This location is very clean outside and in! I was pretty amazed at the level of excellence at this Walmart as the ones where I live aren't quite as put together. All of the staff that I encountered were very kind and helpful, no one had a feeling like I was putting them out by asking a question which can happen at Walmart. The only thing I was thrown off by was the layout of the floor plan which is flipped from the normal Walmart layout. When you come in the grocery is to the left and pharmacy to the right, so be aware of that. There's plenty of parking and the parking lot was not filled with stray carts which was appreciated. Walmart is Walmart. But out back behind Walmart is the service center. I just had my oversized BMW tires mounted and spin balanced for $15 each. These are tough wheels to change without scratching or denting the rims. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They offer a lot of basic services at a very good price using top of the line equipment. A pleasant discovery. read more

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! They're always rude (except for Brandi), treat you as if you're some type of criminal depending on the type of prescription being filled, and talk down to you no matter what! I stood in line waiting to pick up a prescription earlier and listened to the pharmacy staff (pharmacist Bob, techs Wanda and others) talk bad about the customers ahead of me after they'd left. There were eight people in front of me, they talked bad about each and every one of them! I normally give everyone the benefit of the doubt in case they're having a bad day, but I just can't stand this place!! I'm going to try a new pharmacy from now on! read more

We prefer this location much more than the Camden co, Ga one. This one has larger selection. It's still a wal-mart- typical of most and a cookie cutter like all the rest. They seem to have dumped on customer service, which they built a brand on. It saddens me. Thankfully this location is much quieter- no loud overhead music to distract and annoy. The isles are a wee wider, often more than only two registers open - unless after midnight. Management does not greet customers, even when they are greeted. Speed and accuracy is not forefront. Customer Service Guarantee? Exactly what is the guarantee? We have mostly experienced customer service managers & associates who are argumentative, annoyed to be bothered, and disinterested in assisting guests. A few occasions there have been some very amazing associates who are absolutely amazing & a real pleasure, usually they are working at the checkout or overseeing the self checkout. If I had another shopping choice that could provide the range of products & prices with better service, I would choose that easily. This Walmart does provide more product options than other close locations. One of my biggest aggravations @ this store -other than the poor service- is that I will go out of my way to shop here when I need specific items, when I get there the product or item will be out of stock. This has happened repeatedly. The store is large, provides lots of item choices, & stays relatively clean. It's very loud and has obnoxious lighting. You will get a nice work out going from one end to the other, back & forth as you try to find your needed items, as they tend to rearrange often. The isles can become crowded & difficult to maneuver at times. Items are often overstocked in clusters in middle of main isles causing cart chaos, beware of cart traffic injuries. read more

This has to be the worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with. The woman pharmacist refused to help me fill my medication and find a pharmacy that had it. I explain to her without this medicine it was affecting my life and my job. Her response was do you not understand I'm not going to help you and hung up on me. After being told for two weeks that they would have my medication in and giving me a different date every time I called. I called several times throughout the day and talking to technicians and they said she would call and help me Find a pharmacy that had my medication .She obviously does not care about her patients as for she would not take time out of her day to make one simple phone call. Can you give less than 1 star? I ordered and paid online for outside pickup. The website was easy to navigate. I got confirmation order filled, drove to store (closer Walmart but it didn't offer outside pick up) only to discover that the 2 items I ordered were not available for outside pick up. Worse, I was then told to call an 800 number to cancel the order. LOL Not sure what I expected from Walmart but this really was a waste of time. Harris Teeter and Instacart have been pretty good with delivery and/or outside pickup so I will go back to them. This was a waste of time. read more

