The service, experiences, expertise and care has been exceptional every year under each doctor. The support staff has also been excellent. In recent years I see a LOT of new faces but again, the experience is flawless. The only piece of feedback when I do call to order lenses is I get asked what I wear and typically when I call I'm at work (hey gang..... you're in front of your system and my records - help me out... ;) ) Yesterday's wait time was a bit delayed again, not by much. Maybe 10 minutes delayed in what...16 years? I'll take it. My fiance goes to PVC now and he too has great experiences with the staff. I used to be so specific only seeing one doctor and over the years you let it go and I've seem a majority of them whenever something would happen and I needed immediate care. ALL of them are very reasonable and very much partner with you on care for your eyes. I trust my care with any of them. Huge huge fan of Professional VisionCare. Please consider getting on Dr Johnson's books and you'll be more than happy with your experience. Great service and great care for your eyes!

They were over $1000 and I was told I would get a $300 rebate from Acuvue. I tried to get the rebate from Acuvue and had difficulty. Acuvue has no contact numbers or email. I contacted Professional Vision Care and they were not helpful. At this point I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am will be contacting one of the news channels for assistance. To reiterate, do not go to this Business!

What should have been a simple prescription lens change for sunglasses turned into a six-week…read moreordeal involving multiple errors and unacceptable customer service. We brought in our own eyeglass frames with an existing pair of sunglasses that had dark black lenses, requesting only a prescription update. On the first pickup, the lenses were the wrong color (brown), while the original dark black lenses were still in the package. Management acknowledged the error and said the order would be corrected within two weeks. On the second visit, the replacement lenses were again incorrect--this time light gray, still not matching the original dark black lenses. At this point, after three store visits and weeks of delay, my wife requested cancellation and a refund, including crediting the insurance portion, so we could take the prescription, original frames, and original lenses elsewhere. She needs these prescription sunglasses for an upcoming trip. The situation worsened when the assistant manager was dismissive and unhelpful, stating she could not release the frames and original lenses or immediately credit the insurance portion. The tone and handling of this interaction were insulting and unprofessional, especially given that the repeated errors were not ours. We have since filed a complaint with America's Best corporate headquarters. The corporate representative has been professional and is working with the store manager to resolve and monitor the situation. We are hopeful this will finally lead to a resolution, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming for what should have been a simple straightforward service. The staff are very friendly and polite, and always have been, and while they do a great job helping to pick the nicest glasses for you, they always have an eye out for your medical needs. I've been told that I might prefer a different style due to the magnification, weight, and size of my lenses, have had special glass and coatings applied both in the office and at the lab, they've returned custom lenses that "aren't right" at no charge and more. I've called over weekends and on holidays and had excellent reception and care. Dr Jones will also steer you in the direction of the best care. Sometimes it's a generic drug, sometimes it's a brand name, but he stays on top of his field and doesn't try to sell you anything that he wouldn't use himself.
