One sales associate who gets the official title of Canadian Karen, was having a bad day. She did not want to help my friend and she was rude. She claimed she could not pull the dress off the mannequin because it was "too heavy" and it cost $20k so she didn't want to break the mannequin(?). Anyway, I was disappointed because I could tell where the root of her actions stemmed. I met my first Karen in person. I had to speak with her. I let her know she is the first person in Victoria that was rude. I said I realize that you are about to be unemployed, but that is no reason to be rude.

hello fellow reviewers! today i had a horrendous experience…read morewhile shopping here. when i was trying to leave the store through the door where my vehicle was parked, the lady said we needed to leave but refused to u lock the door for us. had to walk to the complete other side of the store just to be told once again to leave immediately when that's what i was trying to do. once i arrived outside at the other side of the mall, the same lady then proceeded to open the door for two other people who were parked where i was after i got declined to do so. lady was very rude and bias. not happy with who they've been hiring recently.

Of course it needs front wheel allignment…read moreafter, I even mentioned that the steering wheel is pointing at 11 oclock, When I drove the car the steering wheel still points at 11 oclock and that the car slightly wanders to the right, and you can hear suspension clunking noise on the left side when the right wheel hits a rut, I never heard that suspension noise before I had them do the car, so I have to take it back to them to do it right. The " experienced" mechanic told me it must be the seized caliper that I hear, which I find ridiculous. I am not sure if the imbecile is really dumb or if he wants to sell me calipers. The car doesn't even wander left or right to indicate brake caliper problem. I should have read the reviews earlier.

Took the "bad" battery back to where I bought it as it is still under warranty. They test the battery to make sure it is actually bad, results come back and battery is in perfect condition. Calls into question as to whether the alternator was actually an issue as well. Maybe it was something simple and everything they told me is a lie. Would absolutely never take my vehicle here again, or any Canadian Tire for that matter.

However, I really needed a cart to…read moreunload my vehicle (to minimize my pain/avoid even getting in worse state) & took the chance as it was a store open until 9 pm (others worth driving to closed at 8 pm). I have to say I was happily surprised with my experience. I could see that my online order wasn't updating after a couple of hours & needed to go grab groceries anyways. So instead going twice to the same area (as it most likely wouldn't be picked by staff for pick-up until the next day), I called from the pick-up parking area & asked if they could accommodate me. He agreed to bring the folding cart to the frontend/customer service area. As I was there & parked already, I was overly surprised that by the time I walked into the customer entrance, the guy from the online order phone chat was already at the desk. Not only was he there, he had the item labeled with my name already & I heard him explaining to the frontend staff about my situation (that I was picking up my order early, as I needed the cart before tomorrow). Perfect timing by that staff person! I identified myself & they said they'd do the necessary till balancing (for canceling online order to update to purchase in store). Between the two of them, they finished things up & I walked out of the store in less than 15 min. Store entrance appeared like one would assume it would an hour before any closing cleaning duties were complete (decently clean but needing a one over by a broom). I didn't go further in as I wasn't there to shop for anything else. Once you go through the doors, the washrooms are to the left, order pick-up lockers to the right & generous space for customer service/returns area is located straight ahead, prior to actually entering the shopping area. I also liked that they had a couple of benches for those waiting at customer service/returns. I noticed a few wheelchairs with shopping baskets attached but they weren't motorized (or at least that I could tell). Lots of parking spaces & I really like they have a stop sign placed just prior to the entryway. For someone like myself that's a slower walker with a cane, it made it feel safer to enter & exit. Thanks for the great service & when I'm back in the area I'll stop by again knowing staff go the extra mile to help the disabled. It truly turned my night around & I was able to bring in the rest of my travel items from my vehicle.