Pharmacy manger, Jeff, at the store locates at 464016 State Rd 200, Yulee, Fl 32097 was rude and a heartless person. My Dad, who is retired and live on a fixed income went to pick up his medications at this location on 3/4/20, one of his medication wasn't preferred under his insurance and it was $244.42. All these time, I've been taking care of picking up his medications for him except for this one time so he thought if the pharmacy filled any scripts for him, he "must" pick it up. After realizing how much he paid for that med, I found a discount card that is much cheaper than the price that he paid for. I called the pharmacy the next day on 3/5/20 to ask if the pharmacist can re-bill that prescription. Jeff, the pharmacy manager in turn rudely said it's again Walmart's policy across the board to re-bill any medications and to somewhat encouraged me to call 1-800-Walmart to complain if I don't like what he said. I've worked in the retail pharmacy setting for 18 plus years and never once heard any pharmacy that has a policy that they can't re-bill any prescription that was just filled and picked up in less than 24 hours. I'm not asking them to take back the medication and give my dad a refund, what I was asking was to have the pharmacy re-bill the prescription and refund the difference. I've even took the time to call a nearby Walmart and even another Walmart in another state to confirm if it is indeed their Walmart's policy that they can't re-bill to any other third party once the medications leave the store, all of the other store's pharmacists said they do re-bill all the time if it's within a reasonable time frame like 7-14 days. I don't know what was going on with this particular pharmacist, but to rudely misinformed me that it's against company to do such thing and not just because he doesn't care about his customers. Seriously, if Jeff hates helping customers and patients that much then he shouldn't be in healthcare in the first place. $200 plus maybe chump change to some people but I assure you that is a lot of money for a retired person like my dad. I guess we are not the only one who had such bad experience with this pharmacy since I saw a couple of horrible reviews about this pharmacy. Beware all patients, if you want to be treated kindly and have a pharmacy that cares about your well being, STAY AWAY from this pharmacy!!!! Also, if I can rate this as a negative 5 stars or zero star, I would. I wish Yelp has a zero star rating for businesses like this Walmart pharmacy. They seriously don't deserve any star for such a crappy and heartless pharmacy manager like this: If this person is actually in charge of the pharmacy, I wonder how can the pharmacy experiences be improved; he's such an "awesome" role model and leader. read more

I have no problems with the food or other products being sold here. Usually the staff is reasonably helpful and friendly. However there is one woman who is an older woman, probably in her sixties, who twice has stopped me because she feels that somehow I'm trying to sneak things out of the store. Since they have sensors as you go out, I don't know why she was worried. The first time I was very casually dressed . I had bagged my own groceries and a couple of the things were in my cart so I had to show her the receipt before I left. The second time I was coming back from work and I was dressed very professionally and again I was bagging my own groceries. The screen went off summoning her as I was trying to pay. I told her twice that I had paid for everything in the back, she said there is a reason they called me over here. She pawed through my bag twice insisting that something was not paid for and when she realized she was wrong there was no apology; she basically. Just walked away. Both incidents left me a little shaken; her demeanor was abrupt and almost rude both times. Disclaimer , I have never been stopped before at any other store and i am a 69 year old woman. I want to be clear, I like this Walmart, normally. But today I stopped in for some of deli meats. Others were there, but then the deli lady took my order. I noticed at least 3 uncut deli meats sitting on the counter and 1 cheese. I also noticed that the slicers were filled with pieces of uncut meats, stuff that falls down when cutting meats. It was a mess. Then she came over to the scale with my cut turkey and threw it up on the scale. I noticed that the scale had meat and cheeses pieces literally all over it. I then complained that she should clean the scales before she puts customer's orders on it. She said "she didn't have time". I said she should make the time since it was filthy and could contaminate orders. She got very mad and mumbled something then wiped the scale off, and the pieces went all over the top of the deli fridge. Sickening actually. I ordered some ham and she was still obviously mad. She threw that order up on the scale, and I guess something wasn't working right so she carried it to other scales throwing my ham on each one, and the ham was hanging over the deli paper, touching each scale. I was going to order more but didn't. I also did not see anyone I could complain to either. You can find both of my orders in the trash bin by the corn. I then went to Publix where they care about their customers welfare and offer you a slice of whatever you're ordering before they complete the order. Clean up your act Walmart. read more

They over cook the heck out of it and its been like that for the last few time's I bought it there.
