*3 hour visits , mostly wait time * lack of staff…read morecoordination * rushed, incomplete exams * no notification when glasses finally do arrive; state they left text( on a non-texting number) * no prescription instructions on where it was sent, never arrived in mail as they said it would *office is run like a circus, with no continuity and fragmented care by each person *life is too short to settle for this kind of care for 2 appointments in a row now.
